The hotel was built after the 1755 Portuguese earthquake. It was renovated later. Although the house is old, it is renovated and the equipment is updated. After the hotel is very hard to become a retro building but modern facilities. All the software in the hotel is very careful, and even a small bag of paper towels that can be carried with you. The bedding and pajamas fabrics are very good. Aesop for toiletries. Breakfast is served daily towards the sea view.

Really great experience staying here. Staff were so attentive and assisted me whenever I needed it. The rooftop area has a gorgeous view, and the yellow room is a tranquil place to also work/read. I've been to over 40 countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels - Verride is def in my top ten global and I will be staying here again in the future.

Very good hotel, good location, a few minutes walk from the Bica and Justa elevator. The hotel is beautifully decorated, full of Lisbon style, with details everywhere. The breakfast is delicious and the service attitude is great. I highly recommend you to experience it.

Very good hotel. The service staff are enthusiastic, and the view of the river view room is nothing to say. Although the hotel is old, it is not out of date in maintenance. Most of the guests staying there are older European and American guests. It is suitable for relaxing and enjoying the scenery in the hotel, and feeling at peace with the world. It's not as crowded as the old town, and it's more convenient to take a taxi to the main attractions. It doesn't have the atmosphere of being an internet celebrity, so it may not be suitable for those who like to be lively and take pictures. Children especially like it.

A great old-school resort hotel with very attentive service, turndown service, very quiet, rich breakfast, and a very comfortable and relaxing pool lawn, suitable for lazing around. It's not far to walk to the old town, and taxis are cheap.

Generally, the main reason for arriving a day late is due to flight delays. I've tried to coordinate many times, hoping to get a partial refund for the first night, but the merchant is completely uncooperative and difficult to communicate with. Perhaps domestic and overseas hotels operate differently, with domestic hotels being more strictly bound by regulations.

The location is excellent, the reception, hygiene and services are all very good, except that the room is slightly small. It's very convenient to go out and walk around. There is French Veal downstairs, so it's best to make a reservation in advance. The dessert shop in the hotel is also delicious, not too sweet, and is worth a try. Breakfast is a la carte and very rich. Staying for two days can save a lot of money.

The hotel stay was from Friday to Monday. Unfortunately it was not possible to get treatment in the spa during this time, especially all massages were fully booked. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay. The concierge was always helpful and had good tips on request.

Very nice hotel in an old palace! Great facilities, delicious food! The spa and fitness area is very small and dark. You also have to book sauna and indoor pool viruses and may stay at a maximum of 1 h. Ansonsten tolles Ambiente in absoluter City Lage.

It was a beautiful hotel with a very historic feel. Considering that it is a 5-star hotel, there were a few points of concern, but I am glad that I was able to stay here:) [Wonderful points] This hotel is located next to Rossio Station and about a 12-minute walk from Commerce Square, making it a great location. From the moment I entered the entrance, I was excited by the heavy interior that gave off a sense of history. What particularly impressed me was the breakfast we had in the wonderful venue. There was a wide variety of food, so I was able to enjoy my meal every day without getting bored. Also, when we finished our meal and were about to leave the venue, one of the female staff realized that we were Japanese and greeted us in Japanese, which was a very heartwarming moment. If you are staying here, I highly recommend applying for a plan that includes breakfast. [Concerns] Around 9 p.m., there was no doorman on duty, which concerned me about security. I never made eye contact with the front desk staff, and I felt that the environment where outsiders could easily enter and exit was a bit dangerous. In addition, the walls of the rooms are thin, so you need to speak in a low voice. Please note that you will need to be mindful of your voice volume during your stay, so this may not be suitable for families with small children. Even with all of this in mind, my experience at Avenida Palace was wonderful. I am glad that I was able to stay here on my first visit to Lisbon. Thank you so much for your hospitality :)

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. The time difference between the first time and the first time is quite long, because the time difference is only eight days. When I came back, the room was smaller and I had to stay on the 1st floor. The attitude was average and the sanitary products in the room were often forgotten to be updated. I stayed there for five days and had to ask every day if I had forgotten to change the sanitary equipment. Because I often forget to ask for a taxi before I leave, there is no helper to take my luggage to the taxi. I will not stay in this hotel again next time!

The front desk is very helpful and able to give me some tips where to go and advise us on how to get to the destination. And it is not noisy even though it is close to the busy district area. The hotel us just right in front of the Olaias Metro Station. It is very convenience to travel from the Airport and in town. It is very fast by the Metro. The room is in good size for traveling and visiting. The breakfast is good and enough for us with good coffee. Things are well attended。 If we found the air conditioner was not working properly, the night receptionist will come to our room immediately to help us. When we checked in the receptionist is not very presented, she said you have booked city view room, the room is like that. When.we went in the first room it was on the 6th.floor, there was no view at all. I then returned to request changing room, the a room on 11th floor was given. She said if you want to change for higher floor, you have to said to my manager, she is off today. So the next morning, I asked the manager, she was so helpful and immediately gave me a room on higher floor to get rid of the two sided walls. To what I believe us that if the young receptionist presented in a more friendly way, and offer her services to request her manager rather than asking the customer to approach her manager directly. So far we are happy with our stay and hopefully the hotel could improve the customer services with the young lady receptionist.
