Zizhong Zhuangyuan Street was first built during the Northern Song Dynasty. Located in the ancient city of Zizhong County, Sichuan Province, it was named after two Zhuangyuan (Zhao Kui of the Southern Song Dynasty, Luo Chengxu of the Qing Dynasty) in this street.
Zhuangyuan Street was also named after Zhao Chengxu, the only Zhuangyuan in Sichuan Province in the Southern Song Dynasty who walked out of the Zhengzhou, the only Zhuangyuan in Sichuan, and Luo Chengxu, the only Zhuangyuan in Sichuan who spent his life teaching.
