Staff and hotel are very accomodating during a time when the airport was closed and tourists required to stay longer than intended. All of the staff were friendly, greeting you with warmth and doing all the can to look after you. Hotel in a very good location. Very short walk to the beach and restaurants. Pharmacy and mini marts nearby for any supplies as well. I hope to come back to Noumea one day and would gladly stay at Le Lagon Hotel

Very convenient location to restaurants, bakery and small grocery stores. Had a spa pool and pool which were both heated. Beach was at the end of the road.

Good old Meridian. Although there were some old parts and changes in amenities, I thought it was the best hotel in New Caledonia.
The service of the hotel staff is good, and the garden space is well maintained and the greenery is lively.
I didn't eat breakfast this time, but I think I do it properly every time.
Concerts at the bar and the pool have an atmosphere, and it feels like a resort.
I will stay next month.

We stayed for 4 nights in a suite with a sea view. On the last day, I had a late checkout because it was aired at 1am. The price was 80% of one night's stay.
The free breakfast was delicious and had lots of fruit.
They did a good job of cleaning, but they were sloppy in replenishing the towels.
It's a little far from the city center.
Overall it was a very good hotel.

The free boat transfer and luggage transportation to the room were all very smooth.
The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was very hygienic, which was to be expected.
It was hard to find the sea turtles swimming, but there were quite a few, so it was best to keep your eyes peeled and try to spot them.

I used it for 2 nights from the arrival night of Noumea. You can walk to Marche in about 5 minutes and Cocotier Square in about 10 minutes. The rooms are simple and clean. Amenities are only hair and body soap, so it is better to bring them with you.
In addition, there was a microwave and a refrigerator in the room, so I could warm up and eat what I bought at Marche, supermarkets, and food trucks. They were very helpful in arranging a taxi to Magenta Airport. You can't see the sea, but it's convenient before walking around town or going to remote islands. The staff is kind and I would like to use it again. thank you very much.FromHK$904

Good communication with the hotel prior to arrival. I had an early morning flight and the staff booked my transfer to the airport which Inpaid for upon my arrival. The room was clean and tidy and was well stocked with coffee, tea and hot chocolate.FromHK$748

As it was a direct flight from Japan, I couldn't go to Maitre Island on the same day, so I only stayed for one day, but it was very nice.
I arrived late on a Saturday night, but when I asked the receptionist, they booked a taxi for me from the hotel to the ferry terminal for the next day.
As is typical in France, all hotels are closed on Sundays, but the hotel staff found me a taxi and I was able to get to the ferry terminal early the next morning.FromHK$1,527

It is pleasant to be welcomed by staff, especially when the flights to Nouméa are late.
The advantage is to have a kitchen equipped to make these meals and a parking covered, especially when it is hot.

Late arrival after night flight: well welcomed.
Location in the centre of Ducos with shops and restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, Sunday was all closed. The product I've booked on photo and description on site trop.com does not correspond to the reality once on site. As 3 adults, I booked a triple deluxe bed king size suite attached to a single bed to be each other next to each other. I had a king size bed and an extra bed that took the place in the room and not very comfortable given my size.Some technical concerns too but the reception and maintenance were taken things into hand very quickly. Deceptive of the room in relation to the price paid for a triple deluxe room and have a non-contractual photo product.SOLD OUT
