The Hauptwache Review

The main guard station is a classic attraction in Frankfurt. The distant view is like the meeting site of the Zunyi Conference, which makes people feel strange. When I looked closer, I realized that it was a military fortress. It seems that as an unopened barbarians, I also know how to defend.

The Hauptwache subway station exit can be seen on the ground, and it is a less impressive building across the square from St. Catherine's Church. It is now a cafe. But when we went there was a Sunday, there were not too many people hanging around and there were fewer customers.

Hauptwache, the base of the Weiqi Camp, is a square, the center of Frankfurt and one of the most important squares. The original name of Schiller Square was changed to the current name in the early 20th century, and the name stems from a baroque building in the square, which was built in 1730, the Weiqi Camp. This was the city's military barracks and prisons during the period of independence as a city-state.
