Went on a vacation with my family, and this hotel was incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The service was excellent, and the infinity pool with its blue skies and ocean views was so calming and atmospheric. It was also quite convenient for getting around.

I enjoyed my stay. I had everything I needed. The mini bar items were complimentary. The water pressure in the shower was strong. The view was amazing and the best part! I had a high floor. The beach was right in front. Service was amazing too. Just a few things to be mindful of, the blinds were slow to open but reasonably quick to close. The balcony door is heavy to push open. The balcony glass could be a bit cleaner. The floor outside the shower gets wet. Walls were a little thin and there needs to be more hooks for the towels to hang. In saying that though, if I return to Guam, I would still stay at this hotel. I hope the hotel can improve on those things mentioned. Definitely worth the visit.

The location is great, but the shower had no hot water (т ̫ т). I ended up using the hot water from the bathtub shown in the second photo to wash myself (it was a really awkward position, lol). Also, it was really cold returning to the room with the AC blasting after getting out of the pool. It was also inconvenient not having an outlet near the bed! The room itself was spacious and comfortable! The fridge had almond chocolates (Japanese ones), alcohol, and juice. There were also three bottles of water. In the hallway, there's a water cooler and an ice machine. I hope this helps anyone who's still deciding.

I loved the bathtub! It was super comfortable and an extra bonus I was able to watch TV from the bathtub!The balcony was big and spacious. The noise from the on-site birds i didn't like nor the sounds of the frogs at night. The bright lights at night meant i couldn't open my blinds. Saw wasp nests in balcony area? Swimming pool area was massive! Beautiful sunsets!!Soft and dreamy pillows. The shower is small nor could i use it. Phoned reception no answer. There was a hole in one of the bath towels. Soft sand at the beachfront.

The Hyatt is very close to the airport, about a ten-minute taxi ride. The room facilities are a bit old, but it's spacious and has a balcony, which is nice. I really liked that it's very close to the beach. During the May Day holiday, housekeeping couldn't keep up; there were a few days when I asked several times, but the room still wasn't cleaned.

The room had plenty of space with spectacular beach views from the 20th floor balcony. Nice water bottles were provided with a refill machine close to the elevators. I slept very well on the first night as the bed was really comfortable. Great facilities downstairs. Plenty of large sunning chairs. Swimming pools with slide for kids and waterfall for adult side. There was also a jacuzzi in an alcove between the pools. Lots of space to relax and enjoy a coffee in the lobby area. This hotel easily passes muster.

PROS: Kind employees, easy and quick check-in. Delicious calamansi drink at check-in.  Bedding comfortable and clean. Large corner room. Slippers, dental kit, etc available. Bottles of water available. CONS: Dated hotel and decor.  Found multiple short hairs in restroom. Toilet was not clean.

It was convenient to have a Korean staff member at the reception. However, even without a Korean staff member, communication was easy and everyone was friendly. The facilities felt a bit dated, but they were still clean. I booked an ocean view room, but it was only partially visible from the balcony, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the view of the ocean from the pool was so beautiful that it was worth it. The connection was convenient, and since there weren't many people, I had a great time. Breakfast was good, but the dinner buffet was under construction, so I couldn't use it. The gym was great. I recommend it.

The overall decor is very old, and the rooms are also very old. The air conditioner is very noisy. The service is about 7 points. The breakfast buffet is average and expensive. The food is average, not as good as other restaurants. The advantage is that the bed is very comfortable. It is close to the duty-free shop. The gym has a gantry but no weights. There are boat rentals on the beach. Be careful of the yellowhead fish biting on the beach, especially during the breeding season. I was bitten and bled.

The room was very spacious! However, the hotel felt quite old, with the balcony floor peeling and rust everywhere. 💦 The thing I disliked the most was the ants on the living room floor... This was very stressful. Shampoo and other amenities were provided, but there were only bath towels and no face towels. The shower pressure was weak and the hot water was sometimes a bit hard to come by. Some of the front desk staff were very friendly, while others were a bit unfriendly. The price was cheap, so I guess it can't be helped.

The location is fantastic, and the views are amazing! The service is excellent – you can always trust Lotte. If you book a stay that includes lounge access, you don't have to worry about where to eat in expensive Guam. The food caters to Korean tastes, which is a big plus! I compared several places, and this one is definitely my style. It's close to both Tumon Beach and Gun Beach, making it perfect for water activities. The infinity pool also has a stunning view! They have a lot of events too – it's just the best!

Good food, views, many nice discounts and coupons to use everywhere. They have many partnerships with other businesses. For example, at the time of this writing, you can go to Risonare Water Park and only need to pay $15 instead of $55. Dinner buffet was great. Staff are nice. The coffee shop serves Starbucks. Rooms are very spacious.

I ended up booking the Hilton last minute for a New Year's trip to Guam, mainly because it was one of the few hotels with availability for two or more consecutive nights. To be honest, I'd just spent two nights at The Tsubaki, and stepping into the Hilton, my mood dipped slightly. The price was high, as expected for New Year's. The room condition was just old. The breakfast was pretty basic, nothing special. However, all the staff were friendly, especially the front desk clerk.

I booked a suite family room and requested two additional double beds, but I was pleasantly surprised to find four double beds, which was great. I was a bit worried after reading reviews about this being a budget-friendly resort, but our room didn't have any major issues. However, the floor didn't seem to be cleaned very well, and the water pressure in the bathroom was quite weak, including the toilet. I recommend bringing a shower filter. The room comes with a coffee pot, microwave, mini-fridge, TV, and water. There are no overhead lights in the room, so you have to use the bedside lamps. The pool is about 10 meters long, and the deep end is around 182 cm. I didn't swim because it seemed like the pool wasn't very well maintained. The location is decent, and they offer luggage storage, but it's just them roping off an area and leaving your bags there.

I like this place and often book for the infinity pool but I was a bit bummed with this recent booking. The weather wasn’t great, not the hotels fault so I didn’t swim but still enjoyed laying in the pool area. I had upgraded my room this time thinking the beds would be better since they all seem outdated and the higher priced room wasn’t any different. Just had a beach view that I liked. My major is issue was upon check in and how very unnecessarily slow the process was. I’ve worked at hotels before, no one should take this long to check in their guests, especially when the entrance doesn’t turn on their AC for their guests. On top of that I had important dinner plans that were delayed bc I couldn’t get ready in a timely manner due to the outlets being broken and broken hair dryer. I had to blow dry my hair over the toilet. I was happy the manager spoke to be next day she seemed very sweet and I am hoping I am somehow compensated in the near future. I was very disappointed that I booked this stay and hope the hotel can redeem itself.

I was worried after reading reviews about the old facilities, but I was completely satisfied. I went to the supermarket to buy cheap meat and cooked it myself. The room was spacious, with two bathrooms, a dining table on the left and right, and a large refrigerator. I was very satisfied with the price. There was a large pool in the yard behind the front desk, and I had a great time playing underwater basketball. The air conditioning was quite loud, so it might be a bit annoying for those with sensitive skin. Other than that, I was very satisfied.

This hotel was my stopover accommodation after transiting through Guam. It's very close to the airport, about 3 kilometers away, and a 5-minute taxi ride. When departing for the airport in the early morning, you can ask the front desk to call a taxi for you. The room was spacious, but the lighting setup was just okay and not really to my taste.

The facilities are old and the hygiene is concerning; the pillows had a strange smell, just as other reviews mentioned. However, my kids absolutely loved the water park and spent a long time there every day. Staying in Block B was very convenient, as the water park was right off the elevator. The staff were also very friendly and installed a safety rail as I requested. The room was spacious, and the view from the 29th floor was fantastic. They even provided a clothes drying rack, which was a thoughtful touch.

The location is great, close to the main road, though not directly by the sea. There are many shops and restaurants just a short walk away, offering plenty of options. I wouldn't recommend having breakfast at the hotel, as there are so many good places to eat nearby.
