In the center of the old town, you can basically go to any tourist attraction within one kilometer. It is very friendly to traveling bosozokus. There is nothing to say about the interior of the hotel. It is almost the same style as Lello Bookstore. Harry Potter is enough. The elevators and guest rooms are a bit Budapest. It feels like a big hotel. The air-conditioning panel in the room is actually touch-screen. It’s very magical~ The service is also good. After arriving, it’s easier to sit and check in. The check-in time is not stuck. There is also a welcome drink. I usually choose the special one. Port wine, and someone knocks on the door every night to deliver chocolates. Maybe the only bad thing is the small alleys on both sides of the hotel, which are basically tobacco shops and bars. Young people gather there at night and make noise, which will probably last until after 2 o'clock. The second floor is being renovated during the stay, which is quite disturbing. Visit the public area on the second floor. If you like retro, you can really try this hotel.

This hotel is very cost-effective in Porto. Although the decoration is not as luxurious as the first-line five-star hotels, the experience of staying is also very comfortable. It is close to various attractions and restaurants.

Impeccable service and the staff is intelligent and beyond professional. I’d say they were my favorite part of the stay. I loved the design and luxurious feel of the hotel, as well. The rooms are on the small side in Portugal but this hotel is of high quality and extremely clean. The sauna, steam room, and are pool are incredibly beautiful. Great location. Wonderful breakfast. The bed was super comfortable and the hotel was always quiet. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends. I’d love to know who developed the hotel. One thing that I wish I had been told is that there was a rooftop. No one mentioned this at check-in and I just saw it in another post on Google.

The diverse selection caters to every palate, ensuring a revitalizing start to the day. But what truly captivated me was the ”breathing” bed. The mattress is the perfect level of firmness—not too soft to sink into, not too firm to be uncomfortable. It contours perfectly to the body, providing gentle support for every inch of skin. As night falls, lying on this comfortable bed, the fatigue of the day seems to melt away instantly, and with the soft bedding, I drift off to sweet dreams. Whether traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers exceptional service, a pleasant environment, a hearty breakfast, and an exceptionally comfortable sleep experience, adding infinite beauty to your journey.

Hotel is centrally located near to Sao Bento station and can walk to most attractions like the clerigos and cathedral. There are also several food options available. The only downside is there’s not much amenities. The gym is pretty small and no swimming pool

The Hotel is a true 5 star. Unbeatable location facing the sea. The staff very professional. They are aware of everything but you don't know. Period palace with a new part very well integrated. Decoration with personality. Exceptional value for money. For me, the best in Porto. Excellent breakfast.

The hotel had great service, including hotel information at the front desk! The breakfast area overlooks the city of Porto and has a great view. This is not limited to this hotel in Portugal, but there are no slippers or toothbrushes in the room, so you need to bring your own. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay in an upgraded room.

Hotel location is very good, just beside the Douro River, not far from the Louis I Bridge, the hotel service is very good, also helped print the required documents, the check-in and check-out speed at the front desk is very fast, also sent chocolate. Praise

This hotel is in the perfect location for Porto with everything in the city within a 10 minute walk away. The inside of the hotel feels very relaxed and updated, and the reception staff are very helpful should you have any questions! We always stay at NH collection hotels around the world and this was one of the best ones we have stayed at.
