The hotel is god friendly. I don’t understand the point of taking the dog with you in a trip and lock the animal alone in the room. It should be forbidden. Dogs get stressed and will make noises, loud noises. Unbelievably I wasn’t disturb by overnights there.

We had booked two nights at the hotel but really considered checking out after the first nigh as a car is required to visit the city and the restaurant was closed. I showed the receptionist their web page and it said that the restaurant was open. A few hours later we were told that a meal would be coked for us and could we choose what we wanted. It appeared that one chef was ill and the other chef came in and cooked just for us, this was a piece of great customer service which we appreciated. I believe that due to covid the hotel was not getting many guests and therefore revenue was down, this also showed in the garden not been kept tidy, although the pool was in good repair. The room required a little tender loving but had a fridge and AC but no safe. The public areas in the hotel were clean and tidy. The panoramic view of the city was spectacular. I feel for the hotel owners as with reduced revenue they did not have enough money to spend on the outside areas, but I think that as the number of guest increase the hotel will shine once again.

We really loved the hotel. We chose it at random but really hit the jackpot. The building is charming and the decoration is beautiful. The room was comfortable and charming. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a brilliant dinner with local cheeses and local wine all at a reasonable price. We only stayed one night on our way from Madrid to Almeria, but would love to return and spend some time in the area.

1. The apartment is located in the ancient city, close to the Bisagra Gate. In the afternoon, I drove to the front of the apartment. The Spanish lady next door was very helpful and informed that the car could be parked for a period of time (resident parking spaces can be parked before 5 pm), and also informed that the front desk is in the building opposite to the apartment, which is a hotel front desk of the same name. deposit luggage). The front desk service is very enthusiastic. 2. For overnight parking, you need to go to a large parking lot three to four hundred meters ahead. The stamped parking fee of the hotel can be discounted about 13.5 euros a day. 3. The ancient city basically walks to visit various scenic spots. There are many restaurants nearby, and it’s even more lively when you walk up to the center of the ancient city. There is also a Carrefour supermarket three to four hundred meters away. 4. On the second day of the tour, I was stolen by similar immigrants with gifts, 30 Euro worth of children’s T-shirts and refrigerator stickers. I would have known that I would reveal my wealth earlier so that I would not let others go from the cathedral to the old bridge in regret. We are not happy anymore, well, it's worthwhile to train children to analyze the memories afterwards. 5. The room seems to have a little retro romance. It is not old and clean. We only need to go up three steps on the first floor and take the spiral staircase upstairs. The kitchen facilities are fairly complete, including a washing machine and refrigerator. The living room and dining room are also quite big. In the bedroom, the quilt on the bed is covered with blankets out of the bedspread. I don’t feel comfortable with the quilt. Let’s go for one night. The toilet is very large, and the electric water heater is like a large 100-liter tank, which is enough to take a shower.

The hotel is ideally located only 2 stops from the Toledo train station and about 10 minutes walk from the bus station. It is very convenient to eat and explore the ancient city. Most hotels in Europe do not have slippers or toiletries. The same is true for this home, but there are disposable bags of shampoo and shower gel, small soap and hair dryer. Unfortunately, there is no hot water bottle. If you want to drink hot water, you can only go to the coffee shop on the 3rd floor. The sanitation is very good, there is no smell in the room, and some rooms have no windows, underground, but not wet. The front desk clerk is good at English, the service is warm, and the attractions and routes are very detailed. This is very rare in Spain. Some rooms can accommodate an extra bed. You can check out Ctrip's room details when you book. The hotel is on the side of the road, so I don't see if there is a parking lot. It is said that the location upstairs overlooks the ancient city. I saw the small river and the bridge opposite the cafe, and the scenery was pleasant. Breakfast 5 euros, voluntary, there is a large terrace outside the 3rd floor cafe, it is a bit too cold to sit there for breakfast. Overall a good hotel, although a little expensive compared to other hotels in the city, especially quiet at night, it is worth it.

Stayed here for a few days on a business trip, rooms are ok and the noise levers are very low. Check in team were not the best or very attentive but the cafe staff were brilliant. Great location in the centre of town.

The room is very large, the parking lot is behind the hotel, the hotel is not far from the ancient city, it can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. There is also a shortcut to the bus station in the distance.

Centrally located in historic old town Toledo. On the main road and easy to access via taxi, driving, or walking. I loved the decor, modern amenities within the shell of an old building. Shower was amazing, and the water was hot. Opted for the included breakfast, which offered everything you need to fuel up for a day on the town. One thing to note - it is an old building and there is ONE climate control for the entire building, it's either set to AC or heat depending on the season and you don't get to choose. Opening the windows is an option, but you are in the city and it's loud outside. Probably not an issue unless you're traveling on the cusp of the season. I had no problem sleeping with the windows open, but did hear several guests complaining during our stay.
