Nice and friendly staff , quick check in and check out , welcome drink with cookies , a Indian variety of breakfast , super specious rooms and bathrooms , my second stay at hotel

A great stay at ITC Narmada! All the staff were friendly and pleasant to chat with. The room was spacious with a great view. The breakfast at Adalaj Pavillion was excellent, with a special mention to the Masala Dosa. The buffet had a lot of options including Indian and Western as well as Live Dosa and Egg stations. I had the Club lounge access included as well and there was afternoon snacks (avocado sandwich, various sweet options) and later in the evening a variety of non alcoholic cocktails (ie from virgin mojito to pina colada etc) and some tasty bites (such as chilli paneer, which was super tasty). Overall, a great stay and if in Ahmedabad, would recommend checking this hotel out!

We had an excellent 1 night stay at Four Points by Sheraton Ahmedabad earning this hotel a well-deserved five-star rating. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very tasty with many food choices including a number of made to order stations. The hotels location is within walking distance to the Law Gardens and other local attractions which is a bonus. In conclusion, we had a great stay at Four Points by Sheraton Ahmedabad and we felt the staff looked after us. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ahmedabad.

A great front office team. Abhilasha was excellent in making the stay comfortable and checking in process very very stress free. Equally good are the bell boys and F&B team. Devender in Inroom dining was immaculate in food preparation and taking notes on my taste. Very few hotels come up to this level of service.

Great hotel, great service. No complaints except that the King river view suite did not have a bathtub, the mirrors were stained / scratched in the bathroom, and a small amount of equipment was clearly falling apart. But everything was neat and clean!

Food was amazing. Rooms had clean setup. Washroom was little small and with limited space. Over all good experience and stay. Staff was very co operative. And child friendly. They use to help us take care of 5 months old baby during breakfast .

House of MG is an oasis in the midst of a bustling lively city scape. The unique design aspects, and cultural adaptations integrated into the smallest of details was truly impressive. We had a memorable visit and would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a boutique heritage experience. Working for 30 years in top luxury hotel properties in N.A., and Asia, I recognize this property as a special destination. The team was friendly, engaging and helpful.
