Kenilworth Park and Aquatic Gardens Review

Kenilworth Park is a relatively-obscure NPS unit that is in DC, but far from the major museums and attractions around the National Mall. It's a marsh with water lillies and wildlife including wading birds and turtles.

The environment is very unique and the style is unified. I like this stylish place.

You can come here to visit when you have time, it’s beautiful.

The season is wrong, it doesn't feel particularly flowery.

Washington's Lotus Park is divided into a dozen ponds, each planted with different kinds of lotus, water lilies and other aquatic flowers, some of which are said to have been centuries old.
