I booked two king rooms, and the hotel gave us a free upgrade to rooms with balconies. The balcony opens directly onto the swimming pool. The rooms are well-equipped, everything you'd expect except for the toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers, which most Thai hotels don't provide. Just a small note: the king-sized bed was actually two twin beds pushed together. I ended up getting my foot stuck in the middle while rolling around in my sleep 😌. Also, there were some millipedes on the floor and walls, but growing up in the countryside, they didn't bother me. There were mosquitoes too, but...

We booked Suite Room King Bed with City view but reception assigned room with TWIN bed when we went down to complain she said already move two Twin bed next to each other (PIC1) that not call King bed. After complaining we got a new room which is King Bed and Sea View which is good. Room very very old and need to make a refurbish as soon as possible. At night WATER is not working ..... no comment!! Only location is the best in this hotel with has Starbucks and McDonald's in front of the hotel and Central Festival Shopping Mall only 1 kilometers.

Our first expression when we first got to the hotel was that it was clean and classy. Upon arriving to our room, we realized that we got the ocean view in the D tower. It was spacious and clean. It had a a lot of light coming in. It was convenient as the Pattaya Beach Market is just 5 mins by walking. You can also see it from the room. There are plenty of restaurants and massage parlors nearby. The staff were friendly, we asked for some plates, bowls and spoons to our room, and they had a good attitude from start to finish. We’ll definitely consider coming back again when we visit Pattaya. Thank you Pattaya Discovery.

Obviously it's a budget hotel and therefore is very basic, but I have no complaints about the cleanliness except that the walls around the bed were very dirty....just a little off putting. There's no lift and the noise of other guests slamming doors all night will wake you up, but the location is perfect and the price is great. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is just off the beach road, and the environment is very good. I stayed with a pool view. The room was bright and clean, but the bathtub was a little lacking. The water power was acceptable. It was the brightest hotel I stayed in Pattaya in five days. One hotel, other hotels have dark rooms and spacious beds, but I don’t know if there are lice. When I woke up the next day, my whole back was very itchy. My skin is sensitive, but this hotel is really OK.

A nice hotel at budget price, clean, there are slippers and towels for the face. Excellent location, a lot of shops and night market. Of the downsides - things in the room were carried by themselves, at the pool ripped mattresses on the lie, need to be replaced

The condo is in the center of Pattaya, a good location for those who want to live in the center. Near the market and the Festival shopping center. On the 31st floor there is a good pool and a gym. When checking in, we changed 3 rooms and there are shortcomings in all of them. In all three rooms there is damage to the floor, in one the button on the washing machine is missing, in another room the shower door does not work, in another room there is not a single TV and the wallpaper is damaged. I want to note that the owner immediately responds and offers to move to another room. Thanks to the owner for his responsiveness.

I was told that the towel was dirty on the way back, but I couldn't get any money because it was attached from the beginning, but I was a little disappointed. The hotel was good! !!

They upgraded my room to a deluxe room with a balcony for free. But the balcony is glazed, so it is not functional, it is impossible to be on it, like in an oven. The furniture is old, the bed is hard, the pillows are not very comfortable. But the location and the hotel grounds are gorgeous. There are palm trees and flowering trees all around, squirrels are jumping on the wires. The hotel does not bother with cleaning the rooms at all. Cleaning must be ordered before 11 am. But ... I asked once, asked twice, the cleaning did not come. In 14 days, the maid visited my room a maximum of 3 times. Sand was everywhere. There are no beach towels. They constantly forget to put water. Previously, there was a microwave in the hallway, now they have removed them. The pool has been upgraded, a slide and a watering can for children appeared.

This building has no elevator. The room I got was on the 3rd floor. It had a balcony but no view. The room was quite spacious. The air conditioner was cool but not refreshing. There were no cotton buds or shower caps. Other than that, it was okay for sleeping. Note: The photo was taken when I returned.

The room was clean and well-laid out, equipped with a decent-sized fridge and microwave. Across the street is a popular steakhouse, offering great value for money. Just a short walk further is Pattaya's largest 7-Eleven, and it's not far from the beach either. The ladies at the front desk and by the entrance speak Chinese, and their service was exceptional. Breakfast was exquisite and plentiful. The only downside is that rooms close to the road can be very noisy, with motorbikes speeding by late at night. I barely slept the first night, but they moved me to a room at the back on the second day, which greatly improved the experience. The hotel also has a swimming pool, gym, and sauna. For just over 200 baht, staying in a place like this offers excellent value.

The location is off a Main Street, so it's quiet. Around a 20-25min walk to the beach. Next door is a supermarket and a KFC So the location is okay, the 20 min walk to beach can be annoying when its very hot though. The room seems small, but acceptable if staying for less than 5 days. The bed has power sockets near one side of the bed but not the other side. The facilities are a bit strange considering the star rating of this hotel. No slippers in the room, you may think no big deal but when your footwear has sand in it due to the beach, having a change of footwear is useful. Only 2 pillows and 2 towels given for two people, I had to request for more (usually 4 in total is expected) The shower pressure is fine but the water temperature will be fine for a few minutes and then burning hot - despite turning off the shower or moving the control to super cold, it makes no difference. The daily amenities will include shower gel, shampoo, conditioner - but only 2 of these not all 3. So it's annoying when you have 2 conditioners and no shower gel. Now all of the above issues are small and easily fixed upon request....but I think the idea of a good hotel is never having to ask - everything should just be provided and standard. Breakfast is okay, although the first day we were told to order from a menu rather than buffet....we dislike this. But the breakfast room is quiet but the amount, variety and quality of food can be improved. Although I did like having French Toast The room has a fridge with a small freezer section, a kettle and the hotel gives free drinking water each day. On a more positive note the staff members are helpful and friendly. The room AC is good (this is vital in Thailand) I think if you want to stay in Pattaya, you can do worse than pick Levana, but you can also do better. It would be better to pick a hotel closer to the beach, but if you are only in the town for a few days it's not so bad. On a side point, there is a 24hr launderette on the way to beach, so this is super useful.

This hostel is quite far from the center of Jomtin Beach, so it's hard to move without rental bikes or cars. The owner and staff 々 are kind and the facilities are very good, but it is only negative that rats invade the room. I stayed in a private room instead of a dormitory, but when I left my luggage and went shopping and came back, I was given a souvenir sweets to my friends, and I noticed that the mouse invaded for the first time. When I was sleeping that night, when I woke up from the toilet bowl in the room, the mouse was stuck in the toilet bowl, and I managed to kill it, and I was relieved, but the mouse seemed to have ２ and １ missed i've lost it. When I looked up the room to the corner 々 the next day, there was a hole in the corner of the room and it seemed to invade from there, and the mouse's hum fell around the hole. After that, until check-out, I can only go out to buy rice so that I can't bite my luggage, and when I go to bed, I turn on the lights and turn on the TV in the room, and the rats come in. I decided to sleep with caution. After that, the mouse seemed to go out to the dormitory upstairs, and the guests sleeping in the dormitory seemed to be damaged by the mouse. It's unavoidable that it's a little far from the center, but it was a pity that it was a very cozy dormitory without a mouse.

Very nice hotel for the money, I think it’s worth every penny. Don’t go by the bad reviews as they are only partially correct. We upgraded to a superior room so we wouldn’t be in the back of the hotel. Also, as for the complaints about Indians and Middle Eastern people- the hotel caters to them, and even has half of the restaurant set up for their style of food. My son and I felt totally comfortable there. The staff is great from the front desk to the people who work in the kitchen to our room cleaning staff.- thank you all and I wish we could’ve gotten your name to show our appreciation of your service.

One of the Best Hotels in Pattaya for Atmosphere and Service This is our second time staying here, and once again we’re convinced it’s one of the best hotels in Pattaya for its atmosphere and quality of service. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a calm and relaxing environment throughout the hotel. Breakfasts are great, with good coffee to start the day. The free billiards table (which the kids loved) is almost always available, and the pool and parking facilities are excellent. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
