Awesome place, really enjoyed the stay. The property owner was very gentle and extremely helpful to tell us about the places we must explore during our stay of 3 days 2 nights. The place is about 100m from the ferry stop named Guidecca Palanca whoch helped us to take a ferry at 3:45am in order to catch the flight at 6:25am. If we visit Venice again we are going to stay here for sure!!!

The location is the best! The room is old, but the stay is very comfortable. I drove here and asked the hotel to arrange parking service, pick up and drop off from the parking lot to the hotel. The trip was good, but the price was expensive. When I left, the hotel did not explain clearly that the parking fee was not included in the 220 euro price! The ”taxi boat” was also borne by the guests. I was a little disappointed when I left. I paid a high price, but I felt that the hotel took advantage of it... Of course, everything in Venice is expensive, but I think the hotel can provide better service! Overall, there is room for improvement! The hotel is located about 15-20 minutes' walk from surrounding attractions and about 28 minutes' walk from the lonely San Lucia train station. However, it is not recommended for travelers with suitcases to walk, although the original picture has a good view. You can go out from the train station and take the bus line 5.2. I may not have bought the ticket properly, but it cost 9 euros to get from the hotel to the train station. The hotel is not very close or far from the shopping street. However, the walking navigation signal is easy to drift. After walking into many narrow alleys, you have to find a way out.
The hotel room is small and the bathroom is large. The hotel does not provide toothbrushes. When I contacted the front desk, they said that the toothbrush was gone, which was very frustrating.
The hotel is near the seaside. You can go there for a walk and have a cup of coffee in the morning. It's not bad either.
The hotel recommended two restaurants: OGINA and which one is 50 meters straight on the right side of the hotel. OGINA Forget it, it's not that good. The other seafood restaurant was okay and the service was good. I ate there all day, but I had diarrhea the next morning. Maybe it was because I was lactose intolerant myself and ate a lot of cheese.
The breakfast in the hotel is very basic. It costs 25 euros and 5 euros plus tax. I am not happy with the 29 euros.
Overall, I spent 2,000 a night and enjoyed 3 stars in a first-tier domestic city.

The hotel itself is a work of art. It is said that it was the residence of a former noble governor. Be sure to set up a landscape room with a balcony. Open the window and you can see the church on the other side of the river. The view is really amazing! The Astor Junior Suite I booked for over 10,000 yuan a night turned out to be like this. It was next to the elevator, the window faced the roof, and the door faced the air conditioner and utility room in the corridor. It did not meet the suite standard at all. It was probably the worst room in the hotel. I asked the hotel front desk to change the room. On the first day, they said there were no rooms to change. I checked online and there were still many rooms. They said they would change it the next day. On the second day, they said they would have to pay 2,000 euros more. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at BW Premier Collection Continental and couldn’t be happier with my experience.
The location is unbeatable — just a five-minute walk from Santa Lucia Train Station, which makes arriving in Venice incredibly easy, especially with luggage. You’re right in the heart of the city while still being able to relax comfortably.
The service was truly impeccable, from reception to room service. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. One moment that really stood out: I was allowed to sit on the lobby couch and enjoy a bottle of wine that I hadn’t purchased from the hotel — something that almost never happens. Not only did they allow it, but they brought me glasses and even opened the bottle for me with a smile.
Later, I went to buy more wine from the bar, and even though they had technically just closed, they still served me without hesitation. That level of hospitality really says everything.

The room was spacious and the heating worked very well. The key was unique, but the facilities were a bit old. The shower curtain didn't really keep the water in, so the bathroom floor got very wet. The courtyard next to the room was quite nice. Room 509 is actually on the ground floor. I also got bitten by mosquitoes at night, but luckily I managed to kill them quickly.
The front desk had a peculiar process: when I checked in, they asked for my credit card to register the number. The next day when I checked out, I inquired about it and was told it was to prevent guests from forgetting to pay city taxes or other fees after leaving. Its grand staircase offers wonderful photo opportunities, and from the rooftop, you can enjoy the refreshing Adriatic breeze while watching a stunning Venetian sunset. A crucial tip for arrival: absolutely do not follow Google Maps! Do not disembark the water bus too early. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location, but honestly, everything else feels a bit subpar compared to other four-star chains like Hilton. Perhaps it's because Venice's urban infrastructure is quite old. The hotel lobby is nice, but the in-room facilities have some flaws, like certain glued-on fixtures that easily fall off. They do have both new European and old Italian standard power outlets, which is, I guess, okay. There are also a few other minor imperfections, and around 2 AM, there seemed to be a party with young people nearby.
Overall, though, the location and experience justify the price. There are plenty of dining options nearby; I recommend trying some of the highly-rated restaurants for pasta, pizza, and gelato – the prices are good too. After all, hotels on the main island are even less cost-effective and have older facilities. If you have higher expectations for your experience, I'd suggest going a few kilometers away to a Hilton Garden Inn or similar. The price is about the same, the facilities are better, but transportation isn't as convenient. Otherwise, you'd have to pay double the price for something on the main island. Surprisingly, we were able to take a free private boat to Murano Island, and even had an instructor accompany us to tour the Venetian glass workshop and the attached glass shop (which is more like a museum). The private boat only runs in the morning, once every 30 minutes, and one instructor is assigned to each person on that trip. Luckily, the instructor on our trip was very fluent in Japanese, so we were able to listen to the explanations and ask questions in Japanese. The hotel room was just as gorgeously decorated as the pictures, and we were very satisfied. The amount of water in the shower was a little weak (as is the case everywhere in Italy).FromPKR 77,211

This hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from the train station, next to a Venice canal. Location is convenient but you need to cross a few bridges from the train station to the hotel so moving heavy luggages require a bit effort.
The decoration of the hotel is classic and tasteful. The lobby is like an art studio.
Best part is the excellent service. Hotel staff are courteous and always ready to help. After we checked out, we stored luggages at the hotel and went for sightseeing. Coming back to the hotel to retrieve the luggages,vwe rested at the lobby. The service staffer offered us free tea, which exceeded our expectation. Pretty much all other hotels charge fees for drinks. This hotel not only offered free drink but also offered it after our checking out.

Loved that I could take a water taxi right to the hotel! The room was small but cute, it served its purpose for changing my clothes and sleeping! Only issue I had in the room was the micro table next to the bed obviously wasn't cleaned because when I went to set my phone on it before bed my hand touched something and I had to turn the light back on to see what it was..... someone's fingernail or toenails clippings 🤢.....
