Another business trip, another hotel in Munich ... indeed I can start like this, however it is more to it than this, much more, so here are my thoughts on this place: location - near the Olympic ”village” in Munich and very close to the BMW museum and factory , not central at all, so is not the best area for those who want to be closer to downtown. For me it was has been no issue, either ways I was having business at the Messe , so 35-55 minutes of taxi ride each day (pending on the traffic). service - the front desk staff was really fast - in spite the crowd - , timing for check in check out was negligible. Very good work ... arranging a cab every morning on time for dozen of guests was also very efficient and nothing to complain about. room - comfortable, excellent bed , had a very good sleep in even with windows facing a very busy street, sound proofing was very good. Cleanliness was also very good - the empty minibar was a bit odd, but understandable. Bathroom had a very good size shower - and all the needed items were available.(the booths door did not close all the way, but if you were careful a bit it was manageable not to flood everything). breakfast - a REAL highlight, to be honest it's been a while since I see this good quality breakfast at a hotel, great variety of cold cuts, smoked fish, greens, eggs done on the spot by a cook the way you've wanted those done ... excellent!! prices - pocket friendly and overall an excellent price to quality ratio. To sum it all up - a very good hotel , some minor things here and there but overall an above expectation stay. I would recommend and defiantly a rebook option for me when I have business in Munich!

I really haven't got a bad word to say about this hotel. The rooms are at the top of a block of flats, so the views across the park are fantastic. Being in the Olympic Park, I assumed the hotel would be dated, but it isn't. Very modern and spotlessly clean. It is also very quite here, and there are plenty of shops and small cafes in the complex. Fantastic buffet breakfast to suit all tastes. Our trip from the airport on the S1 was a nightmare, as there was a signal failure, so we had to get a taxi to the hotel. (Apparently this isn't uncommon) A taxi from the airport to the hotel is around 90 Euros. The U3 is a three minute walk from the hotel, and the journey into the city centre is only arond 15 minutes. If I was to visit Munich, I would stay here again.

Hotel staff is nice, room is clean and hotel is located in a nice but quiet area. It’s near the tech companies so good business hotel for employees who travel in for work. It’s about 3 minutes to the nearest subway - just google to KFC, the nearest subway is just next to itZ however it’s not the most convenient subway as the most convenient is the Olympia Einkaufzentrum one as it’s has more connections. There’s a small dishwasher provided so it’s convenient but if you want to wash the dishes manually, there is no dishwashing liquid provided so you have to buy your own. Washers and dryers are located at the basement of the hotel, so not in your room. There’s an app that we have to download to book and pay for the washer and dryer, yes it’s extra charge. No clothes detergent is provided so we have to buy our own - there’s no dispenser at the wash and dry area where one can easily buy the washing detergent. The hotel also doesn’t sell any. We had expected the hotel to at least provide some washing detergent, so don’t get caught without clothes detergent at night, if you plan to wash your clothes at night as the shops are closed after 8 pm… Overall it was a good experience except for the few inconveniences. As a first time visitor to Munich, probably one would want to stay at a location closer to the old town or city area as we found ourselves commuting about half hour every day to the attractions or where we wanted to go.

Arriving at 9am after our long haul flight from Australia it was excellent to be able to access our room straight away. Our family of 5 booked 2 rooms for a 3 night stay. Located in a quite part of Munich it was an easy 5 minute walk to public transport into town. Room, spa and breakfast were as expected. Overall was a good stay.

My husband and I stayed at the Munch Marriott while on vacation for a few days. The staff was helpful and professional. The lobby is going through a much needed update (during May 2023) - I would love to see it after the update - I think it will look amazing!. Our room, while clean and sizable, definitely needed an update. I am hoping that after the lobby update they continue the process to the rooms. The hotel is convenient to the U-Bahn. My husband and I were able to easily navigate from the hotel to ALL of the stops we wanted to make in the city.. The hotel staff was even able to get us our tickets on the U-Bahn, which saved us a stop before boarding. I look forward to staying here again after the updates to the hotel!

Location is good, breakfast is fabulous. However, that are three points that somehow affect my satisfaction towards the hotel. 1. The television automatically turns on during the midnight, which prevents me from having a good sleep. It turns on for 2-3 times at around 1am 2am and 4am which i found disturbing and kind of scary 2. The room cleaning guy threw my own face towel away….thought my face towel is white and quite similar to the hotel one…. 3. The hotel has hold up 296 euros from my card, didnt know if this is the deposit or not, but i have prepaid my hotel money and the deposit seems more than the ones i have stayed before Overall the hotel is gorgeous

We are here now. Reserved 2 rooms to accommodate 4 people, one for 3 adults, the other for 1 adult. They brought us a roll away bed for the 3rd adult and when I asked the front desk, they said they had no rooms to accommodate 3 adults with 3 proper beds. (Then why offer it as an option?). We were offered to move to a larger room, for the larger price, but would still only get the roll away bed for the 3rd adult. Accommodations…..incredibly dissatisfied. Especially for a 5 star hotel. We were ignored, not exaggerating, when we pulled up with our vehicle. While trying to parallel park to unload, 2 employees stood joking around. A colleague stopped what he was doing, interrupted them, and all but got in their face to tell them to help us! At this point I was pissed! And mind you, i was outside of the car and they had no idea i was with the car……so i was witness to it all. They were kissing the feet of the others (who were not wearing sweat pants) and legitimately IGNORED us. I was PISSED. Not because I’m stuck on myself, but because it’s so true. If you don’t LOOK a certain way, especially at this 5 star hotel, YOU WILL BE IGNORED. Don’t hate on me for my honest review. Just know that if TRUE luxury is what you’re seeking, no matter what you look like or what you drive, you may have better luck down the road. It’s not here. Best of luck and let’s hope I’m one of the few who has had to experience this.

It’s very good, but enough issues to knock a star off. Lots of good things - very clean, modern room. Great shower. Good lighting. Comfortable bed. Fabulous breakfast, with omelettes to order. Every sort of milk you could imagine (though except, oddly, we couldn’t find fresh - the one we thought was it was UHT!). Great gym on 14 floor. Internet lightning fast. The staff were friendly and gave you full attention when you were with them. Issues. Short staffed. On checkout, for example, only two staff, one of whom was on the phone … then the other could not get round an issue for a couple checking online, so had to be helped by the first. When a place is this swish, check in and out should be fast and slick. It wasn’t. Short staffed in the restaurant too: we’d booked a table but were ignored by the two staff who were covering the bar and the tables. A lot of tables and a long wait to be seated. Better training needed: at least greet and acknowledge the waiting guests. Restaurant food was ok. In the room: no access to the online hotel directory: reception didn’t really understand the problem and sent a spare remote up to us, then guessed maybe a software issue. No USB ports in the sockets, and none to loan (you could buy them apparently). (Tip: actually there there are two USB ports - on the back of the TV! They’re fiddly to reach but it can be done, and they charged a phone overnight).

Hotel location is good, opposite the door is the botanical garden, there are children playing. Behind a small park is the Technical University of Munich, which is very large and beautiful and fully open. A few hundred meters from the hotel is Karlsplatz, and a short walk away is Maria Square, convenient for shopping.

Wow. The Service was simply amazing. We travelled with a little child. The staff arranged a nice crib for our baby, the foldable type but with its own clean cushion, bedsheets and towels. The hotel’s design is simple, our room was super clean, it smelled nice and it had a nice warm temperature. We are super happy to have stayed here and congratulate the management and employees for their customer centered service.

The hotel was cozing and had good accomodations. Although not too modern, the room was equipped with everything we needed and had great acoustics. Parking in the surroundings was not very easy depending on the moment of the day. Breakfast was nice, with variety of food and typically German food included. The staff was nice but not very welcoming. The neighborhood was not very near to the city center, but that worked out really good for us, since we got to experience the local life.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in! Don't let the photos, high stars and several good reviews trick you, like they tricked my husband and I. Initially when we booked our room we expected a spacious and clean 1 + 1 room with a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. But when we were at the reception, one of the staff members explained to us that we had gotten a completely different room because ”they don't give out rooms based on pictures” but rather instead have their own system of stages or levels and you don't even know which exact room you get when booking. They claim the one we booked was a tiny room that could barely fit my family of four and several luggages (we had been traveling overseas for a month). There wasn't even any space to walk between the beds or between the luggages, and I'm not exaggerating when I say I couldn't even close the door because our room was so small. The bathroom was infested with bugs on the ceiling and walls, the whole place smelled of obnoxiously strong perfume to mask the disgusting odor of meat previously cooked in the kitchen and throughout the whole ”stage”, and most bothersome of all, neither my family and I nor our luggages could fit in our small room. After explaining that we wouldn't be able to spend almost a week in this room, I spent over an hour trying to convince the people working at the reception to either give us our originally booked room or refund our money back and they said they couldn't do EITHER of them because the hotel was fully booked and since we paid online it wouldn't have been possible to give us our money back. What a scam! After a while of arguing, they finally agreed to let us stay one night in the room we paid for in the first place and refunded the rest of the money to us. My husband and I spent the rest of our day searching for a new hotel during the busiest time in Munich when every hotel was fully booked for the next few days. (In case you were wondering, we were able to find one that we loved for the rest of our vacation.) If our troubles only stopped there I wasn't going to take my time to write this review, but unfortunately the hotel staff and management had to disappoint me once again! The breakfast was not very good and the food was minimal, but more than that I felt like we were in the middle of a forest full of bees and flies, both outdoors and indoors. Not just one, but more than enough to prevent us from eating in peace. My kids kept screaming, and the jars of jam were full of bees. I informed a staff member and she brought back another jar in 5 minutes and I got some jam in time before it would be full of those bees again. If the doors of the hotel hadn't been open the whole time for them to come inside we wouldn't have had this problem. To make matters worse, my eldest daughter had been feeling sick for a few days and started feeling worse that morning, so her dad took her to get medical treatment leaving only me and my 8 year old daughter behind. The hotel is beautiful. It is set right beside the English garden. Simply gorgeous. It is a little bit far from the main attractions of town. For example, Marion plots, and the glockenspiel. However, that simple taxi ride will get you there. The lobby is grand, and the staff is quite attentive. However, this is where we need to talk about the missing details. Some of the night staff did not speak almost any English. This made communicating quite difficult. I had this crazy experience of trying to get some ice cream for room service at around 1030 at night. Depending on who we spoke to, you could or could not get anything at that time. This is where two employees actually try to help me and go above. Anisa and Said. We finally got the ice cream. The chocolate ice cream was absolutely delicious. More details… All the hotels are strongly, encouraging guests to save water by reusing towels. I completely agree with this initiative. But if that’s the case, why couldn’t they give us a few more simple hooks in the bathroom? Another detail for hotel: shower temperature control is a mess after flushing toilet! Ouch. Breakfast area is very good. Good selection of food. Staff great. Very attentive. I would suggest longer shields in front of the food since everyone is sneezing everywhere. Another annoying detail - give water out for free! If we’re paying so much for the hotel, then the water should be free. As it is right now, you are charging almost 4 euros for one small bottle of water. That’s a rip off. I’m sure most of the clientele can afford the water bottle, but this really is a rip off. The going rate is actually about one or maybe two Euros . Don’t disrespect us with such ridiculous charges. Anyway, highly recommend this place. Would stay here again.

The location is very good, very close to the Deutsches Museum, passing through a green belt and a very beautiful river. And even walking to Munich city centre and Marianne Square is 20-30 minutes. And the separation of a river makes the hotel very quiet. And next to the hotel is an Audi 4S shop, you can go in and see the price of Audi in Germany, haha But I have to say that the conditions inside the room are really average. I am giving the room type with a loft inside the top floor. The bedroom was very small, and I could only put down a bed. I was very happy to see that the bedroom was pushed out and there was a large terrace. But then I found that the terrace was completely connected to the next door, which was not in line with the Chinese people’s habits. It also makes people feel unsafe. The air conditioning in the room is almost equal to the display, plus a few days just arrived in Munich, the sun is shining, it is very hot. So it is difficult to sleep at night. I don't know if it is only the top floor room type. This is an apartment-style hotel with a kitchen in the room. If you want to cook for yourself, it is very convenient. I don't know what it is. In the few days we stayed, we saw that almost half of the tourists in the hotel were Indians. The room area was full of curry.

For a tourist, the best place to live in Munich is Old Town. This hotel is located in an ugly building. Also, the lobby is quite modest. The breakfast room is stylish. The breakfast was very pleasant with a good selection of food. We were lucky that our room was ready on arrival at 11:15. We had booked a comfort room that is the second-best category after the only suite on the 7th floor. Our room was located on the 5th floor. The views were not great. There was a building opposite the narrow street. Our room was quite spacious with a separate bedroom and living room. However, the living room was very sp****ly furnished, with just two small chairs and a table. There would have been room for a sofa. The bathroom was small but quite functional. On our last day, there was a strange incident. Our room had been cleaned while we were enjoying breakfast. We had left all our stuff on the bed in the order to quickly pack when we returned from breakfast. However, the bed had been made (probably with the sheets we had used). Hopefully, the room was recleaned after our departure. Because of the location, the value was somewhat better for the paid 236 euros per night than in our first hotel, Cocoon Hauptbahnhof. A small minibar replenished daily was included in the price.

Breakfast is included, and the breakfast is rich and good. There is a small cooking table on the side of the entrance. Although the sparrow is small and complete, it has pots, pans and dishwashers. The parking lot is the one with the big hertz written on it. The hotel sign is relatively small and I didn't see it. It was only found on the day of picking up the car. We parked by mistake and parked in the parking lot of the next motel 1, but when motel 1 paid the parking fee, the enthusiastic brother at the front desk said it was okay. The hotel is located 2 minutes from U-Bahn station Theresienwiese, very close to Oktoberfest venue, and 20 minutes easily on foot to Marienplatz. For the price we paid you will not find a better one in the central area of Munich. The room was ready before noon when we arrived. While reading other guests' comments, I wonder if we stayed at the same hotel? Some of the guests complained that they were freezing, sleeping with their coats over blankets – however it was quite the opposite! Because of these comments I took my warmest pyjamas with me that I did not wear at all, as it was very warm in the room (we stayed 5 nights in December). The radiators can be adjusted manually as you please, from cold to super warm! Some other said they had only one towel per person, we had two and one for the floor, and they were changed whenever we threw them on the shower floor. Room was cleaned daily, and it was quite large, with nice seating area, perfectly quiet (our room was facing the yard, 3rd floor), with comfy beds, super Wi-Fi (very strong signal). It is not luxurious, but nothing was lacking in the room (even the hairdryer was there, obviously other complaining guests could not find it, as it was in the desk drawer). Breakfast was standard and decent, the only minus for us was the lack of scrambled eggs. Staff was very nice and helpful and I would recommend this place without hesitation!

I'm really conflicted about this hotel, in some ways it's a great hotel and in others not so much. I'll start with check in, I booked a ”Queen bed” which to me means bigger than double especially as there is an option for just a double. so had to pay to upgrade to a ”executive room” which had the bigger bed, so another €60 on to our bill, but was discounted from €90. room was big, bed was very big and very comfortable. had to ask for a kettle (had a coffee machine but no kettle) had a minibar so a fridge which the first room didn't have even tho website says a minibar. all rooms have balconies but no furniture out there so I had to ask for chairs, also dont think the balconies have been cleaned in a while, i left foot prints in the dust. bathroom was old and needs refurbishment, shower pressure is rubbish, water drains very slowly and bath has all gone rusty. our first room was right next to the second room and overlooked some car park but then right next to it is a factory and then behind that some excavation work is taking place, the 1st night all was quiet as it was Easter but the second night from 3.30am lorries with there reversing noises where going on and that night the factory noise went on till almost 10pm. this is not the hotels fault- but if booking a room I would ask for a different location for room. breakfast was beautiful, everything u would want, all presented lovely and u could have omlette made to order. we used the resturant the 1st night, the food was very nice but very expensive- but we later found out this is how Germany is. Husband used the gym- mini gym as they call it and it is mini but it kept him happy for an hour. pool is a added bonus but pictures make it look bigger than it is, Sadly it was far too cold for me to get in and the steam/sauna are only turned on at certain times and we missed the time slot but they both looked good sizes. all the staff we came across, from reception, to restaurant and breakfast staff and especially the cleaners were lovely, very polite and helpful if u have any questions or requests. we would stay here again if it was the original price for the larger bed and if we had a different room location.

Booked for a trade fair visit at the Hotel Mercure. 2 nights in a double room with FS for almost 150 euros was a very good price! We arrived from Austria around noon on Friday. There was parking just around the corner. The lady at the reception and her trainee tried very hard, but despite the booking confirmation including the right number, it took a good 10 minutes until we got our room cards. Top (3rd) floor, penultimate room. No problem, we want to complete 6000 steps every day! On the ground floor there is a bistro machine, cosmetics, souvenirs, information displays, etc. There are 2 elevators - only 1 is running. No idea why. The question becomes striking when waiting 10 minutes to go to the 3rd floor. It was very cold in the corridor. This is currently the case everywhere and is probably due to the idea of saving energy, but it is very unpleasant. Nice room, with a wardrobe including coat hooks (also not in every hotel anymore!), safe (become rare), a shower with a glass partition, hair dryer, magnifying mirror, facial tissues, soap, shower gel and shampoo dispensers. The bathroom was so small that when you sat on the toilet you couldn't open the door, but is that what you want?? Desk, armchair, flat screen TV, window that can be opened, a comfortable bed (not very wide) with good bedding. Kettle with coffee and tea facilities. Everything clean, but not completely clean. Dust bunnies behind the armchair on the lamp stand (seen by accident because I had dropped something). Very quiet, unless the other guests tramp loudly bawling down the aisle. Went away again in the evening and didn't come back until after midnight, but still easily got a parking space. Slept very well! Breakfast: Very nice area, tables set cleanly, coffee machine for different types, different types of tea, juices, water, cold UHT milk, large glasses and cups available!, rolls, grain rolls, croissants, sweet pastries, raisin bread, pretzels; jams, honey and Nutella; butter and cream cheese; Cereals, sausage, cheese, white sausage, small sausages, scrambled eggs, bacon, 7 min. eggs, pancakes, vegetables, yoghurt, fruit, fruit salad. My husband drinks cocoa for breakfast. It's always a problem in hotels just to get warm milk. The one from the machine doesn't taste good. When asked if we could get warm milk, they said the machine was broken - the stove? He then drank cold milk, but wasn't happy. Salt and pepper mills on the tables, as well as sugar and sweetener. Empties were deposited very promptly. Unfortunately there is nothing for the garbage on the tables. On Saturday it was really ok. The quality is sosolala. The sliced cheese tasted chemically. The pig was cut about 3mm thick. Personally, I don't need salami for breakfast. The water tasted treated, but we come from the foot of the Schneeberg in Austria and our water tastes fresh and natural - we're spoiled! The Nutella was full of little white balls. I've had that before in a glass, it's probably secreted fat. It tasted totally ok, but it has no place on a buffet. You can use that for Nutella Palats*****s, or for the workforce. Fruit selection was very nice, apples, bananas, sliced kiwis and passion fruit, sliced oranges, canned tangerines, fruit salad with apples and melons. On Sunday it was different: You could have smashed slices with the pretzel rolls. The pancakes were partly ”crispy”, but the bacon was soggy. The scrambled eggs were brought later, but it was totally slimy. Unfortunately, there were no pretzels with the white sausages. Everything can go out, but in times like these when you can have everything frozen, it's not necessary. What can children and my husband drink? Unfortunately, warm cocoa made from milk is not! It's a shame - that and the loss of quality on Sunday.

The breakfast area is small, but very elegant, close to the street on the first floor. It costs about 18 yuan per person. If you need to buy, it is more cost-effective to buy when you book the room. There is also a cafe next to the hotel, and the price is similar. The theme of the hotel is a picture of beautiful women in classical oil paintings. Each door is a picture of beautiful women in famous paintings. The specific allusion comes from a palace in Munich (I forgot the name, it is a scenic spot, you can visit), there are parking spaces on the roadside, and the hotel The location is very good, just near the Olympic Park, and it's also very close to walk.

The hotel opened earlier, but the overall decoration was not bad. The price is also recommended. It seems that Europe is not a high-end hotel, and it does not provide disposable slippers. You should pay attention to it. Remember to bring slippers.

Positive: Entry very nice and lovely designed. Reception premature and helpful. Rooms are very nice and clean. Negative: In the bathroom there were no washing pads, at demand (we have no). I didn't find the hairdryer also had to ask. This was not in the bathroom but in a box there in a shovel and there in a brudle. Who does that? Breakfast, there were lack of serviettes and glasses on the tables. The sauce products did not make us hungry because it looked like this product was there for a few hours. Eggs for omelet and egg mixture for crepes were open in a box without coating, very unappetite. The swabs for musli, fruits, etc. were above the food. You had to stretch over the food to get there. But where I thought I fell from faith was when a employee who was no longer so fresh beacon (it was previously sitting there people) was not removed but was touched forward with bare hands and re-oriented. The best of the tables were wiped with a spine with this spine was wiped the seat surface also and then the tables were wiped again. I thought that food remains in my neck. We're sure we won't go there anymore. Schde, for a great hotel.

One of the best hotel experiences of my life. The staff are 10/10 warm and inviting. From check in to check out, everything was great. The room is nice but the building is what makes it so great. Our first night we gathered on the back flowery patio. The next morning I picked up breakfast from downstairs, where the woman working set me up with everything I needed, not commenting on the fact that I was late for breakfast! The last night we had drinks in the 1st floor library and chatted with Sebastian. The location is also fantastic. Short walk to the touristy sights but had the feel of a real neighborhood, which it seems it was bc there was a schoolyard of children playing outside our window. Every single staff interaction was pleasant. That’s hard to say these days!

We stayed in July 2023 The hotel is in a charming area. Lots of eateries around. And a pleasant 20 minutes walk to the Old City. Our room was fairly spacious. Don’t trust the SBahn trains. We waited 1 hour for a train to take us to the airport. It never arrived. Despite the display screen continuously showing that a train was due in a few minutes. In the end we had to get a taxi and just avoided missing our flight.

Booked a room with a big bed + a sofa bed, you can sleep three people, but the three people feel a bit crowded, and we just live together. The dry and wet separation of the bathroom is not bad, the bathtub is also separated from the rain, and the water is quite big. There is also a microwave that can be used. The hotel is a little farther away. The train station takes about 15-20 minutes by subway and it takes ten minutes to get out. The surrounding area is quite quiet, and there is a small park between the residential area and the office building. There is a big supermarket out of the subway station.

The hotel is very close to the convention and exhibition center, just a few subway stops away, and there are pharmacies and supermarkets around. It is very convenient for business trips. I bought a 6-day pass and took the train wherever I wanted. If you want to eat Chinese food, you need to take 2 stops to the Liberty Square Station. There are several Chinese restaurants there. The hotel’s breakfast is very good, much better than IBIS hotels in other cities in Germany.

The check-in process was a breeze. The staff were very helpful and polite. Location - The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the main station in Munich. The area is not the best and I would probably not recommend a late-night walk but the convenience makes up for it. All the tram and bus lines are within a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There’s a supermarket next door and loads of food options around. Rooms - The rooms were large with twin beds, a tv, a minibar, a kettle, a large desk and a wardrobe. The air conditioning worked really well. You can use the mobile phone to open the room door.. although it didn’t work on the elevator. Might be easier to just use the key card. There are plug points near the bed. Wi-Fi was super fast. The view wasn’t great. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom wasn’t large but had a tub. The water was hot and the water pressure was great. The only area of concern was when I placed the Do Not Disturb sign on my door before heading out for the day (as I didn’t want my room cleaned), when I got back I found that my room had, in fact, been cleaned - this was a huge issue for me as there were many valuable items left around (and no one should have entered the room either way).

I booked 2 people but I think trip itself messed up the booking because they said it was just for 1 person. Nonetheless they took care of it without extra cost. Room itself was good, it had a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave and some utensils and pans. It wasn't the cleanest ever but still good. It was never cleaned during the stay, it was only 4 nights but still. Location was great, close to railway station. However the area seemed sketchy.

Reception misleading for the actual quality of the hotel. My husband and I thought oh no Nice clean hotel Cosy bed and pillows and luxury quality bedding Clean and usable bathroom, with good access to toiletries Biggest tv in a hotel bedroom 😂 but hardly used by us, but I guess if you were staying I for the evening it’s a great addition. Welcome free mini bar and coffee, much needed after days travel Surprised how Quiet it was given how central the hotel is Maybe some information on how to use the ac and blinds would be useful, we struggled with both but it turned out the switch for the blind was broken. This was fixed very quickly after reporting Beautifully decorated, loved all the paintings.

it was an OK stay. Room and amenties were fine, nice and clean despite so much of rush. off point : a little far from railway station, there is single bus that leaves from front of hotel to Munich east station (bus no. 190) frequency around 20 minutes +/-. no departmental store nearby, otherwise nice and pleasent stay . No complaints. About service I understand the high peak season had been there, check in could have been more smoother otherwise everyone is doing hard work in keeping up to the mark.
