Zona Hotelera Cancun|6.31km from city center
I've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place.
Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway.
Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more.
Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more.
Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too.
Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down.
Tips and Notes
-its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room.
-tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well!
-in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action!
-bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool.
-bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it!
-2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out
-there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time.
-while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!FromTRY 21,491

I recently stayed at this hotel and noticed a few areas for improvement:
1. There was loud noise from what seemed like an exhaust fan outside, requiring the balcony door to be closed for quiet.
2. The room was very humid, and I hope the hotel can add a dehumidifier system.
3. There were too few power outlets, and the ones near the bed were awkwardly placed behind the bedside table, making them hard to reach.
4. The hotel had a noticeable damp smell in both the rooms and hallways, and ventilation was necessary to reduce it.
5. The Wi-Fi was slow and unstable, which was inconvenient.
6. As for the restaurant, the food tasted average, with the grilled meats being too salty. It would be great to see more breakfast variety, especially in terms of bread and sugar-free yogurt options.FromTRY 29,804

Super location that facing the Caribbean Sea 🌊 Good hotel service if you have Marriott membership! They have welcomed drinks (alcohol and coffee and etc) we had tried most of the restaurants inside the hotel, one of the restaurant named Gustino ( Italian restaurant) we ordered their famous steak (FILETTO DI MANZO E RISOTTO DI PORCINI ) and BAVETTE AI FRUTTI DI MARE ( seafood paste that recommended by restaurant) the steak 🥩 was really excellent, BUT the seafood pasta was overcooked and we doubted the freshness of the seafood. We did feedback to the waiter, he just said ops.. sorry. Ok fine! In the mid night, my husband started running to toilet! He had diarrhea 3 times before we checked out the hotel next day morning as we need to catch the flight to New York. I did feedback to the front desk lady, she provided us bottles of mineral water. He had medicine again after light breakfast. Ohh God! He started to diarrhea non stop when reaching New York! We forced to cancel our day trip at New York City as he seriously unwell! He stayed in the hotel room for two days! Omg! It burned our trip at New York City! Really disappointed the quality control of the foods in the well known 5 STARS hotel! I think he sick of pasta seafood now especially with shell!FromTRY 19,447

Hotel is located at the north east point of Cancun strip, which allows to have an access to the beach at the northern side as well as at the eastern side. Both of the beaches are hidden from big waves by the piers. Turquoize suites are spacious and well maintained with an amazing view of the sea. Hotel territory is big enough for walks around it. Sea view from different spots is really beautiful. Hotel has several pools so that the clients can choose one suitable for them. There are several restaurants and bars in the hotel as well, which brings some diversity of options. Hotel staff is very friendly and polite. Service is really good. Overall nice impression of the hotel. Turquoize suite also has a separate building, which is more quiet and a separate swimming pool with a good view of the sea. Definitely recommend this hotel to all sorts of visitors. The only thing that can be better is the food. I would give 4 points out of 5 for the food, it can be more delicious and special as well as the cocktails in the bars, but maybe it’s because of the “all inclusive” type of the service.FromTRY 33,237

The staff in general is always willing to help you, I only had a bad time, upon arrival before arriving at our room, they offered a promotional package to my wife, she accepted and “invited” us a breakfast (which was already included in our all inclusive rate) There began our unpleasant experience. We were summoned at 8:00 am, at first the person who accompanied us to lunch was very friendly, but after he hurried us at breakfast, we could not have breakfast what we wanted because there was no time, only 30 minutes, when a day before we They said they invited us to a breakfast to give us a presentation about Omni hotels. We wanted to finish breakfast, but we agreed to see the hotel suites and then they took us to their sales room, when they tried to sell us the vacation package that we from the beginning said we were not interested they became aggressive and tried to pressure my wife , so we stopped the “presentation” and left, but they made us have a bad time, of course they didn't give us anything promised. I recommend you not accept any promotion at this hotel, because your sales staff does not know how to treat customers. Otherwise, all good.FromTRY 33,275

The facilities, staff service, etc. are all the best. In particular, the sea in front of the resort is fantastic. There is a facility to rinse with water after playing in the pool or at the beach, and I think the consideration of turning on hot water is the basic mind of the hotel. The various daily events were also good. I will leave with good memories.FromTRY 16,207

Everything was great. We especially loved the pool in the late afternoon when the sun was blocked by the building — it wasn’t too hot. The food was better than we expected. Loved the kids club, and all the activities were really fun. The only downside was that the beach wasn’t as good and gentle as the northern ones, and when it was windy, umbrellas weren’t allowed. The buffet restaurant was also quite hot and stuffy.SOLD OUT

Avenida Kukulkan Cancun|11.01km from city center
LeBlanc will remain a good memory for my wife and I for a long time.
I compared several places, including Nijuk and Hyatt, as recommended by acquaintances, and one of the reasons I ultimately chose them was because they had a Korean concierge.
They say Mexico has become a lot safer, but there are things you don't know.
I chose this as a way to help out and LeBlanc was a godsend during this two week long vacation.
I spent time in Tulum before arriving at LeBlanc, and there was a theft at the Azulik Hotel, which is popular for its eco-friendliness. After looking through Trip and Google reviews, I feel really sorry that I was not aware of the frequent Azulic theft incidents. Damage exceeding 4 million won was suffered...
I tried my best to find it, but English conversation is difficult in Mexico. Even though there was only one police officer who spoke English, it was very difficult.
My husband and I were able to come to our senses, even though the case could not be resolved, with the help of LeBlanc's Korean concierge, Jaeha Kim.
If Jeha wasn't there, the rest of my vacation schedule would have been ruined.
Even though he was busy, he focused on my wife and I and helped us with our work, and even after returning to Korea, he asked how we were doing and gave us great comfort. I was deeply touched by his sincerity toward his guests.
He was also very professional in solving the problem and explained in a coherent manner all the things to do and relax at the hotel.
Spots and tips inside and outside the hotel, and even tips for selecting clothes at the photo zone.^^
He even showed me pictures of what was delicious, what was good to buy, etc. Where can I meet someone like this?
Dear Jaeha, this is the first and last day for the Dink couple, who travel twice a year and focus a large part of their lives on travel.
The angel concierge at Le Blanc, which was like heaven♡
I have enjoyed all-inclusive experiences in Egypt.
First of all, Leblanc's liquor was exceptionally excellent, beyond comparison.
The quality of the dishes also did not lag behind.
Of course, there were some that seemed a bit insincere, but wouldn't one out of a hundred things be lacking to be humane?^^
Even if you are tired, we recommend that you enjoy the meal at one of the many restaurants rather than room service.
There are a variety of things to enjoy, including classes, spas, laser shows, performances, and more.
The private beach is also kept very clean.
I think it is a strength that can appeal because it is compared to other places, and I hope that Le Blanc will be established not only in Cancun but also in other places.
So much so that my husband is thinking about living at Le Blanc for a month.. haha.
When a picky and strict Korean man thinks about the LeBlanc Flex, his mouth hurts.
Recalling the various aspects of LeBlanc that are still vivid...♡♡FromTRY 47,547

The hotel is in a great location. The beach downstairs may be the best in Cancun, with fine sand and clear water. It is a 10-minute walk from the port, and it is convenient to go to Isla Mujeres. The food here is also good, with stewed pork and stewed chicken, rice, and the drinks in the bar are delicious. Sometimes there are performances at night.
The front desk service attitude is quite good, especially the male front desk in a dark blue short-sleeved shirt and glasses, who has a very good attitude.
Overall, it is very good and suitable for vacation. Ordinary rooms can see a little sea at the edge. If you need a sea view, it is recommended to have a sea view room. Seaside hotels are more humid, but the sea is indeed beautiful.FromTRY 13,976

The hotel is really good. I booked the hotel with a nervous mood.
But I was very satisfied with the final result.
Facilities: To be honest, the facilities are a bit old. The air conditioner at the front desk is not cold (the room is cold). The room facilities are old. I found that the faucet was broken on the first day. Several holes of the shower head were blocked, causing water to leak.
Hygiene: It was cleaned very cleanly.
Environment: The hotel environment is very good. It has its own beach. The beach is fine, there are many parasols and many places to lie down.
There are four hotels in total. Two of them require reservations. Generally, you can make an appointment as long as you make an appointment in advance. The hotel we booked is more delicious, especially the sunset barbecue, pasta and even salad, which are all above standard.
Service: Amigo is really good. We did not give tips specifically. They are also very enthusiastic. Whether you give or not, their attitude is very friendly.FromTRY 9,065

Let me start with the good things: all-inclusive, worry-free, food and beverage standards are really good (Japanese food is actually delicious for Asians, especially scallop melt; there are performances every night, the beach is beautiful (you can also walk to the Hyatt Beach next door for free & watch dolphins). Then let's start the complaints: I was in a really bad mood when I entered the hotel on the first day. They said that the whole hotel has sea view rooms, but they gave us a room with the most trees in the whole hotel!!! (I observed around the hotel), as shown in the picture, you can't see the sea at all... The phone was broken and I couldn't call room service or the front desk; there was no refill in the pen, and the device on the top of the door fell down and almost hit someone, the bathroom was old, the toilet cover was peeling and it hurt the skin when you sat down, the shower head was as shown, rusty + seriously clogged... Then the toilet was clogged, we had to go to the front desk to call someone to fix it. The bedding was very damp. At that time, I felt that I was wasting 6000rmb a night. There was no way to make an appointment for free activities by phone, you had to go to one end of the beach to ask, and when you asked, they said it was windy and there were two free kayaks and padel. We couldn't play boarding. When we asked when the wind would be less, we were told that we couldn't play all day. Then they promoted snorkeling (for a fee). After we left, we saw many people playing kayaks two hours later... We were too lazy to cross the entire sun-bathed beach to ask... The food was served very slowly. I don't know if it was to extend the dining time... Many restaurants had seats available but said that they couldn't serve us and we had to wait in line... In summary: If you want to book this hotel, you must be mentally prepared. Your money is spent on food and beach. Don't expect five-star hotel room facilities and services. Secondly, be prepared for endless tips to enjoy good service, otherwise you will be frowned, cold-faced, and neglected... The last two photos are of the rooms on the first floor that were being cleaned. They have much better sea views than the rooms on the second floor where we stayed 😩😩😩FromTRY 32,504

The location is very good. We booked a seaside view suite. You can see the beach from the balcony. It is quite large. The facilities are a bit old, but it has everything it should have. Room service is also very convenient, but the food is not as good as the restaurant that requires reservations.FromTRY 14,966

Upon check-in at 1 PM, the hotel initially tried to fob us off with a subpar room on the second floor. We had to wait until 3 PM to finally get a room on the sixth floor, only to find the entire floor under renovation with construction workers and materials filling the corridors. This was truly embarrassing for an InterContinental property. When we tried to change to a lagoon-facing room, several front desk staff members shirked responsibility and passed the buck. It took another hour for the lobby manager to finally offer us a spare room on the fourth floor. This hotel is riddled with issues and constant hassles. I strongly recommend avoiding it!FromTRY 12,234

The hotel was fantastic. We got a free upgrade to a family suite room which was really nice! We only spent 2 days there but I thought everything was good. The hotel seems like it’s been there quite a while and it’s not particularly modern, but they maintain it really well. For that area the price and quality it’s definitely worth a stay!FromTRY 15,481

Invincible sea view, invincible location and beach, you can snorkel directly at the hotel's own beach to see 10 species of fish, each species is a group of groups. The waves are very gentle and swimming is safe. Good food, good service, the hotel is very elegant and face-saving.FromTRY 11,906

The room was exactly as described. The kitchen was fully equipped, from a peeler to a dishwasher. It felt like home. It was the most fully equipped hotel I've ever stayed in. Plus $50 per night to upgrade to a high-rise terrace sea view room. Let's start with the advantages: 1. The staff's service attitude is super good, which is very important for an all-inclusive hotel. 2 The view is great (high-rise sea view room), the beach is invincible, there are different programs every night, and the sense of vacation is full. 34 bar cocktails are really not inferior to paying bars outside.
Disadvantages: 1. The sound insulation is very poor. It can be said that there is no sound insulation. The walkers can speak through the 3cm gap at the bottom of the door and can be transmitted to the ear without any difference. The sound of the TV next door or even a loud fart can be clearly heard. 2 The food is really average, probably at a level that can be eaten, and it has absolutely nothing to do with deliciousness. 3 The decoration of the room has a sense of age, probably the grade of the home in China, which is almost meaningless.SOLD OUT

It feels like a four-star level. Although it is all-inclusive, the drinks are not good, and there is no better restaurant in the hotel. The swimming pool is full and noisy, and there is no leisure atmosphere. There was still hair in the bathtub that people lived in before. The taxi can't stop at the front desk, so I have to pull the box and walk to the back floor.
About Cancun: But it's not the hotel's fault, the whole Cancun revealed such an impetuous atmosphere. Taxi is expensive. Not my kind of place.SOLD OUT

The hotel is in a good location, 30 minutes walk to the bar street on the 7th, 15 minutes walk to the shopping mall on the other side, first-class environment, private beach with unbeatable sea view, and balconies facing the sea, warm service staff, but there are not many restaurants, and you can only eat in those few restaurants. The hotel maintenance is OK, but it is indeed old, the room is large but the facilities are average, there are performances in the lobby every night, and a friendly reminder to be sure to apply thick sunscreen before going into the sea, otherwise you will be miserable, the sunlight and sea water in the Caribbean will make people skinned, there is a travel agency in the hotel lobby where you can consult other itineraries, overall the hotel is still good, first-class value for moneySOLD OUT

If the total score is 10 points, I would say this hotel is about 7-7.5.
Food: average. There is no highlight but it is not unpalatable. The best restaurant is Blue Water Grill, for Mediterranean food. The second is Vista Prime for steak. Definitely don't order the Picanha. You're right to order beef tenderloin. Let’s just say this for other restaurants, it’s OK to be full and don’t expect too much. Mexicans love to use cream🧈. If you are afraid of getting fat, be careful hahaha.
Stay: Very satisfied. Nothing to fault. The 24-hour room service is very convenient. The room is very clean. This time I stayed in a room with a small swimming pool (footbath). It was OK for taking pictures, but it was a really useless facility.
Drinks: The drinks are all delicious. The wine was also given generously. I don’t have the trembling hands like the cafeteria aunties hahaha. People who don’t drink can make them virgin. It tastes the same but without the alcohol.
Beach: A very small beach 🏖️. Just a few short steps. There are a lot of seaweeds. If you have beach shoes, I recommend bringing them because there are many shells and disintegrated corals in the water🪸. There are some marine activities included but I didn't see anyone using them.
It's OK to come here once, but if I had to come back a second time, I wouldn't do it because there are no highlights. Very good for taking pictures~SOLD OUT

The hotel is in a great location, the scenery is particularly charming, and the all-inclusive service made me gain a lot of weight. But the only drawback is that the hotel deliberately put very few lounge chairs. Guests either need to go before 7 am to reserve a seat, or they have to rely on luck to get one, just like reserving a seat for self-study before the final exam when they were in college in China. If you don't get a free lounge chair, you can also choose a paid beach bed (as shown in Figure 6), but it costs $250 a day. Yes, I have confirmed repeatedly that the currency is US dollars.SOLD OUT

Amazing all inclusive - modern, clean and well appointed. We had excellent service - there was always someone asking us for drink orders, dining service was fantastic. The only thing was that they were doing work on their beach so it was noisy and disruptive. Loved their organized activities too - exercise classes, archery, cacao ceremony. Best of all, room service was included.

I used to always use ********** for our family trips several times a year, but this time I tried Trip.com because the prices were better. However, the service at the Aloft Cancun hotel counter was rude and unpleasant due to a male staff member. I've stayed at various accommodations in different countries before and never felt such unpleasantness until now, here in Mexico.
Yesterday, I couldn't wash my hair because the shampoo dispenser was empty. Today, after returning from a tour, the shampoo dispenser was still empty. I had to go down to the front desk with wet hair while showering to explain the situation. This was the first time something like this happened, so I was flustled. The female staff member today was much friendlier compared to the male staff member yesterday.
I'm wondering if this is because I booked through Trip.com, or if the Aloft hotel's service itself is poor. I've booked my upcoming 3-night stay in Mexico City through **********, starting tomorrow. I want to compare the service.
Also, the airport pickup service through Trip.com was a mess, so I canceled tomorrow's airport drop-off and booked an Uber instead.
For this Mexico trip, I used Trip.com for airport pickup/drop-off, hotel bookings, and flight reservations. At least the flight reservation part was well-organized; they provided information like arrival times and gate numbers, which was the most satisfying aspect.

We were not happy with this hotel. It was not clean, run down and over priced. We had to wait in a queue for more than 30 minutes each morning for breakfast even though we went very early or later and the food was very disappointing. The room was moldy and the balcony had green slimy water. The TV remote didn’t work and we could only watch one channel. The staff were very friendly and tried their best to accommodate but we left even before our stay was up because we were very unhappy with this hotel.

Where do I start from? Daniel , Erik and the whole squad were exceptional. SLS Cancun is situated in the Marina which is probably the most expensive and most luxurious place in the whole of Cancun. There are loads of restaurants and a big shopping mall literally 7-10 mins walk from the hotel. The Marina is amazing with loads of fine dinning and descent priced restaurants. I stayed in one of the suites which happens to have 2 bathrooms and a full ocean view. The best thing about this hotel and the area (the Marina) is how private, secure (tho Cancun is safe) and affluent the area is. I call the area little Miami. If you want a loud noisy area, this is not the place for you. But if you want a bit of class and then drive into the noisy area and back to peace then SLS is for you. People pay to come to the beach so it’s a private beach but obviously free for hotel guest , so you will never see a rowdy group of people. I rented a car during my stay through the hotel without even paying a deposit to the car company and obviously you get Valet parking every time. The guys are attentive and always happy to help.Ask for Daniel and Erik, those guys are everything you need. I’ll see you soon.

This was our 3rd time here ( because of the jacuzzi in the room) . Unfortunately it was also our last visit . We paid for the room with jacuzzi . The AC in the room was broken , we couldn’t turn it off and it was freezing cold in there . We asked them if they could turn it off . They sent someone to fix it . We waited in front of the room for some time . They turned it off but the freezing cold air was still flowing and they told us ITS LIKE THAT WE CANT TURN IT OFF .. uh okay? We asked for another room . We changed the rooms and we discovered that the jacuzzi was not working 😂 the jets power was like when you turn on a faucet . We couldn’t even feel it. The water level was going down quickly so we had to refill the jacuzzi couple of times in one evening. Next day we asked for fixing it or changing the rooms, they sent someone again to fix it . We waited some time in front of our room as we didn’t want to leave our stuff unattended (probably around 1 hour) they were still fixing it and we had enough so we went to the pool. They “fixed” it in couple of hours and guess what . It was the same 😂🤌 I took the manager to the room and showed her the “power” of the jets and she told me that it is working . I told her I see it’s working but it has no power and this is not jacuzzi , it’s a bathtub with faucets on . She said this is the best they could do . I told her I was on the hotel before and I know how the jacuzzi should work and this is not working and I would like another room with all amenities working . She told me there are no more rooms left in our category 😂 only the ona with the broken AC . … I thought there will be some effort from their site to resolve this or offer something .. some gesture as an apology… but nothing they left us in room with broken jacuzzi and I explained to them many times that I booked the room only because of the jacuzzi . Tgey said sorry and left the room . sooo very disappointed and never coming back . I loved the hotel the first 2 times but it’s going downhill. That’s why it has 3 stars on Google and booking and everywhere else . Don’t go there if you don’t want to loose your nerves.

The hotel is similar to a three star hotel but is very economical for the prices it offers. Best part was the morning breakfast buffet. They have a cook who carefully prepares omeletes and quesadillas, definitely recommend the chicken chipotle quesadillas. Buffet may not be included so you may want to double check to be sure.
The living quarters were basic as well. You will have a security box, closet, small tv. They commonly clean every morning, if you don't want it to be clean you can place the do not disturb packard. Everything in the room is white, you will have a decent view of the buildings around, but the view is relaxing. Btw, it's advised to secure your belongings if you have a suitcase, this logic would apply any hotel you go to, better safe then sorry. Staff were very nice, everyone within the buffet mostly speak perfect english, but the cleaning ladies were not able to. Just something to be aware of.
*** If you love starbucks, they have one at the entrance. They can't make a Barbie Frappuccino but they have most drinks similar to the aiports.
I did not go to the pool of gym due to frequent travel to Xcaret. This is a hotel morentowards those who do travel versus the cost of an all inclusive.
Overall, this hotel is budget friendly and the concierge/staff were very kind. Defintely worth the considering.
FYI, you want to run the water for a little to get it hot. Its more between hot and warm, they could update the shower heads. Bht they give you plenty of towels they have a blowdryer aswell.
Also, outlets may be an issue in the single rooms, the family rooms are well equiped.
Close to the airport aswell, the drive is around 10 minutes.
