Great location! It's right opposite the train station, and only a ten-minute walk to the cable car. Breakfast was good too, and there are plenty of food options downstairs. The 'food map' was a nice touch, and the service was excellent.

After comparing several hotels for my trip to Zhangjiajie, I settled on this one, and my overall experience was extremely satisfying. The location is excellent; it's very convenient to take a taxi to all the major attractions, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making life very convenient. The front desk service was warm and attentive, check-in was efficient and smooth, and communication was pleasant. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was neat and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so it was very quiet at night. Hot water supply was stable, bathroom facilities were in good condition, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The hotel environment was clean, and the common areas were well-maintained. It offers great value for money, and the staff were quick to respond to requests and provided thoughtful service. It's suitable for both tourist travel and short stays, and overall, it's impeccable. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Zhangjiajie, and I sincerely recommend it to anyone planning a trip!

Coming to Zhangjiajie to visit Tianmen Mountain, choosing this Hilton Garden Inn was definitely the right decision! The location is superb, just a ten-minute walk directly to the Tianmen Mountain cable car station, so no need to rush and take a taxi early in the morning.

The location is fantastic! We could easily walk to the Tianmen Mountain cable car station. We chose route B, so we took a shuttle from the cable car station to the mountain gate. On the way back, we were dropped off directly at the cable car station, had lunch, and then walked back to the hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and upgraded our room to a suite. The hotel is in a very central area with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

My stay was quite good. I was very lucky to get an upgraded room from the front desk. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The location is excellent, surrounded by many great food options, making it super convenient to grab a bite to eat. I'll definitely come back next time.

The hotel service was excellent, always greeted us warmly. The hygiene was top-notch, and the shower had great water pressure. Parking was convenient, and the gym was really good. Definitely recommend it.
