The original Jewish district was worth visiting. We visited three synagogues and learned about Jewish life during the colonial period in Venice. There are commemorative plaques throughout the Jewish area. During World War II, there was a great event about the expulsion of Jews. There were several cafes and restaurants in the Plaza, and there were some Jewish delicacies to enjoy.

The Jewish Ghetto is one of the most fascinating areas to visit in Cannaregio. Vibrant and historic.

A historically rich neighborhood. I highly recommend visiting and touring the Jewish museum.

This is the neighborhood I stayed in for a week in Venice. I loved it. Instead of grappling with hordes of tourists and cheesy shops, we shopped with Italian grandmas, young moms and an influx of Orthodox Jews who had come to visit family for the Passover. Strolling the back streets at night was lovely as well as sitting in the square eating lunch while children played around us and men went home for lunch. There are also some really lovely Jewish bookstores and art galleries.

I think the museum here is worth visiting. It's very quiet nearby. There are many rivers. You can walk here at night or take a boat trip to the canal.

Spring morning in the flower market is colorful, colourful, very beautiful, and evening is also the center of night life.
