The living area comprises a comfortable & cozy area to wind down after a long day and enjoy all the TV programmes that you usually do with the benefit of the Smart TV having access to BBC iPlayer, ITV, Channel 4, Netflix & Prime Video*. The versatility of this area means that the sofa can be also changed in to a sofa bed also
For those guests who enjoy their cooking, they can enjoy doing so in the modern fitted kitchen area comprising a range of matching wall & base units and integrated fridge (under-counter), dishwasher, washing machine and electric oven too. The bedroom has all that you would need and benefits from another Smart TV giving you access to all those popular streaming channels & apps*. The bed itself is dressed in high-quality linen to ensure guests have that peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom can be found off of the bedroom where toiletries, towels & bath mats are all provided for guests convenience!

- The lead booker will be required to pay a security deposit that will be refunded upon checkout subject to the condition of the property. They will also be required to sign our terms & conditions, which will be sent through once the reservation has been made. The booking will not be confirmed until both the deposit has been paid and the terms & conditions have been signed.
