This is a top-tier Thai-inspired luxury hotel located within the Galaxy Macau resort. All suites are at least 100 square meters and come with a private 'Yuexinchi' hot tub. The 2800-square-meter Banyan Tree Spa has an excellent reputation. A sky bridge connects guests directly to the shopping district, and hotel guests also enjoy complimentary access to the Grand Resort Deck. The service is meticulous and the night views are delightful. However, the prices are quite high, the entrance is a bit hidden, and the children's facilities are limited, making it more suitable for couples than for families with young children.

An absolutely wonderful experience! The front desk service, provided by a Malaysian girl, was exceptional. From check-in to personally guiding me to my room and explaining all the facilities and their use, she was incredibly nice. The room itself was spacious, and the fresh and delicious fruit delivered daily was a lovely touch. Evian water was readily available everywhere. The room was also cleaned promptly and thoroughly. The 31st-floor pool was sparkling clean. All in all, this is hands down the best hotel in Macau. I will definitely choose Banyan Tree again for my next visit.

The room was clean and bright, conveniently located, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth, and Yang Xiaojun, a lovely lady, showed us to room 1333, which was spacious and bright, and we were very happy with it. A big thank you to Yang Xiaojun for preparing fruit and gifts in the room – it was a touching gesture! Definitely five-star worthy. Five stars to the front desk manager and all the staff, and five stars for the floor cleaning service!

The environment is excellent, with everything you need for dining, entertainment, and leisure. The only downside is that Trip.com charges too much. And definitely don't book breakfast through them – it adds over 1000, while buying it on-site is only 280 AUD.

The room is quite standard, not big. The infrastructure is online. The overall artistic atmosphere of the hotel is great! I like the gym very much, but it's a pity that the swimming pool is not open... I like the fruits and chocolates sent, and my favorite little lion! I came to watch the Macau 2049 show, which is just downstairs. I just shook my hands and went down. Please note that you cannot bring drinks into the show!

The Londoner Hotel's exclusive club lounge, The Manor, offers all-day access with breakfast, classic English afternoon tea, and selected cocktails at the bar in the evening. This is absolutely fantastic value! During our two-night stay, we enjoyed two different breakfasts: one featured lobster eggs Benedict and scallops, while the other offered sashimi. The afternoon tea had a variety of sweet and savory treats. I highly recommend the evening bar food, with its wide selection of freshly mixed cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks – the snacks were truly amazing! Apparently, there are three different menus, so you could go for three consecutive days and not have the same food. We went both nights and everything was delicious. A special mention: the room comes with complimentary fruit and snacks, and we barely touched the free drinks and snacks in the minibar, but it shows great thoughtfulness. I love The Londoner Macao and will definitely choose it again next time.

Extremely satisfied with this trip! The bedding, bathroom, and room amenities completely surpassed those at The Venetian where I stayed the night before. Our butler, Colin, was also fantastic and provided excellent service. And of course, the great breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktails were a huge plus. All in all, I was very pleased. At the end, we arranged for the hotel's taxi service to the airport, which was a perfect 100%. Highly recommended!

I've always wanted to stay at Versace, as most reviews were excellent. This time, I booked a garden view room with breakfast for two. We arrived around 2 PM. Although early check-in wasn't possible, the front desk was very kind and helped us with the registration process. Both the front desk staff and the luggage handlers were very polite and friendly! When we returned to pick up our room key at 3:30 PM, we were a bit lost in the lobby, unsure where to queue. Immediately, a lady (I assume the lobby manager?) appeared before us to assist us... It was then that I became absolutely certain that Versace is a 'true' 5-star hotel!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 **Hotel Location:** There's a shuttle bus service covering many routes, and it's also a short walk to Grand Lisboa Palace. **Hotel Facilities:** The pool is absolutely beautiful. Next time I stay, I'll definitely bring my swimsuit. However, I was a bit puzzled by how small the gym was, with only 3 machines and some other equipment. If you want to work out, I'd suggest going directly to the gym at Grand Lisboa Palace instead! **Room:** The room was very spacious, with beautiful and comfortable color schemes. This time, I booked an inner garden view room, and watching the dome's lights change color at night was stunning! I do have a couple of suggestions though: perhaps add a full-length mirror and a small stool near the entrance for guests to tidy up and put on shoes before heading out! Also, a magnifying makeup mirror in the bathroom for female guests to remove makeup would be a nice touch! There were also welcome fruits and a free mini-bar. **Breakfast:** We had breakfast at GALAXY Restaurant, which has a beautiful European-style interior design. It wasn't a buffet; it was à la carte, and the food was decent. Something minor happened that day: the two gentlemen at the table next to us were watching videos on their phones throughout their meal. When I couldn't tolerate it anymore, I stepped out to seek assistance. The server, Crystal, immediately helped us move to another table and expressed understanding of our desire to enjoy a peaceful breakfast. Afterwards, the restaurant manager, Sophie, came over to apologize. An expatriate server also chatted with us and took photos. These gestures made me truly appreciate GALAXY Restaurant and the Versace hotel!! ❤️🩷 **Overall:** For a hotel to make guests want to return, service is undoubtedly the top priority. Guests can genuinely sense whether the smiles from the staff are heartfelt or just mechanical. Here, thanks again to the front desk staff, luggage handlers, the lady lobby manager, Crystal and Sophie from GALAXY Restaurant, and the expatriate male server during my stay! You are the reasons I will strongly recommend and return to Versace! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🥰

The room was incredibly spacious, probably around 60-70 square meters. The turndown service was fantastic; they even neatly organized all our charging cables with Velcro ties. Bottled water was plentiful and available everywhere. The walk-in closet and vanity were in a separate small room, which was a nice touch. Breakfast wasn't a buffet but à la carte, offering both Chinese dim sum and Western options, which I really enjoyed. Overall, the service was excellent. My only minor complaint is that the mini-bar was hidden behind cabinet doors. Every time we wanted to boil water for tea or use the capsule coffee machine, we had to open two doors, which completely blocked the hallway. This design seemed completely unnecessary.

When checking in, I asked the front desk staff, ”I heard Morpheus is a seven-star hotel, the best in Macau,” and they replied, ”Yes.” I told them I hoped it wouldn't disappoint. The review section is full of positive comments, with many saying the service is excellent and it's the pinnacle in Macau, but I didn't find it to be all that. 1. The doorman didn't help with my luggage, even though I only had one bag. After getting out of the car, I took a call, but my body was facing the counter. A lobby manager patiently stood beside me, waiting for me to finish the call, then asked if I needed assistance. I said I was checking in, and he led me to the counter. During this, there were no hot towels or welcome drinks offered. To be honest, I've stayed in many hotels in Macau that don't offer these, so I thought this supposed 'best' hotel would be different. 2. I read guest reviews saying that someone would escort guests to their rooms after check-in, but I wasn't. The hotel's response was a lack of staff, but there were dozens of staff members in the lobby at the time. (See photo 1, you can count them). 3. After exiting the elevator on my floor, I was looking for my room. A staff member was cleaning the elevator but didn't greet me or approach to ask for my room number or if I needed help. 4. The screw on the right-hand drawer of the mini-bar was loose. After pulling it open, I couldn't push it back in. I called housekeeping to check it out. They said they would inform maintenance to come as soon as possible. I asked for an ETA, but there was no clear answer. Finally, I told them to just report it and not send anyone, and they could fix it after I checked out. 5. I rarely eat breakfast, but since this was a highly praised hotel, I naturally wanted to experience it. They seated me at 10:30 AM. At 10:35 AM, after confirming I could still order, I ordered Eggs Benedict, shrimp wontons, and black truffle siu mai. Photos 3, 4, 5, and 6 show their serving speed (with timestamps). After ordering, I went to the buffet area, got some fruit, poured a cup of tea, and waited for my food. It took a full 23 minutes for all my dishes to arrive because a manager noticed I had been sitting for a long time without much food. He came over to check on me, realized my order wasn't complete, and then rushed to expedite it. I intentionally didn't say anything because I wanted to see how long it would take for them to notice; I was timing it the whole time. Regarding the above complaints (points 1-4), I called guest services, and Winnie was assigned to follow up. I want to commend her for her patient listening and incredibly swift response. She immediately apologized and compensated me with Executive Breakfast on the 30th floor, a fruit platter, and executive car usage.

Summary: Next time I'm in Macau, I'll definitely stay at Morpheus again. Facilities: The Morpheus boasts a unique architectural style, with a lobby and elevators that feel incredibly futuristic. The hotel also features exhibitions and a rooftop pool, making it perfect for a staycation. The smart home devices throughout the room are super convenient, and the toiletries are Acqua di Parma, with a long-lasting scent – I'd give them a solid thumbs up. Hygiene: The room's cleanliness was impeccable, spotless and tidy. Public areas like the lobby, shopping mall, and corridors were also very clean. Environment: There's a bus stop just a short walk from the entrance, and shuttle buses and taxis are also readily available. Service: At check-in, I was offered a welcome tea. I was then personally escorted to my room, where the staff introduced all the room's features. The entire process was thoughtful and attentive. When checking out and collecting my luggage, staff members immediately approached to offer assistance. P.S.: The mini-bar offers a rich variety of drinks, beer, snacks, instant noodles, fruit, and almond cookies – perfect for a late-night snack. Turndown service was proactively offered, and even when not requested, essential oils were provided.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, and our stay truly felt like a home away from home. We owe a massive thank you to Sonia and Nate from the Concierge team. Unfortunately, an elderly family member had an accidental fall, sustaining a scratched arm. Sonia and Nate were absolutely incredible – they went above and beyond by helping us coordinate parking and even accompanying us to the hospital for treatment. We are profoundly grateful for their exceptional assistance!

I frequently stay at Ascott properties on the mainland, and this was my first time trying one in Macau 🇲🇴. The experience exceeded my expectations and was absolutely wonderful! 🎉 I especially want to give a shout-out to Emma and Gary at the front desk. They upgraded my room and even provided a small gift for my colleague's birthday 🎂! Their service was super excellent. Full marks! The location is fantastic – close to everything. Since it's an apartment-style hotel, the room facilities are comprehensive and well-equipped! 👍 There are three restaurants on the ground floor of the hotel. You can't really talk about high value for money here, but it's fair and worth what you pay for. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Macau 🇲🇴.

This was my first time staying at an Ascott hotel, and it was a surprisingly pleasant experience. The front desk staff were professional, warm, and attentive, making me feel right at home. The biggest surprise was getting two complimentary breakfasts (simple but tasty!). The hotel is apartment-style, equipped with a coffee machine, induction cooker, washing machine, and even dishes and cutlery, so you can do laundry and cook. The drinks in the fridge were also complimentary. The hotel's location is convenient, right across from the MGM. Traveling after the May Day holiday, the price was fantastic 😎. I hope to find such great prices again for future stays.

My wife and I stayed at Wynn Macau again from June 7-9, 2026. We returned because of our satisfying first experience. The front desk staff were attentive and polite, and they upgraded our room. The room was luxurious, spacious, and spotless, looking as good as new and well-maintained. At 'Wing Lei' restaurant, both breakfast and dinner offered exquisite food with a wide variety of choices at reasonable prices. Enjoying a coffee or beer at 'Wing Lei Bar' during leisure time was a delightful pleasure. I must especially mention that after checking out, I realized I had left my phone in the safe. Fortunately, the hotel team safely kept it, and with Ms. Mak Tsz Kuen (Manager)'s prompt contact and thoughtful arrangements, I was able to retrieve my phone. Many thanks! Wynn Macau consistently offers excellent dining and accommodation, along with professional service. It has always been my top choice. Thumbs up!

This trip was to celebrate my partner's birthday, and the hotel gave us a free room upgrade 💕 and a complimentary cake, which was very thoughtful. Also, the breakfast was excellent, with just the right variety and superb quality 👍👍. There was a good selection of fruits and baked goods, four types of cheese, fresh salads, and exquisite Chinese dim sum. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Macau.

Our stay was perfect! The room was clean and comfortable, the service was attentive and thoughtful, and the environment was quiet and elegant. Our trip was made incredibly pleasant, especially with the heartfelt handwritten note from Customer Service Manager Rong Yun Jing, wishing us good luck with the start of the new semester. We were very touched and had an excellent experience!

The room was a bit old, but the staff was very friendly. However, before going to bed, I found a bloodstain on the pillowcase. I reported it to the staff, and they apologized immediately. But an hour later, they kept asking me if I was injured and that's how the blood got there. I actually had no superficial wounds at all, which made me very angry 😤. The breakfast was very average and completely self-service. The bar at night was good.

I was advised to book Kempinski based on my friends recommendation due to location and amenities with this hotel. Service was 10/10, exceptional from the minute we walked in right up until the end. There were a few blips but it can be overlooked with how much care the staff had. The security guards behind public house restaurant on the beach were lovely cheerful guys who are a credit to Kempinski. The duty manager helped, also the reception staff helped throughout our stay. I have recommended my family and friends to come to Kempinski based off my experience. I will be coming back again!

We’ve now stayed here twice in the last three weeks, and both stays were great, which says a lot because we don’t usually return to the same hotel so quickly! The rooms are spacious, clean and have some of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in at a hotel. On our first stay we were on Level 6, which was lovely and quiet. The second time we stayed on Level 3, which was a little noisier at night, but it certainly wasn’t enough to affect our stay. We also really enjoyed the outdoor restaurant. The food was delicious, and every waiter and waitress we came across was friendly, attentive and provided excellent service. The hotel itself has fantastic facilities, with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from, so there’s always somewhere to eat or grab a drink without leaving the property. It’s also only about a 15-minute drive from the airport, making it really convenient. Overall, we’ve had two fantastic experiences here and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with great food, excellent service and everything you need in one place.

I paid for a junior suite with a mini-bar for three guests. I specifically chose this room category for a beautiful city view and a larger space. The price was double that of a standard room. However, I was checked into a small room, #3320, with no mini-bar, no extra space, no sofa, and no beautiful view. What exactly did I pay for? And this is supposed to be five-star service??? Shameful! I feel completely ripped off. Why? This kind of treatment completely ruined my impression of the entire country. I am very upset. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

I didn't eat here, so I can't comment on the food. It's a centrally located hotel that offers good value for its price. The staff were well-meaning and helpful. The staff on the island were lovely and accommodating. The island itself was quiet but I’d even describe it as a boring. The restaurants themselves were very good with excellent service especially the people at Teds diner and al amin at al ahharm. We had a great experience at the W Doha. At check-in we received an upgrade room and had the pleasure of staying in a W Suite room. The room was impressive and large with separate bedroom and living room areas. We booked this room mostly to relax and stay in and it worked perfectly for us. The staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming throughout our stay and we would recommend this if you're looking for a special stay in Doha's West Bay area. The staff checked in on us in person and over the phone during our stay to see if we needed anything for our room. The living room was nicely appointed with a large couch, dining table, hanging chair, desk, coffee/tea station with a Nespresso machine, large TV, Bose surround sound system, a small Bose smart speaker, and a few comfy chairs throughout. There was a bathroom in the main area near the entrance. The floor to ceiling windows in the corner suite offered views of the surrounding towers. The bedroom was awesome with a large comfy bed, plenty of storage and closet space, a large TV and an amazing bathroom. The bathroom had a large bath tub and some premium bath products including lotion and facial cleanser. The highlight here is the shower which had side jets, a large overhead shower and a wand that could all be turned on simultaneously. The melon extract products from Momo and the Nuze hand soap smell very nice. The facilities at the hotel are nice and there is a good pool area with comfy lounge chairs and a well equipped gym. There are changing areas near the pool area but we did not see locker rooms. The location is good with many good hotels and a big shopping mall nearby. There are lots of great restaurants, bars and cafes in this area and it is ok to walk around in the cooler months. It is a short walk to the beach from here. On site they have many good restaurants and the breakfast at Market was excellent but we would recommend trying Coya or Spice Market as well. The business lunch meals are very good here. The DECC metro station is a 15 minute walk away from here but we would recommend using Uber or Karwa to get around Doha if you want to do sightseeing. This is the kind of hotel my wife and I would not leave during our stay. All the amenities and restaurants on site mean you don't have to go far and you can order in everything else. We would consider staying here again and would recommend it for family and friends when visiting.

Great value for its location, great customer service staff from doorman, bellboy, front desk, and especially the restaurant servers, fantastic breakfast spread, most comfortable bed. Disappointed in amenities provided (no vanity kit, towels were old and worn), shower water pressure was low and not heating up properly, shower tiles looked aged and door wouldn't close properly causing wster spillage into the toilet floor. They went above and beyond anything I expected and as tourists travelling for our honeymoon, they truly left a lasting impression on our experience. Every member of staff was warm, welcoming and genuinely kind. The way they approached and spoke to guests made us feel valued and at home. They may not realise it but those small interactions make such a big difference to someone’s stay and create memories that last long after the trip is over. I’d also like to give a special mention to the gentleman at reception who checked us in. Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name but he was incredibly kind and welcoming. We mentioned that we were visiting Doha for our honeymoon, and the following day, when we returned to our room, we found it beautifully decorated. It was such a thoughtful and heartfelt surprise, and that small gesture meant so much to us. Because of the exceptional hospitality we received, whenever we return to Doha, there’s no question about where we’ll stay. It will always be DoubleTree by Hilton Doha Old Town. Thank you to the entire team for making our honeymoon even more special and unforgettable.🤍
