The value for money isn't great, and while breakfast was okay, the room's soundproofing was terrible. The two most annoying things were: 1. To visit the Imperial City, I had to check out early. I couldn't even get a 30-minute late checkout; the male front desk staff said I'd be charged a late fee if I checked out at 12:01, and his attitude was very poor. 2. There was a very friendly girl at the front desk who spoke Chinese, suggesting many Chinese tourists, but surprisingly, among all the national flags on the lobby's background wall, displayed like the UN, the Chinese flag was conspicuously missing. I wonder what grudge the hotel has against China; I don't believe it was an oversight. In any case, I will absolutely never stay at a hotel under this brand again. I've lived abroad for over a decade, and while I'm not overly sensitive politically, certain principles must be upheld.

🌿 A peaceful and unforgettable stay at Pilgrimage Village I stayed here during my solo trip to Hue and this was by far my favorite hotel in Vietnam. The resort is quiet, spacious, and beautifully designed — a true retreat from the busy world. The staff were warm and professional, especially Ngoc Ha, the manager, who handled everything with great care and flexibility. I felt truly welcomed. My room was cozy and comfortable, and the swimming pool was absolutely relaxing. I enjoyed their “buy 2 get 1 free” cocktail offer while sitting by the pool — such a peaceful moment to just unwind. Dinner was delicious with options for buffet or à la carte, and the restaurant team was very kind and attentive, which made me feel safe and cared for as a solo traveler. Breakfast had many choices, including authentic Vietnamese drip coffee, which was a nice touch. The resort also has great facilities and feels like amazing value for what it offers. And don’t miss their spa! I booked a 2.5-hour session and left completely refreshed. Quiet, clean, and very professionally done. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I visit Hue. Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, comfort, and great service.

I stayed at TTC Imperial Hotel in Hue for three nights and everything was absolutely perfect. I loved the building itself, the beautiful rooftop terrace, and the room — spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The gym was excellent, the service was truly professional, and the people working there were warm, kind, and attentive. Breakfast was great with a good variety and quality. Overall, a flawless stay — I would happily come back.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel that lives up to our expectations of a five start hotel! It’s artistic, aesthetic, new and super clean. I loved every bit of our stay! The room is super spacious, and we got complimentary mochi which was delicious. The staff are incredible friendly and helpful. Hotel facilities offer everything you need: spa and sauna, gym, swimming pool, restaurant, bar, etc. It’s a perfect blend of Vietnamese and French style, I can highly recommend Silk Path grand hotel to whoever that wants a luxurious and relaxing stay.

The place is old and has a quaint atmosphere, so it may be a bit worn, but I actually enjoyed that aspect. The location near the Huong River made getting around easy, and I would definitely return.

We stayed just one night in Hue. The hotel was fantastic, with a really nice swimming pool. Very clean and tidy rooms and excellent breakfast. I really recommend the hotel. Also they have nice restaurant just next to the hotel if you are looking for good Vietnamese food. Extra point: I forgot some stuff in the hotel and they managed to send it to me from Hue to Da Nang in less than 24h. This is not related to the hotel accommodations, but I really appreciate what they did.

Great Location and Excellent Service – Perfect for a Short Stay We recently stayed at the Century Riverside Hotel in Hue for one night. Overall, we had a positive experience and would certainly recommend it for travelers looking for a convenient base in the city. Room Experience We booked a family room with a connecting door. Upon arrival, we found that the setup was actually two small rooms with an open section between them, rather than two fully separate rooms with a connecting door. While this wasn't the exact layout we expected, it didn't bother us at all since we were only staying for one night. It is just worth keeping in mind if you are traveling as a family and prefer complete privacy. The Highlights Despite the room layout, the hotel excels in several key areas: • Perfect Location: The hotel is centrally located, making it very easy to explore Hue and access everything you need nearby. • Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was fantastic. It was very extensive, and everything we tasted was delicious—definitely a great way to start the morning. • Friendly Staff: The service was a major highlight. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our time there, which really made our stay more pleasant. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is great. Sadly, good things ended here. Room that I’d was on the second floor. It’s quite run-down and strange design. It had a giant kind size bed with little space to walk around. Dresser had a loud squeaky sound whenever I opened it. Outside AC units were so loud that I couldn’t fall sleep. I even shut my room’s AC.! Luckily, I brought a pair of earplugs. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant stay.

Had huge expectations from the hotel after reading reviews. The hospitality was fabulous ! The breakfast was excellent as well. Its very convenient as there are many shops and walking street nearby. However , the nightmare begins at night as there is a CLUB very close to the hotel. The music is so loud until 3am and barely could sleep. The noise from the traffic is loud. Choose a room without river view.
