Independent kitchen with an external window and high-end appliances: large fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and complete kitchenware.
There is also a kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.
Additionally, we will provide some basic kitchen and cleaning products for daily use.

All bedrooms have external windows with blinds and mosquito nets and are independent.
Two of the bedrooms have ample storage space with built-in wardrobes.
The other bedroom is equipped with a perfect space for remote work.

The bathroom has a hydromassage shower with plenty of space and an integrated radio.

Smart TV with Chromecast and pay channels in the living room and air conditioning and heating. Sofa bed for two people.

The apartment is located in a quiet yet central area, with bus stops in all directions just a two-minute walk away and is very well connected if you come by car, with easy access from all directions. There is plenty of parking in the area, but parking can be difficult at certain times or dates.

This magnificent apartment is located right on Plaza de las Flores, one of Málaga’s most iconic and central squares, perfect for exploring the city on foot. Upon entering, you’ll find a lovely foyer that leads to a bright and spacious living room, fully exterior, stylishly furnished with a comfortable sitting area and a dining space. The kitchen is modern, well laid out, and fully equipped. The sleeping area is accessed via a hallway and includes three bedrooms: two with twin beds (0.90 x 1.90 m) and one with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m), as well as two separate bathrooms. Its unbeatable location places you within walking distance of everything: museums, the Alcazaba, the Cathedral, the beach, and more.

Larios is a magnificent and bright apartment located in a historic building but completely renovated with great detail. It has 3 large bedrooms and high ceilings. At the entrance of the apartment we find a spacious hall, which leads to the first bedroom on the right hand side, which has 2 single beds of 0.90 x 1.90. Then we have the living room, totally exterior and with designer furniture. It has a seating area with a TV and a dining area. In addition, it has a double sofa bed, which gives the apartment the capacity of up to 8 people. In the living room we find a window that communicates with the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. The kitchen is spacious, modern and bright. Upon leaving the living room we find a full bathroom with a bathtub. Continuing along the corridor are the remaining 2 bedrooms, the first with 2 single beds of 0.90 x 1.90, and finally the master bedroom, which has a double bed of 1.

Stunning house, right on the seashore with amazing views. It is a magnificent renovated and furnished new house. It is located in one of the most exclusive places of the city of Málaga: Pedregalejo. We access the house through the entrance hall and stairs will lead to the main floor. Just up the stairs we come to a beautiful lounge with a dining area and a sofa area (with double sofa bed) and TV, both connected with an incredible private terrace that has the Beach and the sea just below. The feeling having breakfast, dinner or a snack and listening to the sound of the sea and the waves is relaxing and enlivening. A real luxury for the senses. The kitchen is bordering the living room and it is fully equipped with everything you need. On the same main floor is the master bedroom, with a double bed of 1.50 x 1.90, with ensuite bathroom and overlooking the terrace and the sea.
