First of all, the location is excellent. The sea-facing rooms face the palace and the bay, with beautiful scenery. The hotel has a long history, the facilities are very good, the hygiene is very clean, and the waiters are very friendly.

The location is excellent, shopping and sightseeing are within walking distance; the room design has many details, the bedside table has exquisite hydroponic flowers, the bath is diptyque, and the breakfast is even more exquisite. The overall design is very Western-style, but not old-fashioned at all.

The staff were very kind and provided excellent service. We arrived at the hotel before the check-in time, but they had already prepared our room for us. The room was clean and spacious — definitely not cramped at all. The bathroom was also clean and not small; it had a separate shower and bathtub. The water pressure from the shower was strong, which we really appreciated. If we ever return to Stockholm, we would definitely stay here again!

The location is OK, the parking is difficult nearby, the hotel parking is very expensive, if there is a car, it is recommended to stop the hotel, otherwise it will be more troublesome to fall into the pit! The room area is enough, and the bathroom is not separated from wet and dry. The room does not provide hot water for drinking and there is no kettle. It is too inconvenient to take a paper cup to get hot water or coffee in the public area on the fourth floor!

The hotel is in a very good location, with a very strategic location. There are all kinds of restaurants and shopping places. The bus and subway stations are also very close. In addition, the hotel room is very good. It has a nostalgic feeling and is very unforgettable

The hotel is very well located. The room was a little small to be called Deluxe but generally the rest of the things were fine. The breakfast was good and varied, but the three days had the same thing. The hotel staff is very attentive. The restaurant and bar give the hotel a young and cool atmosphere.

The flight to Stockholm was delayed by 3 hours, and we arrived at the Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel at midnight. The front desk staff made a mistake with our room assignment, and we had to move our luggage back and forth to the front desk twice before finally getting into our room! Although the front desk staff had already apologized, the hairdryer in the room was out of order, and the white mug had coffee stains! We called the room service desk to request replacements, and the housekeeping staff quickly replaced the items and also brought us fruits, boxed tissues, toilet paper, and hotel slippers! The service was fairly okay. Anyway, the room was tidy, the location was convenient, and the breakfast was plentiful! The staff were friendly and polite. However, after we checked out, when we used the restroom in the ground floor lobby, for some unknown reason, there was no water supply, which was inconvenient and unhygienic!

Our stay was overall very pleasant. The service was excellent—from the reception staff to the breakfast team, everyone was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, providing plenty of options to choose from. We also enjoyed a lovely view of the city from our room, which featured a small balcony—a nice touch. However, the bathroom cleanliness could have been better. The counter had a noticeable yellow stain, which suggested it hadn’t been properly cleaned.

The room is small, there's no complimentary water, and the amenities are basic. However, the location is superb, especially with direct access to the Airport Express right downstairs. I booked it specifically for the convenient access to the airport.

Excellent! The location is super convenient; it's a short walk from where the Arlanda Express drops you off, and there are tons of shops and businesses nearby, making shopping a breeze. The hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious, and the service is exceptional. On our last day, we rushed out to do some last-minute shopping and completely forgot about the check-out time. We thought we'd be charged extra, but the front desk lady was incredibly friendly and just said it was fine and told us to go pack our bags. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Stockholm.
