Wonderful stay, I'm glad we decided to pay more to stay here for 2 nights. We came a little earlier and managed to get a romo earlir.e Hotel staff was extreemly helpful to help us to register our disneyland park tickets as our app was slow. We spent the time in the hotel meeting Woody and Jessie, went to the play room for actitivites before heading to Disney town for dinner. The hotel shuttle is wonderful. We went for early entry, and reached the shuttle area about 6.45am and were already 2 rows back. Both mornings were about the same, placing us on the 2nd shuttle bus to disney. The shuttle was great, putting us at the side entrance from disneytown which was very near to tomorrowland. Do note that the shuttle for before 5pm returning is further away where all the other buses are. The shuttle for after 5pm will be an exclusive for disneyland hotel and toy story hotel, at Disney town re- entry area. Our hotel stay was fantastic. The only part I'd have loved for them to change, was to include a larger room service menu. There weren't many options.. and they didn't allow external deliveries

The overall experience at this hotel was truly impressive. Its location is excellent, right next to a subway station and a commercial area, making both commuting and shopping incredibly convenient. It's also very easy to get to Disneyland from here. The front desk service was professional and efficient; check-in was swift, and the staff consistently greeted guests with a smile, proactively asking about our needs and patiently answering questions, which made us feel very welcome. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, with a well-thought-out layout and impeccable hygiene. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities are modern, with strong water pressure and a stable hot water supply, and the toiletries were of good quality. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options, combining both Chinese and Western dishes. The ingredients were fresh, and the made-to-order noodle station and baked pastries were particularly delicious. Although the hotel's gym and swimming pool are not large, they are well-equipped and well-maintained, meeting basic workout needs. Overall, the service was thoughtful and meticulous, the environment was quiet and clean, and it offered excellent value for money. It's a highly recommended choice for both business travelers and leisure tourists.

Booked an executive room during the off-peak season for a family birthday and back-to-school celebration. The price was simply amazing! The food at the Kingdom Club executive lounge felt much better this time. Both the young and old had a great time. Before checking out, we didn't go to the park; we just fully immersed ourselves in relaxing at the hotel. The executive room's festive activities were very rich and perfectly scheduled: check-in (met Goofy and Pluto in the lobby) – afternoon tea – toy house – dinner (photo with Chip 'n' Dale) – bedtime story (Duffy month this month) – swimming – fireworks show – pajama party photo (Donald Duck) – breakfast – game room – and saw Prince and Princess in the lobby at noon the next day. A very satisfying weekend getaway. Will definitely book an executive room again next time!

The hotel is fantastic! There were three of us and we booked a king room, which might have been a bit tight. However, the front desk receptionist was so thoughtful and upgraded us to a two-queen suite. Taking the hotel shuttle back after visiting Disneyland was super convenient. We had a very comfortable stay—the room was clean and tidy with complete amenities. They even extended our check-out time and gave us a cute little souvenir charm upon departure. Absolutely wonderful experience, and we will definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Disneyland.

Beautiful hotel, grounds are stunning. Staff attending to the gardens and stopped working fir us to pass on our walk, then recommenced working afterwards. The room was lovely, clean and spacious. Massively let down by the breakfast. Tables dirty, food cold (should have been hot), omelette raw in the middle, upset stomach later that day. Didn't bother with the breakfast the second night as not worth the risk. We didn't use the pool as the smell of chlorine when the lift got to the pool floor was so incredibly strong that we could tell the chemical levels were too high, my son has asthma and was triggered without even getting out of the lift, he is a swimming teacher, so very aware of how the pool should be. Don't let those things put you off though as it is beautiful, so can overlook the breakfast and pool

The spa baths are awesome, I can't fault them and it's what this hotel is all about. If you have children they will love it here. Breakfast isn't anything special and NO coffee. The sound proofing is terrible, it's shockingly bad, I can't stress enough how rubbish and non existent the soundproofing is. If you want a good night sleep this definitely is not the hotel for it. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are restaurants and a mini Mart about 4 mins walk away. It's a 15 minute taxi ride from/to the metro station. There is a free shuttle bus to the airport, which you book 1 day in advance and it was on time. Due to the lack of soundproofing, I probably won't stay here again but I would use the spa facilities, they are worth returning for.

My stay here completely exceeded expectations. The check-in process was very quick, and the staff were polite and patient. The room was spotlessly clean, with no strange odors, and the mattress was just right – I slept wonderfully. The water pressure in the bathroom was excellent, and all the toiletries were provided. The common areas were quiet, and the soundproofing was decent. It's conveniently located for food, drinks, and transportation, making it suitable for both business trips and short getaways. Highly recommended!

The hotel service was attentive and excellent, the owner was very kind, the rooms were warm and elegantly decorated, the bedding was comfortable, and the toiletries were of high quality. Cleanliness was meticulous, the public areas were spotless and tidy, and I had a very peaceful and relaxing time. The value for money was amazing, I highly recommend staying here! The price was also very reasonable, the rooms were spacious, the environment was great, food delivery was extremely convenient, and they even offered a Disney shuttle service. The owner was incredibly kind, patient, and provided excellent service! I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Disneyland.

The complimentary shuttle service to and from Disneyland was a thoughtful touch, making transport hassle-free. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the toiletries were high-quality, offering a great user experience. We also enjoyed the free massage chairs in the lobby, along with freshly ground coffee and daily brewed plum juice available at all times. On a night we returned late from the park, our clothes hadn't dried, and a staff member thoughtfully offered to dry and fold them for us. This level of detailed service truly made our stay exceptionally comfortable.

This was my first time staying at the Million Stone Garden Hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed. The surroundings are elegant and peaceful, surprisingly not crowded even during the National Day holiday. First, about the onsen: it opens at 2:00 PM. Right after checking in, we rushed over around 3:00 PM and were amazed to find no one else there! It felt like a private hot spring just for our family, which was fantastic—the only rule is no phones allowed for photos. There are two pools indoors and two outdoors, kept at 37.5°C. It was pleasantly warm in this weather, and the outdoor pools weren't chilly at all. Perhaps everyone was off at Disney, but having the place to ourselves made it so relaxing. Getting here is also super convenient—no need to drive. We took the metro, and right outside the station is the International Tourism and Resorts Zone Bus Line 1. It’s just a 3-stop ride straight to the hotel gate, and only a short walk from there. After checking in at the lobby, they even shuttle you to your room in a golf cart. Outstanding service! Directly across from the hotel is the Bicester Village Shanghai. It was quite crowded there with queues outside many shops, so we just browsed briefly. Almost all the restaurants had lines too. If you’re just going over for a meal rather than shopping, it’s only about a 200-meter walk straight across the street from the hotel gate—incredibly handy. There's also a lakeside ferry that takes you directly to Disneytown for 15 RMB per person, which is another great perk. Overall, a great experience. If you prefer to just stay within the hotel, the gym is almost empty, and you can take a morning stroll around the grounds where there are a few swings. It’s all very tranquil.
