While waiting for the airport pickup after checking out, the female reception approached me asking for payment for service charge. When I told her that I would complain to Trip.com for this extra charge, she said it was their discretion to charge this additional charge to the guests or not (what?) and I had the option not to pay. And I told her that I chose not to pay. I am not sure what it is. But I felt something not right. From the start until I left, I never felt welcome at this hotel. I will not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was reasonably priced. While it's a bit out of the city center, having a subway station right downstairs made getting around incredibly convenient and hassle-free. It's situated in a new development, with a fantastic pedestrian street below offering a large shopping mall, a supermarket, and numerous dining options. The hotel itself is also quite new. We didn't have any special requests, so we didn't interact much with the service staff, but the front desk was efficient and friendly, making check-in quick. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

This review is based on the price point and the value provided . The comms from the property were excellent , check in was very straight forward and easy , upon arrival the room was in excellent condition and very clean. The room itself is small but comes with a kitchen , at the price this was very acceptable , considering the proximity to the tube . You can be in central London within 10-15 mins and the olympic park is also very close. This is an excellent option for travellers on a budget needing a base to explore London . It is not the fault of the property , but the close proximity to street level makes it a bit difficult for light sleepers and we could hear every movement of the noisy guests above us. Overall a very nice stay , thanks to the property for their efforts.

A hotel with good service is very spacious, the bathroom is dry and wet, the equipment is stylish and clean, the service is first-class, the location is very close to the subway station, there is no parking space not suitable for self-driving people! ! !

Out of the five hotels I've stayed at in London, this one offers the best value for money. It's exquisite, with a great interior and spacious rooms. Martina at the front desk even upgraded me to a room with a view, which was fantastic! The entire hotel feels quite new, and it's spotlessly clean. The room's color scheme and interior design create a warm, cozy, and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. There are thoughtful details everywhere, and the shower pressure is excellent. The bed is large enough, and the bedding feels brand new, unlike the worn-out sheets at JW Grosvenor House Hotel and The Marylebone Hotel, which charge an outrageous 5,000-6,000 RMB per night – a total rip-off. Plus, The Gantry Hotel is conveniently located right across from London's largest shopping mall, where you can find everything you need.

Not a luxurious hotel bit good and worth its £. check in counter is part of the bar counter on the ground floor. The room was relatively small but clean. The bathroom was also small though clean. Dont expect 4/5 star hotel service though. Overall hotel had a positive vibe to it. Location was also good. A three minute walk and you are at Stratford bus station and another three will get you to the shopping mall. All in all, good for two pax and probably two nights.
