Porto's Bakery and Cafe Review

Recommend the unbaked of cheese roll and Guava (Bale taste) of this famous bakery store. Frozen ship to home, feels delicious. Queuing often. But the speed is quite fast, there is a waiter who will serve it specially, very good.

Those seats can sit down, there are two small tables outside, there are umbrellas on the small chairs, and the scenery is quite good while eating. The melted chocolate cake needs to wait a while because it needs to be heated.

I am on a holiday visit with my daughter and her family in Pasadena. I took them out to a lunch at the Porto's in Glendale. Food was excellent but after giving our party order we were delivered all items except mine. After going up to cashier counter I was told to go sit down it would be out shortly. I sat down and watched my party finish their lunch and I went back to cashier area and the same unfriendly told me to return to my seat. Finally while she was rudely telling me to sit the man behind her found my order was lost and would reorder. then rude mouth ordered me to tell her where I was sitting. I told her the same place for the past 45 mins-- waiting for her to become competent. I had my jacket "Combat Veteran of Korean War" and she looked at it like I was a major pain and proceeded to charge me for the $7.00 sandwich and I returned to my party that long had finished their lunch and dessert. What a way to ruin what should have been a pleasant lunch out The employee was a disgrace.From fame to shame.
