Especially good, the service is in place, the room is very comfortable, like home. It can be said that this is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever stayed in the world. Fluent English and absolutely first class experience. The equipment is very complete, there is a washing dryer, basically bid farewell to dirty clothes. There is a cooperation with the restaurant next door, which can deliver meals to your door. Opposite is the botanical garden, the air is fresh, there is also a balcony, very comfortable.

I'll start with the service, as I felt deeply disappointed and unfairly treated during check-in. It was our birthday on August 20th when we arrived. After mentioning this to the receptionist, not only did we not receive even a simple 'Happy Birthday,' but we were also told to buy our own cake from a shop as the hotel offered no special services or gestures. This level of service is utterly inconsistent with what one would expect from a Crown Hotel and left us extremely disappointed! We provided feedback to the front desk during check-out, and while they offered an apology and champagne, it was too little, too late. A birthday only comes once a year, and we were truly let down. **Facilities:** The hotel feels very new overall. The shower had a handheld showerhead, which is very family-friendly, especially for those with young children (many hotels in Australia don't have these...). The bedding was very comfortable. Disposable toiletries, drinking water, and slippers were provided – a nice touch, as we usually bring our own since many Australian hotels don't offer them. **Cleanliness:** The room was spotless. The bathtub was clean enough for kids to bathe in, which gave us peace of mind. **Location:** The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to dining and transportation. It's located next to a casino, so there's a lot of foot traffic. However, room access requires a key card, so we felt secure.

Came here as a ‘staycation’ for one night to celebrate my partners birthday. Service was good, the reception team made us feel so welcomed. Room was clean and the view of the river and bay was superior, as the name of this room type described. 10/10 👍🏼 we also used the gym which had a nice view too!

This is a very nice resort. The interior is very clean and large. Bed is comfortable and toilet is good with jacuzzi. You will see kangaroos and cockatoos outside the cottage in the morning and evening. My kids enjoy the stay very much. However you need to either cook your own meals or drive out to eat. The drive is about 15 mins.

The aquarium, train station, Federation Square, museums... are all nearby! Two words, convenient! Disadvantages: 1. Self-service check-in. Due to the delay of the flight, it was already past 11pm when I arrived at the hotel. The front and back doors of the hotel were closed. I called and said that an email had sent me the password, but the agency that booked the room did not forward it to me. , it took half an hour before a staff member came downstairs to help me get the key. 2. The water in the sink is not flowing smoothly, and the water is blocked even when I brush my teeth and wash my face. It is probably an old problem that cannot be solved. I was too lazy to bother with it in the middle of the night, so I just used the sink in the hall.
