The check in process was great, the location is awesome. The hotel was too clean and access was straight forward. Please book in advance, for even better service. And the lady in reception via whatsapp was readily available when needed. I would recommend this for all.

Residence is very good for our review site from the Habib Hospital, but there's no service and hand washing machine that doesn't work, and the rest of the stuff, I hope, is better, there's a problem with parking, there's no hope that every apartment has its own position.

I stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the hotel very much. It is conveniently located next to the major subway station so I could travel within town without being stuck in infamous traffic. I had a suite and it was tastefully decorated and had all the modern levels of comfort, including the smart light system and a stand alone tub. Since it was my birthday, I also was given a very delicious complementary cake to celebrate this occasion, along with a basket of fruits and Arabic coffee.
I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
P.S. One note - I wish they had a concierge because none of the reception employees knew anything about the celebration of the Founding Day, not even the fact that the roads to the hotel were blocked by the police and it took extra 30 mins for the taxi driver to go around.FromHK$1,246

The Four Seasons Riyadh, which was renovated in 2024, has a good aesthetic and there is nothing to complain about the stay experience. The view from the Kingdom Center is a great place to enjoy the sunset every day. The shopping mall downstairs is also under renovation, so it is not very convenient to visit for the time being. First off, this hotel isn't cheap, but its location, ambiance, and rooms are definitely worth the price. Initially, we were put on the ground floor, and the view outside the window felt like a prison cell. I specifically looked for a hotel with Chinese-speaking staff, but ended up with an all-English front desk. Also, there was no 'Chinese breakfast' as advertised. And that's not all... see for yourselves.
The air conditioning was indeed very noisy, and I only got one key card. I had to jam a piece of paper in the slot, otherwise, the AC would be off when I got back, and it would take ages to cool down. Luckily, I'm a heavy sleeper, so the noise didn't bother me.FromHK$343

I like this superior queen room layout a lot. Spacious and equip with essentials. I like the bench as a comfortable seating area where u can rest before going to bed. Toilet I water pressure is good. Good smell for toiletries.
I also enjoy swimming pool and the jacuzzi looks nice. Just different timings for gym and spa for men and women. Please be aware. Good for families too as some families with young kids around.FromHK$546

My stay was very satisfying. The room was spacious and clean, with modern and complete facilities. The air conditioning worked great, which was really helpful given the local climate. The location is convenient, close to the business district, making it easy to catch a taxi. Overall , I had a very good stay at Ascott Rafal Olaya Riyadh. The location is excellent, the hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly, professional, and helpful.
There are only two things that could be improved. First, there are no individual bottled waters provided in the room. Instead, drinking water is provided through a water dispenser with a large refillable water bottle. Personally, I would prefer sealed individual water bottles in the room.
Second, food delivery orders are not allowed to be delivered directly to the room, so guests have to go downstairs to collect them, which can be inconvenient.
Other than these two points, everything was excellent. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel.FromHK$1,205

Amazing hotel!
Room is spacious, bed is soft and very comfortable. We kindly requested later check-out since we checked in after midnight, and they accommodated our request.
Room has a work table with stationery.
Good toiletries and comfy bathrobes are provided. Concierge service is outstanding.
The location is slightly far from all the main tourist attractions, so bear this in mind.

The entrance is dusty and noisy.
The room was equipped with amenities that other hotels have, such as coffee, a kettle, and water.
The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious.

Women are not allowed at any time, even when no men are swimming.
