Zhongguominzu Library

The National Library of China is a national national library of national specialization, which was built and opened in September 1959. Originally the National Palace Library of Nationalities, it was approved by the National Affairs Committee of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Culture in April 1989 and was renamed the National Library of China. The Chinese National Library is located in the garden-style courtyard of the Beijing National Cultural Palace. The building covers an area of 2,700 square meters and has nearly 100 reading seats. It also has a rare closed library in China. There are more than 500,000 books in the collection, mainly Chinese and ethnic literature, supplemented by foreign literature. The ancient books of ethnic writing account for more than 170,000 volumes, many of which are special literature and orphans. There are a wide variety of ethnic literature in Tibet, including 24 kinds of Mongolian, Tibetan, Uighur, Kazakh, Korean, etc.; 14 kinds of foreign languages are English, Russian, Japanese and German.

The National Culture Palace is located north of Chang'an Street in Beijing. The building is large and spectacular, giving people a solemn feeling. The Chinese Nationality Bookstore is in the courtyard of the National Culture Palace. This place is very attractive.
