I arrived earlier than the check-in time and was told the room was being cleaned. When I returned at 4:30 PM, they said there were no rooms available. Thanks to my local guide, who strongly complained, we were assigned a good room. The Kaaba view is truly amazing. We were also grateful for the welcome fruits and sweets provided daily. The breakfast buffet doesn't have much variety, but the taste is decent. The bread is delicious, and waiters bring tea and coffee to your table. I'd like to stay here again. Thank you.FromMYR 834

Third-to-none experience! This is my 4th stay at Makkah Clock Royal Tower. The location couldn't be better—literally right next to Masjidil Haram. Excellent hospitality, and the food here is honestly the best. Will definitely keep coming back!FromMYR 1,055

Makkah Convention Hotel! Our experience in Room 1038 on the 10th floor was absolutely flawless, highlighted by the outstanding warmth and professionalism of the reception staff and assistants who made us feel genuinely welcome from the very first moment. Here is what made this stay so memorable:Ambiance & Cleanliness: The hotel and our 10th-floor room were immaculately clean. The refreshing scent of traditional Bukhoor filled the air, beautifully complemented by gorgeous floral arrangements throughout the property.Amenities & Comfort: Room 1038 was fully stocked with every personal amenity needed for a comfortable stay. Elevators were fast and abundant, and the coffee served in the lobby was absolutely superb. The Spiritual Experience: The location is perfect, and the partial Haram view from our room is truly priceless. A deeply moving touch was hearing the soul-stirring sound of the Adhan (call to prayer) clearly inside the room, which added an unforgettable spiritual serenity to our stay.We highly recommend this hotel, especially the higher-floor rooms, and it will definitely be our first choice for future visits! Insha Allah
Special thanks to the whole team A special thanks to the housekeeping and cleaning staff for their incredible dedication and attention to detail. The refreshing scent of traditional Bukhoor filled the air, beautifully complemented by gorgeous floral arrangements throughout the property.FromMYR 645

This hotel was excellent, clean and friendly staff. The housekeeping team was very accommodating and welcoming. Above all it was very close to the Haram 2-3min walk. King size room is not very spacious, but it was enough for a couple. Hayat Regency Jabal Omar is now part of my list of hotels to use in Makkah insha'Allah.FromMYR 790

Honestly, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Every time my family and I visit, I feel completely at ease. It offers peace of mind, a warm welcome, and a clean environment. May God bless us and them. And make sure to book through their app to get the hotel membership. I'm staying on Ibrahim Bin Khalil Road, close to the Haram, exactly 900 meters to 1 kilometer away. 👍🏻FromMYR 143

The location of the hotel is excellent, but unfortunately, the overall experience did not justify the high price.
When we arrived, we were given a room with a very unpleasant smell, and we also found the room door was left open. We requested another room, and although the second room did not have the same smell, there were still several issues. The bathroom was very old and had a leaking problem. Basic personal-care amenities, such as a toothbrush and toothpaste, were also not provided. Another major disappointment was the Haram view. When I booked the hotel, the room was advertised as having a “Haram view,” which I understood to mean a proper/full view. However, the view we received was only partial and quite far away. When I asked the hotel about this, I was simply told that they do not have rooms with a full Haram view. This should be made much clearer in the booking description so guests know exactly what they are paying for.
Apart from the excellent location, I did not find anything particularly special about this hotel that would justify its high price. For the amount paid, I expected a much better room, better-maintained facilities, and more transparency about the view. Overall, a disappointing experience and not good value for money.FromMYR 695

Clean hotel with excellent services. The breakfast buffet is good and varied. The hotel's location is relatively far from the Haram, and the bus stop is a bit of a walk. The bus timings are very good, and there are two buses to serve guests. Sometimes you have to wait for a while for the bus to fill up or arrive.FromMYR 137

Very good hotel. Around 6-10 minute walk from the Haram. It’s also got the highest sky masallah viewpoint which has amazing views Mashallah. Breakfast was also very good, and would definitely recommend. The only slight issue was weak WIFI (we were on the 28th floor). But this got addressed after day 2 (we were there for a total of 5 nights).FromMYR 622

Great stay and an amazing, welcoming team. What made the experience even more exceptional were two employees whom I would like to personally thank: Omania at Reception and the lady serving at Asia Restaurant. She went above and beyond to secure a seat for me at another restaurant and even accompanied me there to ensure I was fully satisfied and comfortably accommodated.
This is what genuine customer service looks like—taking ownership, showing care, and exceeding expectations. Thank you both for making my stay truly memorableFromMYR 526

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at the Hilton Suites Makkah (Jabal Omar). Its biggest advantage is its close proximity to Masjid al-Haram. You can reach it in just a few minutes on foot, which is especially convenient for Umrah pilgrims.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and modernly furnished. The beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioning system works perfectly. There's quality cleaning service every day. The view from the window is also very beautiful.
Breakfast is very rich and delicious, with a variety of national and international dishes available. The staff are very polite, prompt, and ready to help. The check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth.
This hotel is very suitable for both family trips and guests coming for pilgrimage. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.
Highly recommended! 🌟FromMYR 650
