Go to Chikan Ancient Town to see the road signs, not far from the Nanlou Park, drive all the way. The South Building is south of the Tan River. The picturesque South Building of the Tan River was built in 1912, and it was built for the prevention of theft. The building is 7 floors high, with reinforced concrete structures, each floor has a gun eye, and the observation deck is a strong siege barrier. In July 1945, seven Situ's people used the South Building to block the Japanese invasion, and showed the heroic nature of defending the motherland. Now it has become a patriotic education base.

The South Building Memorial Park has no tickets, mainly including the South Building and Qilieqi, where there was a tragic story during the Anti-Japanese War. The seven soldiers who stayed in the South Building and the Japanese Army fought for seven days and seven days and finally died heroically. Now there are still traces of gunfire on the building. You can go up to visit, but the corridor is dim and a bit gloomy. There are also seven martyrs to commemorate the seven martyrs nearby, but the traffic is not very convenient and there is no need to go there.

This is a tragic story of anti-Japanese resistance, read many times, but every time it will make me moved, whenever our nation needs such a blooded man. The park is very small and should be considered a memorial. The entrance is the cypress passage. You can see the carvings of the seven martyrs and the south building that cannot be bombed. I don't know why I still need to charge tickets, although it is not expensive. I went late, I couldn't go upstairs, and the memorial was closed. In fact, just look at the walls of the mottled holes bombed by Japanese bombs, which was enough to feel the fierce fighting at that time.

The South Building is located outside Chikan Town, and takes bus No. 6 to Chikan Town. It was also used to work with Japanese ghosts during the Anti-Japanese War, and it is also a patriotic education base.
