Very nice place to stay. Pool, food, sight seeing, large room, clean bathroom, ac, easy access to other places, lulu mall near by, very good for big families and also large gatherings. Playing space for kids and families. Lots for freedom to creatively enjoy the space.

Location and stay was good. But food quality is very poor. After being charged for dinner as inclusive in the booking, we had to take ala carte and pay extra. Which is not reasonable. Options for breakfast was also very few. The swimming pool is good. Overall the property is compact and good. But can have better amenities.

My stay at soorya retreat in palakkad was good. One drawback is that they don’t have a covered parking lot. And no breakfast. They room is good. Neat bathroom with separate shower room. Hot water is available, according to your needs. Overall, i would rate it good.

Boutique hotel in a small town. Rooms are clean and maintained. Only thing is morning tea and breakfast is served only after 9 am. There should be provisions for early tea when ever we want and breakfast at least around 7:30 am. For early birds you need to plan this ahead. I’m ok otherwise, staff was good and food was also good.

Service we received from Security and valet was very good Front desk not upto the mark they were not welcoming and not friendly even though its our second visit, checking in even after we have already booked one more room for our family member they said ”there is no such name in their booking list” inspite the rooms were all booked in the same name a day before plus no bell boy was provided during check out. Restaurant service during breakfast was very good and all the staff was so sweet and very friendly. Housekeeping was very good too and helpful but there was a stain on the pillow in room no. 606. Room service was good

hi , the hotel property is new and beautiful. our room has everything we expected it to have . service is excellent, staff cooperated when we asked for an extra pillow . vibe of the room is very pleasant with proper lights and huge windows with glasses to see the outside view.the bed has a bench in front which is very convenient for sitting without messing the bed . food is also very nice . 👍

But in this trip, hot water not working in room, continuous polishing work happening creating noise, these experiences are not good. The stay was good. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Bathrooms with hot water all the time. Food was awesome with less spices and salt which is perfect for health. Breakfast buffet has healthy options like upma and idlis. There is a restrobar where you can dine late nights. Hotel staff are friendly. Got the hotel name from google. Food quality is very low. much below standard. Staff behavior is so rude that they use the statement. Its not a ”aloo pyaaz” shop. such disgusting arrogant nonsense staff. Booked the room with so high cost but initially given the smallest room. later when i pushed, then changed to bigger room with extra charges which i paid as well.
