"Nestled quietly on the outskirts of Langzhai Village, this hotel offers a prime location. It's just a short walk of a few dozen meters to the main road, and cross the street, you're at the gorgeous Huameishengdi. The location is truly excellent. Even before arrival, I was added to a service group, where all my questions regarding check-in and travel received immediate responses. The assistant manager, Danzeng, provided travel advice early on, and on the first night, the manager, Puncuo, even gave a detailed itinerary planning for Jiuzhaigou. Every day, Zaxi, the shuttle driver, and Ms. Namu, were incredibly warm and helpful with transfers. The restaurant's breakfast rice noodles were delicious, and the dinner featuring cured meats, sausages, and pork trotters was outstanding. The private car they arranged was in excellent condition, and the driver was skilled and steady. Right next door to the guesthouse is Daji Temple, and the temple cats frequently wander into the guesthouse – they're super friendly and love to be petted and cuddled!"

"Highly recommend!!! I was so pleasantly surprised to find such a great hotel for under 200. The facilities are relatively new, the room is quite spacious, and the hot springs look pretty clean too. Plus, the service is genuinely excellent! The front desk lady was incredibly enthusiastic and lively, and she promptly resolved any requests we had, even giving us complimentary breakfast. The hotel also had staff to help carry our luggage to the room. All in all, we had a super comfortable stay, and I highly recommend it!"

"Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a Zen-style King Room. The overall ambiance was pleasant, with a Japanese-inspired decor. The laundry room was a convenient amenity. Soundproofing was just so-so. As the hotel is located at a high altitude, it gets quite cold in the mornings and evenings. The air conditioning only provides cooling, and while there's underfloor heating, it's off by default, requiring a special request to the front desk to turn it on, which is something to keep in mind!😅"

"My trip to Jiuzhaigou this time was made even better by staying at Atour S, which exceeded my expectations. The hotel is conveniently located near the Visitor Center, just a ten-minute walk to the scenic area entrance, making it incredibly easy to get into the park early the next morning. If you're driving, parking is a breeze with plenty of spaces right outside. The room felt incredibly fresh and clean from the moment I walked in. It was meticulously cleaned, with no unpleasant odors. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and after a full day of hiking the boardwalks, lying down in bed quickly melted away my fatigue. The heating was excellent; with the significant temperature fluctuations in the mountains between day and night, I slept very warmly. The soundproofing was also good; I barely heard any noise from the hallway, ensuring a high quality of rest. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and hot water came out quickly with stable pressure. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient with check-ins and check-outs. They even proactively offered tips for entering the scenic area. Breakfast offered a great variety, including hot congee, noodles, pastries, and fruit – a warm meal in the morning was perfect before heading into the mountains. The lobby was quiet and had a reading area, a nice spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. The self-service laundry room was a huge plus for long-term travelers. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to grab dinner or buy essentials in the evening. Overall, whether you're traveling with family or solo, this hotel is a fantastic choice. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Jiuzhaigou."

"This is my second stay at the Starlight Hotel. It's close to the Zangwang Plaza drop-off point, and there are plenty of food and drink options nearby. The entrance to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area is about 1km away. [Tips] The front desk staff will explain how to explore the area and provide a map of the scenic spot. [Breakfast] Not provided, you'll need to eat out. [Pros] The environment is clean and tidy, the room is quite spacious, and the air quality is good – no smoke, mold, or sewage smells! Hot water comes out in genuinely 3 seconds. There's also a portable clothes rack in the room, which is perfect for hanging wet clothes; they dry overnight with the air conditioning on, very practical. The bathroom has a three-part wet/dry separation. For heating, there's an electric blanket. My last visit was in early March, and I was freezing cold walking through the Reed Lake section. I asked the front desk to turn on the electric blanket, and it was lovely to snuggle into the warm bed when I got back to the hotel. Be careful with the drain stopper; instructions are posted on the wall. Don't be like me and use too much force, causing the screw to come off the drain stopper. I had to trouble the manager to fix it (they didn't charge me, and even raved about how this mechanical type of drain stopper is indestructible!)."

"The hotel environment is excellent, and the service is superb, especially the warm and thoughtful reception service from Hai Jun. It was a very comfortable stay! The breakfast was rich, and the à la carte dishes were also delicious – really great! The hotel is also close to the scenic area, and there's a shuttle bus to take guests there. All in all, I'm very satisfied with everything; it's highly recommended!"

"The hotel location was great, only about a kilometer from the park entrance. The room itself was good, like other Holiday Inn Express Hotels. The breakfast was also good. However, 1 out of the 3 rooms I booked had a noticeable and quite strong smoke smell, even though the room was listed as non-smoking and no smoking signs were put up in the room. Apart from that, everything else was good. There was also a McDonald's in the hotel, which gave you good food options. There is an image below on that McDonald's!"

There are tons of dining and shopping options nearby, all easy to find, so you don't have to worry about navigating. The front desk staff were gentle and professional, checking me in quickly and even reminding me about the big temperature swings between morning/evening and hot afternoons – thumbs up! Any questions I had were answered patiently and meticulously by the staff, who were warm and polite, never dismissive or cold. You can really feel their thoughtful service in the details. The room's cleanliness was truly impeccable. No strange odors upon entering, and the floors, tabletops, and bathroom corners were all spotless. The bedding was soft and dry, making for a very comfortable sleep. The toiletries were also high quality, and the hot water was stable and plentiful. The soundproofing was excellent; it was completely quiet at night, ensuring a great night's rest. The amenities were comprehensive; the air conditioning, lighting, and internet all worked smoothly. The room was spacious and didn't feel cramped, with plenty of storage space for luggage and clothes. The common areas were neat and clean, with a simple yet elegant overall decor and a great atmosphere. If there was breakfast, it deserves praise too. The dishes were varied and fresh, with balanced flavors. Hot and cold foods, fruits, and drinks were all available, catering to different tastes. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. The service, environment, and cleanliness are all top-notch, making for a worry-free and comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit and recommend it to friends traveling!"

It saves a lot of time and effort getting around. The hotel environment is tranquil and elegant, with a strong Tibetan-style ambiance that feels both quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of options, with both Chinese and Western dishes, as well as local ******* specialties. The authentic butter tea is fragrant and delicious, leaving you feeling warm and cozy. The staff provides meticulous and thoughtful service, responding quickly to any requests and being attentive throughout your stay. Staying here when visiting Jiuzhai Valley is hassle-free and comfortable. The overall experience far exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!"

"Highly recommend this hotel! The location is fantastic, right next to scenic spots which makes getting around incredibly convenient. The restaurant downstairs offers great value for money and even has special performances. Their double hotpot set is generously portioned and absolutely delicious – I was incredibly satisfied. The service is also top-notch; the staff are responsive, always ready to help, and very reliable. The hotel facilities are comprehensive too, with bathtubs in the rooms and an outdoor hot spring. There's also a self-service laundry room, making our stay here completely hassle-free. The owner even helped arrange round-trip transportation. The rooms are equipped with smart home devices and intelligent robots, and even the hairdryer is excellent. The overall experience was perfect, definitely a five-star rating!"
