The staff are very hospitable and the service is excellent . They go out of their way to satisfy clients and help if you are in need of something . Special shout out to marjona of the breakfast buffet restaurant , she even offered us a coffee to take away and even offered a welcome drink while
the one who checked us in offered some advice in touring the city and the bellboy who even offered us a juice while waiting for our yandex car to the airport . The service is like ritz Carlton but a fraction of the price. If i come back in tashkent i will definitely stay again at this hotel.

We had a pleasant 6N/7D stay at the hotel. The staff service level was exceptionally good especially the housekeeping staff, Dilnoza, the concierge, the staff of Khiva restaurant where we had our daily breakfast and also the front office staff. The breakfast buffet offered a wide spread of choices and healthy conscious. Should we come again to Tashkent, we will definitely consider again Hyatt Regency!

The room is really nice and new. It's very quiet. It's very comfortable to walk by the river. You can see the mosque opposite. The only thing that's not comfortable is that there is a sofa in the room, which feels a bit crowded.

The hotel is newly opened, and the overall environment is of five-star standard. The interior decoration of the hotel is very good, but the appearance, such as the entrance, needs to be improved. The swimming pool, gym and sauna room on the underground first floor of the hotel are great. We did not buy breakfast when we made the reservation. We went to the restaurant 185 in the morning for one person. The breakfast was quite good, with many sashimi and meats. The beef was very fresh with colorful patterns. It was really great to encounter such fresh beef.

A decent budget hotel. The bathroom was lacking amenities, but the room itself was clean and tidy. It's right next to Amir Timur Square and close to the metro station, making transportation very convenient. There aren't many local dining options nearby. The service was warm and welcoming.

Overall, it's pretty good. The rooms facing the road can be a bit noisy, but it's generally acceptable. The mattress was too soft, the kind you sink right into. The staff were very friendly and promptly moved me to a different room when there was a noise issue with the first one.

We really enjoyed our stay at Holiday inn. I initially booked just one night before we departed to our Uzbekistan trip and wanted to stay another night in a different hotel on return to capital but later changed my booking to holiday inn again for another night as we were satisfied with the service and location. So many dining options you could stay for a week and not finish trying new restaurants. The rooms were quite standard as in most Holiday inns but the service from the staff and the location made this experience really great. Oh and breakfast is very rich as well. Lots of both savory and sweet options!

Cleanliness: Pretty good.
Service: Not bad, though there was a wait when booking, and the discounts varied.

The hotel is not bad, after all, it is a Radisson Blu hotel. But the heating was turned off so early, and it was a bit cold at night. But now that the temperature has risen, it doesn't have much of an impact. Overall, it's still quite comfortable.

The location and room are good. The local Yandex taxi is quite cheap. However, the Ukrainian car model is old, equivalent to the Sail 20 years ago.

We encountered a lot of issue with the safety box (no battery, already locked) and the follow up was not efficient until we had to reiterate we need the safety box to be opened asap or otherwise we have to wait for the next morning which we had mentioned we had to leave early for train. The hardware of this hotel meet the high standard expected but the software (customer service, communication between the staff for prompt actions).From$71

I chose this hotel because it's a local landmark and the price was quite reasonable. However, I have to admit the hotel is really old. The central heating was problematic, and there was no AC in the room, so I was freezing at night. In short, it's suitable for spring or autumn, but not for summer or winter. There's a currency exchange right next to the elevator on the ground floor of the lobby, which is very convenient, and it's also close to the airport. Breakfast was just okay.From$29

The room is very clean and the service team will change the bed sheet regularly and the bed is very comfortable for sleeping.
The only point I should say is that when I open the cabinet in the room the air smells terrible, maybe the room just finished the decorations, I need to open the window to fresh the air in the room.From$73

Close to the airport and there are Chinese restaurants and marts next to the hotel. The price is cheap. The service was unfriendly and the staff didn't speak English when I went. Cleanliness is just enough to sleep. There was a shaved hair left in the toilet sink and dryer cup. Also the end room doesn't burst wifi and it keeps hanging in the middle. And it's cold. The hotel is located on the second floor and there is no elevator. You have to go up the stairs.From$40

Staff is very helpful especially Abdullmalik (I hope I got the name right) at reception, he gave us a great recommendations what to do and where to go to explore Tashkent.
