The Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, although renowned for its standard, unfortunately leaves something to be desired in several aspects. When we arrived, the welcome was far from warm, which is disappointing for an establishment of this size. Fortunately, the room staff was able to compensate with their professionalism and impeccable service.
However, other aspects of the service were failing. At the pool, we were surprised to find that there were no staff to greet us and prepare towels, which is not up to the standards expected of a hotel bearing the Four Seasons name. It was good hotel but only things they should focus on the customer service like receipts, if you try to reached them at night it's difficult to get them, they ignore customers calls without getting back to the customer while calling. Also while checking out I've requested them to check.the minibars if there's anything missing there were very slow to check it and I was waiting for more then 5 minutes. Amazing hotel!
Room is spacious, bed is soft and very comfortable. We kindly requested later check-out since we checked in after midnight, and they accommodated our request.
Room has a work table with stationery.
Good toiletries and comfy bathrobes are provided. Concierge service is outstanding.
The location is slightly far from all the main tourist attractions, so bear this in mind.

For that price and that location it’s already worth it.
The hotel has everything, services are good, breakfast has a full variety of dishes and the room I got was perfectly clean and with no issues.
