The location is very convenient, and it is already Kenting Street. You can have something to eat from morning till night. The only downside was that we only met the staff of the hotel on the first day, and every day I wanted to ask the staff of the hotel to ask for directions or other enquiries, but I saw that there were any staff at the hotel. On the last day, the original homestay was checked out at 11:00 in the morning. Then we went to breakfast in the morning. In the absence of a room card, we went back to the room at about 10:50. The cleaning staff was already clearing our room and wanted to go to the bathroom. can. I hope that the owner of the hotel will pay attention to the room card. If it is not, the guest will not check out.

The room was large and clean. On the third floor, there was no elevator. The two big boxes were exhausted and the door locks were a bit bad. It seemed to have been destroyed. At first I couldn't find the way, and the boss came out to pick me up. The boss is very good and very careful to introduce the facilities of my homestay and take me up. I live on the third floor. When I open the door, I feel that I want the comfortable personal space. There are also some aromatherapy books in the room. Very intimate ～ I also introduced me to a lot of Hengchun Kenting to see the place. Next time I come to Hengchun Talk will also stay here ～

We switched from a hotel near the Grand Canal to this one, a classic five-star establishment. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, truly setting a vacation mood. The concierge service was outstanding. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect for a trip to Yangzhou; it feels like Daming Temple, Slender West Lake, morning tea, the Ancient City Park, and Yangzhou Banquet are all part of the hotel's amenities. The best part? Soaking in the hot springs after a long day of sightseeing is the most anticipated moment of the trip. We loved it so much that we immediately extended our stay for another night. Highly recommended! For a family of three, getting this level of service, scenery, and amenities for just 200 per person is truly excellent value. It's definitely our top choice for visiting Yangzhou with kids.

What a fantastic vacation experience! Over four days and three nights, we got to try out buildings 9, 2, and 8, each with its own advantages. My personal preference, in descending order, is 2 ≥ 9 ≥ 8. First, let's talk about the courtyard room in building 2. What I loved most was waking up to lush greenery right outside my window. I could step into the courtyard in my pajamas and soak in nature. Even when it rained, there was no need to worry about not being able to go out; there were tables and chairs in the courtyard perfect for quietly watching the rain. It truly maximized that relaxed, vacation feel, ideal for unwinding and recharging. The facilities weren't old either; I found them perfectly fine. Next up is the suite in building 9. It's spacious, featuring a living room, bedroom, study, and two bathrooms. The Chinese-style decor felt grand and expansive, and the garden views from the window were also excellent. It would be very comfortable for a family. Since there were only two of us, we didn't need such a large space, which is why I personally preferred building 2, though building 9 was indeed great. Building 8 is the newest and most modern. It offers breakfast (which 2 and 9 don't), and it was quite good. The window seats in the restaurant also boasted amazing views. They even provide complimentary bedtime snacks (again, something 2 and 9 lack) and you can choose hot milk, which was a very thoughtful touch. The room quality was also higher, with Bulgari toiletries, Evian and Nongfu Spring bottled water, and better quality disposable slippers and mattresses. However, my personal priority for a resort hotel is the scenery, so building 8 ranked slightly lower for me. For those who prioritize room quality and service details, this building is definitely worth considering. The overall landscaping and service throughout the hotel grounds were excellent. Before coming, I wondered if people were exaggerating when they said you don't need to leave the hotel for a vacation, but after experiencing it, I realized it's true. Staying at the Yingbinguan is perfect for a low-energy, lazy person like me who doesn't want to wake up early for itineraries or battle crowds at tourist attractions. Beyond the hotel, everyone we encountered in Yangzhou – at attractions, restaurants, and museums – was incredibly nice. Thank you, Yangzhou, for giving us such precious travel memories. We'll definitely be back for another vacation!

The hotel facilities are relatively new, and the overall hygiene is good, though some nooks and crannies could use more attention. The room had a lot of drawers, which felt a bit excessive; most travelers probably wouldn't use them much, and shelves might be more practical. The highlight here, though, is definitely the staff. Every single person was incredibly friendly – not overly enthusiastic, but genuinely helpful. You could approach anyone, and they'd assist you with your issues as if you were just chatting with a friend. I highly recommend staying here.

Overall, the hotel is okay, but the service definitely falls short. As a Michelin one-star restaurant, Shang Palace should ensure that at least one server is within the guest's line of sight and easily callable. Restaurants in Shanghai with a similar per-person cost to a Michelin one-star offer far superior service to Shang Palace. In comparable restaurants, there's always at least one staff member nearby, and some even lower-priced establishments manage this. My side plates were never changed during the meal (even when nearly full), and dirty dishes were left untouched unless I specifically called a waiter (and even then, only some were cleared). In Shanghai, restaurants of the same caliber and price point would clear plates without being asked, why would I need to call someone? Honestly, if the staff were more attentive with changing plates and clearing dishes, I wouldn't have to call them over. I hope the hotel addresses this. I believe these are basic expectations for a Michelin one-star restaurant and those in a similar price bracket (or higher). I'm not nitpicking; just come to Shanghai and experience it for yourself. However, the food was delicious. The stir-fried shredded eel (like soft-shelled turtle) in the couple's set menu was particularly good. The front desk staff also gave off a vibe of wanting to go home. The chef at breakfast, who was making fried eggs, was incredibly slow for two days in a row (not sure if it was the same person). They insisted on finishing whatever they were doing before making my eggs, and even then, my sunny-side-up eggs were overcooked. The cleaning staff came to clean my room while I was at breakfast. Shouldn't they wait until after breakfast hours? I hadn't put away any of my belongings. I can only hope that Shangri-La staff wouldn't steal my skincare products 😔, and the room wasn't even cleaned properly... what was the rush? I've stayed at several Shangri-La properties, and this one is the worst experience so far. That said, it's not terrible, and I still recommend it. I just hope the hotel improves!

Our family had a wonderful trip to Yangzhou in March, and the Crowne Plaza Yangzhou was perfectly located in the bustling Guangling District, making it super convenient to get around. The hotel management seemed professional, and our stay was pleasant. Parking was easy, and although some of the facilities showed their age, it was clear that cleanliness and service were top-notch. The swimming pool, sauna, and gym were all great. The only minor drawback was that the complimentary tickets for the Zhuyu Zoo were limited to two per room, regardless of the number of guests. This meant some of our family couldn't go for free, which felt inefficient and probably hurt the hotel's intended marketing impact.

We originally booked a deluxe twin room, but when they found out we had two seniors and one adult, they graciously upgraded us to a duplex room for free, which was larger and had bigger beds. Everyone, from the security guard at the entrance to the front desk staff, and even our exclusive hostess Xiao Chen, was incredibly warm and welcoming. They constantly greeted us, helped with our luggage, and when the seniors needed to cross the road for a taxi, the doorman even helped them across. The hotel is super close to Dongguan Street and Dongguan Ancient Ferry, and an evening stroll along the ancient canal opposite the hotel was very pleasant. They also offered small desserts every night, with different varieties each day.

Let's start with the downsides: Since the family room can accommodate three adults, there should be three sets of towels, bath towels, tooth mugs, drinking glasses, and coffee cups, not just two. Even children or teenagers need their own bath towel and tooth mug. Also, the curtain button was sometimes a bit unresponsive. Now for the positives: 1. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. You can walk to the South Gate of Slender West Lake, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. 2. The breakfast was good; while not exceptionally lavish, it had everything you'd expect. The coffee came from a machine and tasted great. 3. The terraces on four of the floors are a major highlight! Breakfast is on the 11th floor (top floor), and on a nice day, you can dine on the terrace, enjoying the lush forest view and a distant glimpse of the Qiling Pagoda while being shielded from the sun – a fantastic experience. You can also enjoy the night view in the evening. 4. The hairdryer is a Dyson, and in the lobby downstairs, there's a coffee machine, tea, hot water, and bottled water available.

When I took my child to Yangzhou, I initially booked a family room, but it didn't specify that it had a sofa bed. We then realized it was completely unsuitable for sleeping. My first attempt to communicate with the front desk was met with a very unhelpful male staff member. However, after contacting Trip.com customer service, Manager Gao from the hotel quickly stepped in. Within 10 minutes, he helped us switch to a different room type and even prepared a gift for my child. He also promptly contacted his colleagues to update the details of the family room type, changing the description from 'single bed' to 'sofa bed'. This shows great responsibility, not only to us but also to future guests (as we usually avoid sofa beds when booking family rooms). A big thank you again to Manager Gao; he is both capable and efficient. Our trip to Yangzhou ended perfectly.

Great location, right where the old Yangzhou Guesthouse Shitai Hotel used to be. The rooms are excellent – each one is spacious, well-appointed, and comes with a bathtub. The parking lot is a huge plus, very generous and easy to get in and out of. Service is top-notch; the front desk staff are incredibly accommodating and patient. Breakfast is fantastic and plentiful, with many authentic Yangzhou dim sum specialties, and they even let you keep eating past closing time. Overall, everything was excellent with no downsides, perfectly matching the charming atmosphere of Yangzhou. Highly recommended.

My stay at Hanting Premium Hotel this time truly exceeded my expectations. While it's not a high-end establishment, it offers all the essentials and provides excellent value for money. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed and pillows were so comfortable, making it easy to fall asleep. The smart toilet was a convenient and practical touch. Upon check-in, they even provided yogurt and a banana. The breakfast selection was quite diverse, featuring freshly prepared wontons and noodles. For someone who usually has eggs and soy milk, it was more than sufficient. The service was impeccable; when I mentioned we needed more water, it was delivered immediately. They even offered complimentary sweet glutinous rice balls as a late-night snack. All the staff members I encountered were very polite. The hotel is conveniently located; just a right turn followed by another right turn from the exit will take you to Guandong Street.

My parents and I are very satisfied with Wisteria Hotel. Located in the city center with convenient transportation. The room is large, clean and comfortable, the bed is comfortable and easy to sleep on, the equipment and supplies are complete, the bathroom has a water purifier, and snacks or fruits are given every night. Breakfast is Yangzhou specialties, and the dishes change daily. There are small cards at the front desk for various attractions in Yangzhou, explaining the opening hours, ticket prices, public transportation methods, and estimated taxi fares. The staff at the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping are all smiling and friendly: they proactively provide bathing stools to prevent elders from slipping, and proactively provide clothes drying racks. Since you should know how to do laundry after staying for 5 nights, they proactively inform you that there is a hidden menu option for breakfast, and remind you to be careful when visiting the gardens on rainy days. The road is slippery, so take a guided tour of the hotel's garden features and ancient Yangzhou trees (the hotel has wisteria, one of the ancient trees). This accommodation experience was a big plus for my trip to Yangzhou.

Although I only stayed one night, it left a great impression. The Starbucks inside the hotel is also excellent. The front desk staff, Ms. Xu and Ms. Li, were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Highly recommend~
