At first I couldn't find the way, and the boss came out to pick me up. The boss is very good and very careful to introduce the facilities of my homestay and take me up. I live on the third floor. When I open the door, I feel that I want the comfortable personal space. There are also some aromatherapy books in the room. Very intimate ～ I also introduced me to a lot of Hengchun Kenting to see the place. Next time I come to Hengchun Talk will also stay here ～

This hotel is perfect for family trips. The splash pad and beach were so much fun, we played for two days straight and didn't get bored. The indoor play area (Taoqi Bao) isn't huge, but it's just right for toddlers around two years old. My child loved the 'pet wake-up service' in the morning, and being able to feed them fruit – just remember to book in advance! The private hot spring in the room was very relaxing. The public hot spring water was a bit cloudy, so we opted for the private one both days. Plus, the dim sum at Quyuanxiangyuan nearby was delicious! 😋

At first I was a bit hesitant to stay here because I usually prefer hotels that have been refurbished or built within 2 years. But this place really beat my expectations. The conditions of all the furniture etc was in excellent condition. They also include a free photoshoot along with your room. The rooms and gardens were also very tastefully designed. I guess the only thing I didn’t like was the layout of the bathroom. First, the toilet is too close to the shower place. Second, whenever I showered, the water seemed to have leaked onto the ground, which made it slightly dangerous as it was slippery.

The standard pillows in the room are latex, which are quite comfortable. The hairdryer is a Dyson, and the water pressure is great. The entire room is equipped with smart home features. The only downside is that the standard room size is a bit small, but everything else is good. We even played 'Gan Deng Yan' (a card game) in the restaurant at night. The hotel service is excellent. Satisfied with my second stay.

Traveling to Yangzhou, I chose to stay at Shangri-La Hotel Yangzhou, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel is situated by Mingyue Lake, offering a serene and beautiful environment. It even has its own Liuyuan Jiangnan garden, with pavilions and waterside structures – every photo taken captures the beauty of Jiangnan. The room was spacious with an elegant layout and clean bathroom. The lake view room's floor-toceiling windows offered an expansive view, perfect for watching the sunset over the lake in the evening. The bedding was very comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of sightseeing. In terms of service, all staff members were gentle and courteous. Check-in was efficient, and requests were responded to promptly. The dining options were extensive, with a wide variety of breakfast items, including authentic Yangzhou morning tea dim sum. The exquisite Huaiyang cuisine at Xiang Palace (Michelin-starred) was also a highlight. The location is excellent, very close to Yangzhou Railway Station. It's convenient to drive or take a taxi to Slender West Lake and the Grand Canal Museum. The hotel amenities are comprehensive; you can experience Yangzhou's unique culture right at the hotel. It feels like a complete resort experience, highly recommended for anyone visiting Yangzhou!

The hotel is conveniently located near Yangzhou East Railway Station, about a 10-minute taxi ride away. The rooms are spacious and tidy. Doormen proactively help with luggage, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. They even assisted with my check-out when I couldn't make it back to the hotel in time due to sightseeing. The Chinese restaurant on the third floor serves authentic food, and the breakfast is abundant. It's also super easy and affordable (around 10 yuan) to get a taxi to Dongguan Street, Slender West Lake, and the Grand Canal Museum. I had a very satisfying stay and would definitely recommend it to friends.

This review represents my personal opinion only: This is my second time staying at this Mercure hotel for a business trip to Yangzhou. Honestly, my first stay wasn't very good. When I checked out, the front desk attendant asked me how my stay was, so I shared my experience and suggestions with her. Then, as I was going to the garage to get my car, Manager Lu and the attendant immediately came to me, apologizing and explaining the situation. The attendant helped me with my luggage, and Manager Lu kept apologizing while escorting me all the way to the underground garage. To be honest, I've stayed in many hotels during business trips before, and every hotel has its share of issues. However, this Mercure hotel's attitude towards resolving problems was incredibly proactive. It showed me that they genuinely respect their guests and address issues sincerely without shirking responsibility, unlike some hotels that just brush off guests after hearing a few complaints. It was precisely because of Manager Lu's sincere attitude that I chose Mercure again for this business trip to Yangzhou. And this time, my experience was excellent; the issues I raised last time were resolved, and it felt fantastic. I really have to give a huge thumbs up to Manager Lu and his team! 👍🏻 If more hotels could be as proactive as Manager Lu in addressing and solving guest concerns, their business would surely thrive in the long run. I've already recommended this hotel to my company's HR for all colleagues traveling to Yangzhou on business.

The biggest pleasant surprise of my trip to Yangzhou was this one-night stay. It's a peaceful oasis tucked away from the hustle and bustle, with every brick and tile in the courtyard showing thoughtful design. Strolling around felt like an immersive experience in a Jiangnan garden. The guest rooms steer clear of generic decor, with meticulous attention to detail, making the living experience far exceed expectations. Xiao Zhao (Zhao, the staff member) was genuinely attentive and thoughtful, proactively helping with many small things we hadn't even considered. This kind of heartfelt service is much more touching than mere pleasantries. This isn't just a place to crash for a night while sightseeing; it's somewhere you can slow down and truly enjoy your journey. I've saved it for future reference and will definitely return on my next visit to Yangzhou.

Honestly, I'm not sure how they can claim to be a 5-star hotel. The room is tiny, and there isn't even a desk lamp. The soundproofing is also poor. Even calling it a 4-star might be a stretch. Besides its proximity to Yechun (a restaurant), I can't think of any other positives.

Great location, right where the old Yangzhou Guesthouse Shitai Hotel used to be. The rooms are excellent – each one is spacious, well-appointed, and comes with a bathtub. The parking lot is a huge plus, very generous and easy to get in and out of. Service is top-notch; the front desk staff are incredibly accommodating and patient. Breakfast is fantastic and plentiful, with many authentic Yangzhou dim sum specialties, and they even let you keep eating past closing time. My stay at Hanting Premium Hotel this time truly exceeded my expectations. While it's not a high-end establishment, it offers all the essentials and provides excellent value for money. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed and pillows were so comfortable, making it easy to fall asleep. The smart toilet was a convenient and practical touch. Upon check-in, they even provided yogurt and a banana. The breakfast selection was quite diverse, featuring freshly prepared wontons and noodles. For someone who usually has eggs and soy milk, it was more than sufficient. The service was impeccable; when I mentioned we needed more water, it was delivered immediately. They even offered complimentary sweet glutinous rice balls as a late-night snack. All the staff members I encountered were very polite. The hotel is conveniently located; just a right turn followed by another right turn from the exit will take you to Guandong Street.

My parents and I are very satisfied with Wisteria Hotel. Located in the city center with convenient transportation. The room is large, clean and comfortable, the bed is comfortable and easy to sleep on, the equipment and supplies are complete, the bathroom has a water purifier, and snacks or fruits are given every night. Breakfast is Yangzhou specialties, and the dishes change daily. There are small cards at the front desk for various attractions in Yangzhou, explaining the opening hours, ticket prices, public transportation methods, and estimated taxi fares. The staff at the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping are all smiling and friendly: they proactively provide bathing stools to prevent elders from slipping, and proactively provide clothes drying racks. Since you should know how to do laundry after staying for 5 nights, they proactively inform you that there is a hidden menu option for breakfast, and remind you to be careful when visiting the gardens on rainy days. The road is slippery, so take a guided tour of the hotel's garden features and ancient Yangzhou trees (the hotel has wisteria, one of the ancient trees). This accommodation experience was a big plus for my trip to Yangzhou.
