Hotel Hilton Times Square New York did not gave the buffet breakfast as I payed for. They offer only grab&go breakfast. If I want buffet breakfast (which I allready pay in adwamce 6 month) the stuff advice to pay again and price is 60$ per persone and per day. So I don't want it. Agency Trip.com refaund me overpayed money but I've got the half of price that Hotel Hilton took through my booking. The grab&go breakfast included one sandwich, one peace of fruit snd coffie. But that coffie wasn't chose what you like (for instance capuchino), only american style coffie which I did not used to it. I think that hotel which want to be a class, must not advertised the buffet breakfast if they don't want to offer it. And the price of capuchino is not higher than american style of coffie that will cause problem to this kind of hotel. Other things was ok.

Would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is very central ( closed to time square) and right next to the subway ( line A,C, E ) and only few minutes walking for other lines. The service is super friendly and helpful. We booked a twin bedrooms, which was also quite spacious for New York standards. A big plus for the beds, which were super comfy. Finally attached to the hotel there is a lovely tapas restaurant with nice drinks and food. definitively convenient after a long day walking

Beyond its proximity to Times Square, the experience was honestly pretty mediocre. The initial room we were given faced the street and was extremely loud, with the constant roar of traffic and revving engines late into the night. We were moved to a room on the seventh floor, which overlooked a mechanical floor and also generated continuous noise. Frankly, in Manhattan, I wouldn't recommend staying near Times Square. It's simply too crowded with tourists, dirty, chaotic, and loud, unless seeing Broadway shows is your absolute priority. There's a mandatory $40 daily 'resort fee,' but it offers no amenities or services to justify the cost. The only 'perk' we found was being able to claim two pieces of fruit from the downstairs bar each day.

The room is clean. The space is of suitable size. The transportation is convenient, but the population nearby is mixed. There are many rooms in the whole building, but there are only 3 elevators. Sometimes there are only 2. If it is peak time, you have to wait for a long time for the elevator. The housekeeping is good, but they often forget to bring the supplies (water/toilet paper). After reminding, it takes a long time to deliver them.

The location of this place is just amazing. Staff were very polite. We had a room with a small kitchenette. It's tiny but everything you need to get by for a few days. Bathroom and shower on the other hand are spacious in comparison. The only thing that didn't suit us personally was the finishing time of the breakfast in the weekdays. It finishes at 9am but otherwise, everything else was absolutely great.

The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the bus stop and within walking distance of the train station, with plenty of dining options nearby. Rooms are serviced every two days. Despite facing the street, our room was quiet thanks to good soundproofing, and it came equipped with a kitchen and laundry facilities. A major drawback, however, was the elevators for the upper floors, which were incredibly slow and severely insufficient. Complimentary coffee and lemonade were always available downstairs. While breakfast is free, it's very basic, made with rather cheap and common ingredients, and frankly, not very tasty. I also strongly disliked the extensive use of disposable cutlery, which I found to be very environmentally unfriendly. On the positive side, their check-out time is later than most other hotels in New York, which is a huge convenience! Luggage storage is also available.

After a long layover followed by a 15 hour flight causing us to come in late, it was a breath of fresh air to have such an amazing front desk staff check us in and give us all to information we needed to successfully make our trip easy. The location is within walking distance from Grand Central St, and you can get to Times Square by subway or taxi. The area around the hotel is very calm, similar to Nihonbashi and Kyobashi in Japan, and there are no shops like DELI or $1 Pizza. I think it's a location for adults. The hotel was amazing the location was also good. The only thing was I there was no room service with a 22month old rooms service is always a good shout. We required milk for the baby and the receptionist said we don’t do this service. The lifts were very tight and of course busy so with a stroller it was always a hit & miss when you can get into the lift. The cleaniness and staff were very pleasant and professional. I would recommend this hotel to other visitors and will stay here again.

Stayed for three nights, the general feeling is average. Location: The location is very good and very convenient. It is across the street from Central Station, where you can take the subway to almost any place in New York. There also seem to be buses to and from LaGuardia and JFK airports, but haven't tried them. There are many places to eat, and there is no problem filling up the stomach, but there does not seem to be a particularly good restaurant. Facilities: The hotel itself is very old, so the rooms are older. Although it is a room facing the street, the windows are too small and the light is always dim. The air conditioner in the room was too loud and had to be turned off while sleeping. Fortunately, I don't need air conditioning when I go. If it is summer, it is probably a big problem. Maybe it is an old relationship, the smell of the room is not very good, but fortunately, the windows can be opened a little bit for ventilation. Service: I have only dealt with the front desk and was very friendly at check-in. Overall, I think it is quite satisfactory, there is nothing to be picky about, and there is nothing outstanding. Breakfast is average, not included in the room rate, needs a la carte, not many choices, average taste. Compared to the price, I feel quite disappointed. Omgosh ... hotel was really nice! Breakfast was excellent and it lasted til 11a, which is pretty awesome for those that like to sleep late. So many options (hot, cold and dry). They offer bacon, sausage, scrambled/cold boiled eggs and breakfast potatoes. Whole fruit (apples and bananas), sliced fruit (melons and pineapples). Cold and hot cereal (oatmeal). Yogurt and granola. You can make your own waffles or pancakes (such a cool machine). Make your own toast and/or select from many pastries or muffins available. So many options! You can even place an order vs. eating from the buffet. They also allow carry-out and to-go boxes. Drink options at the buffet include: coffee, O.J. and apple juice. PLEASE NOTE: There's a separate fee for breakfast if not selected when booking. Having said this, the hotel does not have microwaves in the room, just a fridge. There are microwaves located on each floor though (along w/ vending machines -both are in same location). Our room was spotless and absolutely spacious (no deviation from website)! We arrived way beyond check-in and did call once we knew we'd arrive later than expected. Spoke with front desk staff who assured everything would be OK, only to arrive and find that our room (which was already paid in full) had been given away. The hotel was only able to provide us a King and a rollaway bed. Of course we were disappointed, but the next morning the hotel Mgr. made everything right. Having said that, the rollaway bed is THE HARDEST THING EVER. We bring our own everything (e.g. bedding, cleaning supplies, etc.) so we were able to make it work and make it comfortable. So much so, we'd chosen to not to be moved to the room we'd originally booked. It rained our entire stay which is what caused us to arrive late in the first place (that's a whole 'notha story). Anyway, the hotel had a few small trash bins about the lobby catching leaks here and there, but that didn't stop anything. I barely even noticed. Had I not been recording how beautiful the hotel was inside, I would've never noticed. Parking is $30/day, it's NYC what do you expect? 🤭 There's also parking on the street if you can get spot. Careful though, NYC parking signs can cause confusion for those not familiar with the City's play on words. All in all, this was great stay for us and I'd certainly stay again. Oh, I forgot to mention -I did! Yes, I extended our stay another night because the hotel and location was exceptional! p.s. they also offer a seated bar area. Overall: 10/10✨️

After being abroad three years and taking a long flight, I stayed here for two nights to get my bearings. The location, airport shuttle service and space were great. The only concern I had was one evening around 11 pm, I was sitting in the lounge when a customer came in but found no service clerk at the desk. Happy overally with the stay, but I would recomend using a card for the deposit that you can lock. At 1:00 am, THREE WEEKS after my stay, the hotel attempted to charge $50 on my credit card that I used for the room security. There was nothing that should have been charged, and the hotel advised that ”it was just our system” - no explanation why the ”system” was attempting to charge my card, and there were no incidental charges to the room. I'm glad the fraud guard on my credit card declined the transaction, since I may have missed the charge if I were not alerted to the possible fraud.

This hotel has poor soundproofing. The clatter of dozens of exhaust pipes and boilers filled the air outside the window, making it impossible to sleep. There's a bar on the first floor, and the noise was so loud until 2 a.m. that I had to take sleeping pills to fall asleep. Rooms 1113 and 1115 were right next to each other, and we were woken by the banging of doors. Furthermore, his room light was on all night, shining into ours. Terrible review, terrible review, terrible review. We paid for breakfast and were told it was on the first floor. When we got there in the morning, we were turned away. We couldn't communicate, and after a half-hour of struggling, my diabetic companion suffered from hypoglycemia. I commend the foreigner for his attentiveness to tourists and for promptly providing a cup of sweet coffee and a hot bun. Very kind! I was deeply touched and deeply grateful to this foreigner again.

The hotel is neat and clean. The atmosphere of the environment is nice. I would have visited so many places but it's so cold. it has free breakfast but no gym room. You can still take a stroll down the street if you want to exercise. I will stay here again if I visit NYC. There's no parking lot if you rent a car. It has street parking lot.
