The hotel itself is a work of art. It is said that it was the residence of a former noble governor. Be sure to set up a landscape room with a balcony. Open the window and you can see the church on the other side of the river. The view is really amazing! The hotel is in a good location, about ten minutes walk from Luxury Street, Phoenix Theatre and 15 minutes from San Marco Church.

The hotel location is great, it is very convenient to call watertaxi directly to the entrance of the hotel, the hotel keys are very nice, and welcome wine and chocolates are provided. The hotel's breakfast has many types and is delicious. The toiletries are from Parma ~

The Astor Junior Suite I booked for over 10,000 yuan a night turned out to be like this. It was next to the elevator, the window faced the roof, and the door faced the air conditioner and utility room in the corridor. It did not meet the suite standard at all. It was probably the worst room in the hotel. I asked the hotel front desk to change the room. On the first day, they said there were no rooms to change. I checked online and there were still many rooms. They said they would change it the next day. On the second day, they said they would have to pay 2,000 euros more. It didn't cost 2,000 euros to book a new room. It was a very bad experience.

This is the first time I write a review on Ctrip. I'll say that when you are away from home, don't be too hypocritical, and don't ask and expect too much. But this time I can't help but tell the truth. Let's talk about the price first. 1. The standard large room of this hotel is more than 4,000 yuan per night. This room type is enough for two people. After arriving at the hotel, we still asked how much it would cost to upgrade to a better room, and the front desk receptionist took us to see two upgraded rooms with different decoration styles, but it would cost about 350-400 euros. In the end, we gave up because of the price and felt it was not worth it. In addition to the larger space, although there is a sea view, it is not a floor-to-ceiling window. 2. The design style is dark. I personally think that this hotel should be suitable for young people under 25 years old who are avant-garde in art. It is a personalized design boutique hotel. For other business travelers with high comfort requirements/poor eyesight or older people, forget it, because it is really a bit dark, a bit dark, and the practicality of various buttons in the room is really a bit brain-consuming. It is more recommended to choose a chain brand five-star hotel). At least those brands are more mature in operation, the service is also very professional, and the courtesy is more diverse. 3. The reception is not good enough. There is no pick-up service. This is a hotel on the main island. If you come here, you can book a water taxi ticket at the airport (140 euros for two people, a special boat, 20-30 minutes to get off at the hotel door, it is quite smooth.), but you will be very embarrassed when you leave the hotel. Anyway, we are going to Lucia Railway Station to take 🚞 to Milan. The hotel staff did not provide any service to help us see off. You know, guests like us from the ”Eastern Tang Dynasty” have several suitcases and have to travel through several cities. We dragged several heavy luggage all the way, and there were 5-6 bridges on the cobblestone road and 20 minutes of walking. Oh my God! Where is the decency of staying in a boutique hotel? ! ! It's really ironic! ! As a hotel of this price on the island, a representative hotel, it is marked as the No. 1 luxury hotel in Venice on Ctrip... It really made me feel very, very bad. 3. I am quite satisfied with the hotel breakfast. You have to order a set meal on the spot, which is freshly made and not self-service, probably to avoid waste. As shown in the picture, the drinks, water, snacks, etc. in the mini bar in the room are all free. 4. If you are a little superstitious, you don’t have to choose this hotel, because the standard room is a sky view room, which is really depressing, with insufficient light, and dark style design. I almost brought my own black magic. There is also an art installation in the corridor at the door of my room. As shown in Figure 1, there are all kinds of monsters moving in a pool of mud... Just think about it and your stomach will tremble! When we checked in, we were very nervous, and we could only stay in this state of mind. The reason why I have such a long talk is to avoid many compatriots from stepping on thunder. In fact, Venice is very small. One day on this island is enough for you to play. It is similar to you visiting an ancient town in China, but the architectural scenery in Europe is more outstanding. There is no need to stay on this main island. Leave more time to other fun cities!

One of my favorite hotels at the moment. The owner of gg is here. It's very artistic and not obtrusive. The bar is also OK. The hotel's boutique is also worth visiting. I will consider staying here again when I go to Venice in the future.

We are a family outing, so we have always set a family room, and it is convenient for a family to be together. Good location, by the canal, but you can't see the canal scenery. One thing to pay attention to, although this is a family suite, but not a real suite, two rooms are connected, that is, it is equivalent to two high-end standard rooms connected together. But the hotel did not inform in advance. This is very bad. Everything else is OK.
- Juzideouzhouji
The room was very photogenic, the actual room was small, the house was surrounded by mirrors, the hotel had its own pier to dock the water taxi, the service staff was very good, the check-in process was relatively simplified, the room facilities were in place, the bedding was super comfortable, and the cleaning was very clean. Attentive, Overall a pleasant stay!

We stayed at the third Patricia Urquiola hotel on this trip, Ca‘di Dio, which was renovated from an old mansion on the Adriatic Sea that can be traced back to the 13th century. Most of Urquiola’s space works in recent years emphasize the use of colors. The visual effect is good, but the space experience is a bit thin, a bit like a quick sketch. The space I like most among the three hotels I stayed in this time is the lobby of her Casa Brera hotel, and I still think that the Mandarin Oriental Barcelona more than ten years ago is the ceiling of her hotel works.

The room was a significant departure from the pictures advertised, which was a bit disappointing. However, the hotel's location is absolutely superb, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Having breakfast outdoors right by the Grand Canal offered truly fantastic views. A minor point: there was no complimentary bottled water in the room, which might be an unexpected oversight for Chinese guests accustomed to this amenity in hotels. That said, the primary reason we chose this hotel was its convenient location for sightseeing, so these other issues were secondary.
- Guest User
The hotel boasts an excellent location, right by the pier, and the restaurant offers breathtaking views. Dinner service was acceptable. However, the compulsory service charge on the bill was excessively high. Bar service, on the other hand, was disappointing, with one particular staff member always having a cold demeanor. There was no complimentary bottled water provided in the rooms. Booking a superior room often results in being assigned an accessible room or a subpar one on the ground floor, and even if you're unhappy with your room, they refuse to allow a change.

The hotel is located about 15-20 minutes' walk from surrounding attractions and about 28 minutes' walk from the lonely San Lucia train station. However, it is not recommended for travelers with suitcases to walk, although the original picture has a good view. You can go out from the train station and take the bus line 5.2. I may not have bought the ticket properly, but it cost 9 euros to get from the hotel to the train station. The hotel is not very close or far from the shopping street. However, the walking navigation signal is easy to drift. After walking into many narrow alleys, you have to find a way out. The hotel room is small and the bathroom is large. The hotel does not provide toothbrushes. When I contacted the front desk, they said that the toothbrush was gone, which was very frustrating. The hotel is near the seaside. You can go there for a walk and have a cup of coffee in the morning. It's not bad either. The hotel recommended two restaurants: OGINA and which one is 50 meters straight on the right side of the hotel. OGINA Forget it, it's not that good. The other seafood restaurant was okay and the service was good. I ate there all day, but I had diarrhea the next morning. Maybe it was because I was lactose intolerant myself and ate a lot of cheese. The breakfast in the hotel is very basic. It costs 25 euros and 5 euros plus tax. I am not happy with the 29 euros. Overall, I spent 2,000 a night and enjoyed 3 stars in a first-tier domestic city. One advantage of the hotel is that the hassle of taxis is free. z z z

The front desk service is very good. Although the room is small, the bathroom is large. Don't choose a room in the middle of the floor. The elevator is not accessible. Although the guy can carry the luggage, the sound transmission from the floor is obvious.

The location is the best! The room is old, but the stay is very comfortable. I drove here and asked the hotel to arrange parking service, pick up and drop off from the parking lot to the hotel. The trip was good, but the price was expensive. When I left, the hotel did not explain clearly that the parking fee was not included in the 220 euro price! The ”taxi boat” was also borne by the guests. I was a little disappointed when I left. I paid a high price, but I felt that the hotel took advantage of it... Of course, everything in Venice is expensive, but I think the hotel can provide better service! Overall, there is room for improvement! Next time I go to Venice, I will change to another hotel!

Hotel Principe is truly one of the most convenient stays in Venice, located just a short walk from the Santa Lucia train station  — a great advantage in a city full of bridges and steps . The hotel offers two guest lifts, which makes moving around with luggage incredibly easy. The lounge area is spacious, beautifully decorated, and provides a warm, elegant welcome. One of the highlights is the direct access to the Venice canal right from within the hotel. You can relax and enjoy the charming view of boats gliding along the water — a quintessential Venetian experience. Our room was spacious and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay overall. We genuinely hope the hotel continues to maintain its good standard, as we would love to return on our future visits to Venice.

Close to Piazzale Roma, you dont need to carry you lagguges so far if you park your car on Municipale Parking or Tronccetto or if you travel by train you dont need cross even this one bridge :) . Hotel is on via Spagna is commercial street so crowded but is close to Ferrovia. Hotel is in old building Pallacco in Venetian Style. Rooms are in Venetian Style also, cossy, but on minimum, in fotos it looks little beter. Aroud you have all you need shops, restaraunts, etc, so no problem, Vapporetto Stop is just right the corner. To Piazzale San Marco is about 40 minutes (via Realto), or 50 minutes (via Academia) by foot, even beter by foot than via Vaporetto, you vist Venezia. Exiting Venice train station, the hotel is just 50 meters to your right after crossing the bridge. The location is incredibly convenient. Every staff member was friendly and proactively offered assistance. One staff member in the restaurant had a family who used to live in Shanghai and had a very positive impression of China; we chatted with them daily, making our stay very comfortable. The rooms have a charming, vintage Italian style. You need to leave your room key at the front desk when you go out, which is for safety reasons as the key has both the hotel name and room number on it. Right outside the hotel entrance is a gondola dock, which is really convenient. Prices range from 90 to 150 euros, depending on the boarding point and the area you visit. Unfortunately, there are no discounts for children, so it's not cheap! We paid 90 euros per person.

The staff is also very friendly and speak good English. We got lucky and had a room with the balcony despite the room size is tight but it was manageable. I love the balcony view facing all the houses and church. It has the rustic charms to it.

Opted for an outer island stay in Venice, and Plaza Hotel Mestre is directly opposite Mestre train station. It seemed quite popular. Check-in and check-out were smooth; we arrived at noon and were given our room right away. The room was spacious and comfortable, with two 1.5-meter beds and cozy bedding, plus all the basic amenities. The towels were clean, and disposable slippers were provided, though the toiletries were basic. Our street-facing room had a bit of noise at night, but it was tolerable. There's an elevator for convenience. The Western breakfast was filling, with delicious bacon, and the coffee machine offered hot milk and hot water, perfect for those with thermos flasks to refill. Bus No. 2 right outside the hotel made getting to and from the island very convenient. Around the hotel, there's a Chinese supermarket and a Sichuan restaurant that were surprisingly good, affordable, and without any unpleasant surprises. I'd highly recommend this hotel for independent travelers. Venice is truly beautiful! 👍

The location is very good. It only takes one bridge and one mini bridge to get to the main island train station, so it's easy to drag luggage. The room is decorated in a retro style, clean and tidy. The area is relatively small, but it is understandable that every inch of land on the main island of Venice is expensive. There are toiletries (shampoo, shower, conditioner, lotion) and slippers, which is precious. Although it is a four-star hotel, this aspect has reached the five-star standard. The hotel staff has excellent service attitude, friendly and enthusiastic, thank you very much

The hotel was planned next to the bus station and train station. From the station, go further, across a high bridge with many steps. There are porters nearby, you can negotiate for 5€/suitcase. The hotel is impressive. Excellent decoration, welcome drinks (not slop, like many places, but good champagne or any drink, including good coffee). The room is just as good. Everything is in the photo. There is an individual (!!!) exit to the micro patio for smoking purposes, whoever needs it. Coffee machine with very good non-presso-sized tablets. Pillow menu. Very polite staff, eager to help with everything. Rain umbrellas. Champagne for breakfast. Breakfast, by the way, is also good. Orders for any omelet or scrambled eggs, artistic presentation of the ordered dish. Unlike overrated hotels in Florence, the price for this hotel ($330), although high, is accompanied by a good level of service.

This stay had a mix of positives and negatives. We were not placed at San Cassiano as expected but were instead transferred to another hotel in their chain, Palazzo Stern. The alternate hotel wasn’t bad—it's located along the Grand Canal and has a lovely terrace. The property itself boasts some impressive design elements, likely stemming from its past as an antique mansion turned hotel. We were given a loft room, which unfortunately didn’t have any windows with a view, and the space was a bit cramped for two large suitcases. On the plus side, the bathroom had a beautiful design. Breakfast was ok, though nothing to rave about. The hotel is a bit of a walk from most attractions unless you opt for a water taxi, with a water taxi stop conveniently located right outside the hotel.

1 minute walk from St. Mark's Square and 5 minutes walk to Rialto Bridge. The front desk is also available 24 hours a day, so there is a sense of security. There was a gondola from the front desk, and I was able to leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast was delicious too! It's a long-established store, so the closet smelled a little musty, but after leaving it alone for a day, the smell went away!
