Pullman Zhangjiajie

The room was spacious and newly renovated. We stayed for three nights, and there was a minor issue when checking in. After calling the front desk, a staff member immediately came to resolve it, which was really great. The lobby is spacious, and the decor fits well with the scenic area's style. The buffet offers a wide variety of food.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the overall environment was great, making for a very pleasant stay. The hotel has excellent facilities, including an outdoor swimming pool and a gym, which is convenient if you want to exercise or relax after sightseeing. The location is also excellent, very close to Wulingyuan Scenic Area and Xibu Old Street, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Getting to the scenic area doesn't take much time either. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would consider staying here again if I visit Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan in the future.

The environment is elegant and the location is excellent. The service is top-notch. However, one request I made in my booking notes was overlooked. When I pointed it out, the front desk immediately corrected it.

Highly recommended! The hotel's location is superb, making it very convenient to get around. The front desk staff are incredibly kind and attentive (especially Mr. Zhu Hao), patiently explaining and helping plan itineraries, and professionally answering questions about various travel routes. Additionally, the breakfast is plentiful, offering both Chinese and Western options. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the pool is clean and safe, making it perfect for families with children or for a romantic evening swim for couples.

The room was great, and the front desk service was excellent during check-in. The hotel has comprehensive facilities, and the swimming pool is especially large.

The hygiene was very good, and it was convenient to get to Tianmen Mountain. The breakfast was decent.

The room was spacious, with a minimalist design and sparse furniture, just a few small tables. The pool was also very good. If I had to pick a downside, it would be the hairdryer – it was incredibly noisy and difficult to use.
