Everything was amazing. The service, especially Tristan (reception), Thai & Hai (restaurant), the cleaning team, the buggy drivers, the nurse... everyone in the staff! They treated us so nicely, and the hotel itself is an absolute dream! The bedrooms are super clean, the house is huge, and it was super cool to have our own swimming pool! I had the best experience ever in this hotel, and we are willing to come back one day! Additionally, the 15,000 Steps🚶♀️ Reward Program was super creative, and you should consider running🏃♂️ inside the hotel to get 500,000 💰 VND reward at the same time as you get healthy! 😁👍 I highly recommend it! --Manu😄

Very Good service, we did enjoy a great day in resort. We joined 4 activities 1 day in advance and all are fantastic. All staff are very helpful, you are easy to go anywhere by buggy and just wait for few minutes each time.

Good value for the price we paid. Traveling with 1 child 11 years old. Breakfast buffet was good and the the service people we attentive with all the different request you may have. It is upon a hill so I rented the motor bike to get up and down the hill. The pool was a nice amenity to enjoy at the end of the day. Our room had slow hot water and they offered to upgrade us to a villa which we declined. Friendly staff and I would recommend this place for my friends and family.

This is my eleventh stay at this resort. I usually choose InterContinental because the pool is great, the food is consistent, and the service is fantastic . I would say as a young couple or solo traveler, this may not be the resort for you as there are many large groups of families that were here during my stay. One of the children knocked over a whole kraft of sangria right after I received it, and I had to pay full price for another one. Yes, for 100 extra a night, I was offered to use another private pool. Another plus is the resort credit for 200 USD I received an additional 65 USD For families 10/10 but not so much for a solo traveler that wants a quiet pool or beach day.

The balcony is a bit small and it’s a bit noisy as the ventilation machines are next to the hotel rooms. Other than this, everything is excellent. View is ok The hotel room is clean. Breakfast are with variety of cuisines; staff are very helpful and polite. The beach is excellent and clean with facilities provided. Will stay at InterContinental again if we pay a trip to Phu Quoc next time.

Movenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc is a gem in northern Phu Quoc! The resort’s tropical garden setting is absolutely stunning—lush greenery, coconut trees, and well-maintained lawns create a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The swimming pool is clean and crystal-clear, perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. The beach is just a short walk away with soft sand, and lying on the beach chairs in the morning or afternoon to enjoy the sea breeze and ocean views is pure bliss. Rooms are spacious, fully equipped, and modern, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The highlight is the private balcony offering direct ocean views—watching the sunrise or sunset here is unforgettable! The breakfast buffet is outstanding, featuring a wide variety of Western dishes, fresh seafood, and international cuisines. All ingredients are fresh and delicious, catering to different taste preferences. The resort’s fitness center is well-equipped with treadmills and strength-training equipment, great for keeping up with workouts during your trip. It’s conveniently located near popular attractions like the zoo and Grand World, easily accessible by car. The nearby z Market is perfect for buying local souvenirs, and the local noodle shop across from the supermarket comes highly recommended—authentic flavor at an affordable price, ideal for a change from Western food. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this resort offers excellent value for money. Will definitely book again on my next trip to Phu Quoc!

The hotel lobby is about a 10-minute walk from the main road. The hotel's electric buggy runs every hour (see picture), so if you want to catch the free VinBus on the main road, you need to time it carefully, otherwise you'll have to walk in and out. This isn't very convenient. It's not an issue if you're using Grab. The hotel's pool and beach are both excellent. The beach is better than La Festa Hilton at Sunset Town, and the pool is better than the JW Marriott. Overall, it offers good value for money.

I initially chose this hotel due to its close proximity to the airport, a quick 10-minute drive, which was perfect for catching my noon flight the next day and still getting some extra sleep. On the flip side, its location is a bit secluded; a taxi ride to the night market and King Kong supermarket took about 25 minutes. Although I had kept my expectations low after reading some reviews prior to booking, I was very pleasantly surprised after checking in. The service, especially, truly exceeded all expectations. On a really hot day, as soon as we stepped out of the car, staff were already there with umbrellas and promptly helped us with our luggage. The only minor issue was the abundance of mosquitoes by the swimming pool, which forced us to cut our swim short and quickly leave. They also provided a complimentary airport transfer on our departure day. Highly recommended if you're looking for a convenient stay before an early flight.
- Guest User
Our family stayed for 6 nights. The price was very reasonable, especially with breakfast included, and the room was spotlessly clean. What truly stood out was the staff's exceptional kindness and constant smiles, no matter the situation. A special thank you to Tien Tien at the reservation center; her incredibly thoughtful and customer-centric service was truly outstanding. We would absolutely plan to visit again if we come back to Phu Quoc.

When we arrived, we got a private transfer to the hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and allowed us to check in early. During the check in we got upgraded, and the room was absolutely stunning. We were considering another stay without even having checked out yet! The only downside was the food, some of it was definitely frozen and not fresh however the cocktails were amazing we can also recommend those.
- RJNL
Quite a nice place, everything in general is good. The only real issue is that some days the sea is really full of garbage (it probably comes from the fishermen). Hotel personnel is not English fluent but is very friendly and helpful.

This is a relatively new hotel in the north, with construction sites nearby. It has a kids' club and a game room, which are great for passing the time on rainy days. The swimming pool has a small slide that's perfect for young children. You can even order pizza by the pool, which is quite convenient. However, there's really nothing to do at the northern beach; the waves are just too big! We stayed for three nights and it was quite comfortable. It's very close to VinWonders Phu Quoc and the safari, and getting around by Grab or renting a motorbike is easy. If you rent a motorbike, you can drop it off at the lobby, though it's a bit more expensive than renting outside. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh juices and even more coffee options. There are many à la carte choices, and they can even do latte art – haha!

Wonderful hotel ! Big, clean and stylish room with comfortable beds and gorgeous ocean view. Staff is polite, friendly and helps with different questions. The beach and the sea are great - beautiful and clean. Breakfast is various and tasty😋 The location is quite far from the center of the island so if you want silence and tranquility- it’s a good choice. Also you could visit Grand World (it’s very close to the hotel) for fun and the nearest beach - Ong Lang. It’s beautiful and there is wonderful restaurant - On the rocks close to it. So we like our staying in this hotel, thank you💗p.s: only one thing was strange - almost transparent bathroom in the room😅

The service was excellent, and the staff were always smiling. The location, right across from the cable car plaza, was very convenient. The hotel also offers complimentary cable car water park tickets, which require Face ID registration. However, you must register before 2:00 PM, otherwise you'll have to wait until the next day. Since we were only staying two days, we ended up buying tickets for the next day at our own expense. Everyone should be mindful of the time. Breakfast options aren't very limited, but there are cooked meals and an egg station. The coffee and tea are delicious. Overall, this is a small but pleasant hotel. Recommended.
- Wai Man
If you want to use the free cable car tickets, you need to check in first and use the ticket next day, I didn’t know this policy so waste the ticket and need to buy again. The hotel service is good even though that is small, but the staff is very nice.

We arrived at Phu Quoc Airport at around 6:30pm, the hotel has free shuttle bus pick-up in airport, but it is no longer available after 6pm. I hope the hotel can consider re-arranging the airport pick up time, because most flights arrive in the evening or at night. So, that time we paid in advance to arrange private car transfer to the hotel. We chose to stay at M hotel Rooftop Ocean View Suite on our first night, the room has sea views on both sides of the window, and the terrace has a table and stools, as well as and an open-air bathtub. Overall feeling is good, and the location is very close to night market, just only around 8min walk. Just only breakfast buffet has few choices.
- K.L.Lau
Thao and Thinh are very nice and helpful. I booked a standard room and they upgrade to a sea view room for us. Transportation is convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the night market. There are also many spa nearby. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The hotel prepared a honeymoon cake for us, which was a very thoughtful touch. Although the pool isn't huge, it faces the sea and has a bar, which is very convenient. Since it's a Thai enterprise, the moment you hear ”Sawasdee Ka” upon entering, it really feels like you've arrived in Thailand. The hotel staff clean in slippers, which is truly civilized. We happened to have a rainy day, and the hotel had already thoughtfully placed umbrellas in various corners for guests to use, which was very considerate. The hotel's swimming bag is lovely, just like the hotel garden, giving a very natural feel. It certainly lives up to its name, with a touch of romantic beauty.

Overall the room are clean; facilities, services are good! Just breakfast overall not as nice, some of the food are cold; understand there’s big crowds of people, just of the food not serve in right temperature, but overall still ok! The beach it’s fabulous! The food from the bar serving were too long waiting time during non-peak hours, tasty, delicious! But still can be improved if serving time; cause it took more than 30 mins to prepare the food(server did mentioned will took how long to prepare the food).

1. **Location**: Located in the central part of Phu Quoc Island, it's approximately 10 kilometers from the airport. We arranged a 7-seater airport transfer through the hotel for 300,000 VND, which is about 80+ RMB. It's also about 20-30 kilometers away from Duong Dong town, the northern amusement parks, and the southern Sunset Town. 2. **Hotel Facilities**: Overall, it meets the standards of an entry-level five-star hotel. The rooms are clean, and all facilities and amenities are well-appointed. The swimming pool is also very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The king-size rooms feature a 2-meter king bed and a sofa. 3. **Beach**: We visited at the end of August, during the rainy season, and were affected by a typhoon. It rained every day, with a mix of sunny and rainy spells. The waves in the sea were quite strong, making it unsuitable for swimming. The sand on Long Beach is yellowish, similar to Yalong Bay in Sanya, but it's still quite fine and considered clean. 4. **Hotel Surroundings**: Right opposite the hotel entrance is the Sonasea Night Market, offering numerous dining and shopping options. We highly recommend Sen Vietnam Restaurant, a Vietnamese eatery where both the pho and spring rolls are delicious. A meal for six people cost about 1,000,000 VND, which is approximately 300 RMB. There's also a Korean seafood restaurant called Mr. Seafood, which offers great taste and excellent value for money. For 3,720,000 VND (equivalent to 1,100 RMB), we had: two lobsters (total 1KG, one with garlic butter sauce, one cheese-baked), 1KG large tiger prawns (half stir-fried with garlic butter, half grilled with garlic butter), 1KG crab with Singapore sauce, 1KG stir-fried squid, and 1KG cheese-baked scallops. They also included two portions of fried rice, two vegetable dishes, two boxes of fruit, and two 1-liter cans of beer. This price was only half of what we'd pay in the south, so much so that after we moved to the southern part of the island, we took a taxi back just to eat there again! 5. **Transportation**: You can use Grab for taxis, or hail a taxi directly at the hotel entrance, where prices are clearly displayed. We hired a 7-seater car for most of the day for 900,000 VND, which is about 250 RMB. A one-way trip to the south cost around 200,000 VND.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Wonderful Stay at Radisson Blu Phu Quoc – Simply Perfect! From the very first moment, we were truly overwhelmed by the warmth and friendliness of the entire team. We especially want to mention Alex at the reception – she was incredibly professional, attentive, and kind. She took plenty of time to answer all our questions and made sure all our requests were taken care of. Her positive energy and excellent English really made our stay special. During our stay, we had a small issue with the room service at first – we tried ordering through the app, then the phone didn’t work, and somehow we ended up ordering twice. But again, the service was outstanding: Robert, the manager, personally took care of the situation, showed us how to use the app properly, and made sure the phone issue was fixed right away. It was handled quickly, professionally, and with a big smile – truly impressive! We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Radisson Blu, and it honestly felt like a dream come true. The entire resort is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and everything runs so smoothly. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a huge selection, and the beach is kept very clean with plenty of comfortable sunbeds. We also really appreciated the convenient shuttle services around the property. The Radisson Blu Phu Quoc combines luxury with a warm, family-like atmosphere. You feel genuinely welcomed, valued, and cared for at every moment. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone – whether for a special occasion or just to relax and recharge. A big thank you to the whole team – and especially to Alex and Robert for their outstanding service and kindness. 🌺

The resort is beautiful and the size is perfect, it is big but you can walk everywhere in 10 minutes which is great. The beach is clean. The food was good, but there were no snack options during the day. The pool bar only opens 11am, and they don't serve any food. You need to go to Shack restaurant, and they only deliver to the pool a few options from the menu in a box. Otherwise, you need to eat at the restaurant. (Some friends were all inclusive, and they won't deliver anything in this case) One day, the pool bar was packed, and there was only one staff member taking orders and preparing the drinks! When I suggested the manager send one more staff member to help, he asked me to be patient or order from the restaurant. Meaning they won't improve the service if there are too many people in the pool. It's probably because of the all-inclusive service, to reduce their consumption. But the people who are not all-inclusive will also be affected. My 3 yrs old son and a 4 yrs old friend cut their feet in the swimming pool. The manager came worried and asked what I needed, but his suggestion was for them not to stay too long in the pool and he said my son is probably a city boy and he is not used to it. The thing is, we go to the pool every week, he knows how to swim and we have been to similar trips to Bali, Phillipines and Thailand and this never happened before! So Im pretty sure the problem is their swimming pool floor, whether the tiles are too rough or there are sharp things on the shallow areas. In fact, I stepped on something sharp one time, luckily I was walking and it didn't cut me. (The picture of my son's feet is 2 days after it happened) So the hotel is beautiful and convenient, clean, the price is good. But I have concerns about the swimming pool, so I would probably not go back because of that. And I would not take the all-inclusive as there are some restrictions.

Location is a 4 for me because it's far from the airport. Hotel provides shuttle bus airport transfers so that's great. Got a room with a garden view. Strictly speaking, there was no garden but I do have a decent view of the shoreline which meant I had great views for sunset. The bathroom was bigger than expected and from the photos during the booking. Lots of space for 2 people. Electric buggy were a convenient, but self-paid, service to get around on. There are complimentary shuttle buses too, but those run on a schedule. In summary, it was a great stay and would not only recommend but also return if I find myself in Phu Quoc again.

We are welcomed with great hospitality from Phat, who facilitated the check in with a breeze and he remembered us again when we had to do the Face ID registration from the “Kiss of the Sea” complimentary tickets. The room size is spacious though it will be good that there are different types of pillow softness. I like that there’s an additional sink outside of the toilet so that it speeds up the morning getup preparation. I like that the hotel is located closely to the free shuttle bus stop to Sunset Town, and it’s a pleasant walking distance to the beach. The hotel has a combination of paid and free activities to keep one occupied and switch out the tempo of being at the beach all the time. Good spread of breakfast - including Chinese, Indian, Japanese and Korean food. Hope the vicinity will see more tenants else a 3D2N stay will be sufficient before hopping to other parts of Phu Quoc to experience the different beaches.

Our stay was spectacular with much special thanks and high appreciations to Noah from Front Desk, Gracie from Guest Relations and Gin from Pink Pearl who have all created unforgettable memories for us! It started with a very warm welcoming by Noah who gave us his heartfelt smile all the time, making us feel so comfortable! We will never forget the excitement and engagement he had when approaching us to introduce the theme of the hotel, which he was super influential and successful in creating such a one and only kind of check-in experience for us! And every time we saw Noah, even when we just pass by, he was always so attentive and eager to offer assistant to us for anything! Gracie was so sweet that even we just had a very short time seeing each other in the hotel tour she guided us! She could immediately notice how much I love taking pictures at just the start of the tour, and thus showing me every “instagrammable” side of the hotel, along with detailed introduction of every building design which really made us feel connected! In the tour, she was very lovely and energetic which we love that so much! After 2 days, we were also very surprised that Noah and Gracie had even remembered our nicknames by heart and handwritten us a very sweet notecard put in our room after our long day being outside! That really made our day!  And Gin, last but not least, a gentleman who had given us a very memorable night in Pink Pearl. He did paid high attention to our wine preferences and did his very best to fulfil us in any ways with his patient and wide knowledge. We enjoyed a lot with his professionalism in delivering us a cozy and classy ambience but personalised services at the same time. He definitely had executed a high level of fine dining standard throughout the night and we truly appreciate that! Thank you sincerely once again. Especially to Noah, Gracie and Gin, all of your kindness made our stay so enjoyable and you are one of the biggest reasons we would love to return for. All the best to you all <3

The hotel is near to grandworld, convenient place to visit vinwonder, safari and grandworld. But is far from the cable car, the grab price on the island is consider expensive for me. There is vinbus available for free which will pass through the hotel but you gotta match the timing. The price is reasonable with variety of breakfast, they even prepare box lunch for you if need to check out early, need to inform reception. The room is big as well with basic amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton bud, comb (!! Less hotel provide them nowadays), indoor reusable slipper (!! A must for me), the hairdryer is pretty strong as well. The swimming pool is lively everyday with adults and kids, it seem to open till late night. Kids club open from 9-5pm during weekdays and longer during weekends, visited during one of the weekday when it is almost close around 4.30pm, the caretaker did not feel like entertaining us anymore, she just sit there checking her hp. Receptionist and front door people all have great smile. If you stay with the hotel, you can get discount price for vinwonder and safari, child under 4yr can get free pass to the park even if over 100cm, found out after buying ticket online since the vinpearl website mention over 100cm need child ticket. Overall, it is a budget friendly and convenient hotel just that the bed is a little too hard.

The beautiful beach is just in front of the hotel which is extremely convenient. There are lots of indoor facilities such as gym, snooker, ping pong and hockey machine. We used them when there was heavy rain outside. The breakfast has lots of different choices and the tastes are very good. We love the coconut coffee and mocha coconut water! In the dining area we saw an Indian chef with black uniform checking food. My husband who is also a hotelier saying once you see the chef standing in the restaurant, the food must be promising! I would like to especially thank to the front desk staff ”Ha” and duty manager ”Katherine”. During check-in we found we had made double reservation by mistake. While we were so worried about the charge, they patiently helped us to solve the problem immediately. In fact I could see all the staff greeted guests with sweet smile all the time. Again my hotelier husband said this hotel did provide very good and professional trainings to all staff. Again I appreciate your preparation of the bed for celebrating our dating anniversary. You had given me unforgettable experience, I will highly recommend my friends to stay in your hotel!

The villa is great but require abit of refurbishment/ maintenance as we noticed a few defects. Overall is a great place to enjoy with family and their services are tiptop, very efficient when comes to buggy request and housekeeping request.

The Palmy was likely an absolutely stunning property when it was built. Unfortunately the environment and a low maintenance budget have taken its toll. Lots of rusty steel railings are evident.  The restaurant which claims to have both western and local cuisine has what appears to be a Chinese leaning breakfast buffet and the dinner menu is limited to a blade steak dish and Pizza. This was confirmed by another guest that had been there for a week.  The multiple pools looked nice but seemed cloudy.  We splurged and went for the executive suite expecting to have a functional living space. It consisted of a wooden love seat and a coffee table and nothing else. No tv or anything.  The bedroom was the unique room. It was appointed with a nice bed in the centre of the room with a desk behind the headboard, a wall to wall curtains separated the sleeping are from the bathroom area. A glass shower and tub area was in one corner and a glass walled toilet area was in the other.  Beach access was though the restaurant.

Everything was great! The resort is built on a large plot of land with a wide beach stripe; therefore, it doesn't feel cramped at all (when compared to other places). Location is very good, with everything being easily accessible. The staff was nice and the resort is well taken care of. Facilities such as private beach, big swimming pool, biliard, massage chairs were all very nice to have.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any request. All hotel facilities are well-maintained. Its convenient location is a major plus, and they also provide useful services like motorcycle rentals and speedboat island hopping, which really helps guests sort out their travel arrangements. I highly recommend this hotel. A special thank you to the front desk and all the service staff!
