This hotel is highly recommended. Whether it is from the location of the hotel, quality of service, infrastructure, it is perfect! My mom heard that Ctrip can write reviews, so let me write a good comment. The breakfast is quite rich and picturesque. The room is large, there are a lot of compartments, and the hotel is also quite thoughtful. Only you can't think of it, without them being prepared, I think I should be able to satisfy all kinds of discerning guests. In the winter, you can also have a fireplace. It’s really burning wood. My mom's favorite is the garden next to the hotel. It is free to enter the hotel. It is really super beautiful, all kinds of flowers, various amusement facilities, various restaurants, my mom has to go shopping every night. The hotel is in the center of the city, the traffic is very convenient, just buy something to walk, no need to take a taxi, what brand can be found around it. Maybe its appearance is not so conspicuous, but walking into the hotel will really shock you. I am also a very picky person, this hotel really makes me quite satisfied, strong Amway, very worthy of its price, do not hesitate.

Stayed there for a night. I checked in early though my room wasnt ready. No problem, I headed out and they held my bags until I came back late that night to go to bed. When I came back I got my bags and room keys, put the bags in my room and then headed down for a night cap in the Library Bar which is a hidden gem. It feels like a turn of the century library - dim lit, leather furniture, dark wood, books and art cover the walls and some loungy jazz playing softly in the speakers. I had their version of an Old Fashioned which was amazing. The Bar staff was very service oriented. I then headed to bed. Room was spotless and spacious. Bed was super comfy. Got my requested wake up call at 07.30. Headed down to breakfast which had everything you'd need - nothing more, nothing less. Their mini-pastries was a pleasant addition to an otherwise healthy breakfast.

The location, decor and vibe of this hotel are perfect. The laid back atrium environment is a nice place to hang out. The staff are professional and helpful at all times. The rooms - we had 2 - are comfortable in that scandì way. Excellent bathroom. I thought that the breakfast pastries were superlative - outstanding. A great 2 night stay in Copenhagen. I will return for sure. One small thing: I loved their shoe horn and wish that I had taken it home with me! Unfortunately my conscience forbade me from doing so! Sadly they do not sell this simple excellent accessory.

The historic Best Western Hotel Astoria, shaped like a giant locomotive, sits catty-corner from Copenhagen Central Station. In my room, I could hear the trains rumbling every now and then, but it didn't bother me. The location is perfect for exploring pretty much all of Copenhagen on foot and for catching a train to Malmö or to the airport. When I checked in, I was treated like a movie star, apparently due to my membership in the Best Western Rewards program. I got a free upgrade to a superior room, though I'm not sure how superior it was. It was a corner room with a narrow balconet that had a partial view of the station building. (Unfortunately, the people who live at the station seem to use the bicycle racks below as a toilet, so for the first few days there was a stench of urine whenever I opened the French door, until the rain must have washed it away.) What else made the room superior, I know not. I understand the real superior rooms are on the top floor, each with its own terrace. Anyway, as it was free, I cannot complain. In the room, I was greeted by a handwritten welcome note (wow!) and a free bag of M&M's. The room was clean and had two single beds pushed together in lieu of a king bed, a giant TV, a desk with two chairs, and an armoire with a hairdryer and a dead safe in it. There was no telephone, though the jack was still there. I didn't need one anyway, as I had my own phone. The small bathroom had a bathtub in addition to sink and toilet. There were two hand and two bath towels each, plus dispensers with liquid soap, shower gel, and shampoo. Someone had left the in-room safe locked, so it was useless to me. Though I reported the problem immediately, it wasn't solved during my stay. However, I received a complimentary late check out for the trouble. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. WiFi was free and worked flawlessly. After check out, you can store your baggage for free.

It is already autumn, and hotels in Northern Europe are still very expensive, 3-4 times more than in April. If you are short of money, you can book the Youth Hostel. The 8-bed room is relatively small, but it's enough for a night's sleep. They are all young people, and there are also couples who come to live. Two bathrooms, three bath rooms. The bathroom is good and the shower is a bit close. It's very close to the railway station, just outside. It is inconvenient to swipe the card at the front desk, and a chip card must be used. Breakfast is ok, 55 CZK, freshly baked bread.

Had an enjoyable 4 night stay here. Great location across the road from Train station and Tivoli gardens. Nice light room looking over to Tivoli with a great view of the firework display on Saturday night. Comfortable beds and good selection of hot and cold dishes at breakfast. All staff we met were friendly and helpful. A special mention to Kurt the concierge who took time to tell us about places to visit, marking them out on a handy street map for us.

The location is particularly good, suitable for those who catch the train to the airport on the last day, walk two minutes from the train station, do not have to carry luggage for a long time. The room is large, but the accommodation is average, there is no way, there must be a choice.

The location of this hotel is ideal for those who want to get around by public transportation being so close to the train and metro. We stayed in the Copenhagen Marriott the night before our cruise holiday, then booked the Square for one night post our cruise holiday to be closer to central station. We arrived at the hotel at 8:30am on 5th June, asked if could store our luggages as we knew the check in time was 3pm. The lady at reception checked the system, offered an upgrade to a better room that was available for a reasonable fee, so we took the offer. The room size was no comparison to Marriott, so was the view but with nearly £100 cheaper in price, Metro station across road, everything we needed, we were not complaining. The bed was comfortable, room was clean, with mini fridge, snacks and drinks, steam iron, safe, foldable luggage rack, charging station provided. Bathroom was modern with everything we needed and more (hand cream, shoe care and vanity kit). The breakfast was tasty with good selection, we liked IPad operated juices and coffee station, all the modern styled serving dishes. We plan to visit Copenhagen again, will definitely stay in the Square hotel instead of Marriott as we believe it’s great value for the money.

Really nice new hotel. Kudos for the bedding, often in Denmark the bed is made like you are at a hostel, but here it is really nice. The room is small, but sufficient l, and the bathroom is nice with an enclosed walk in shower. Huge tv and floor to roof windows makes it a pleasant room to stay at. It is simple and I don’t think I would recommend a longer stay, but for that the Residence inn is right next door. Nordhavn is a new area, but with lots of restaurants, shops and cafes. I can recommend Husted wine bar. Free nice breakfast is a plus.

We had the best time. I have never staid in such a big hotel room with the best view. Even the kitchen was equipped with really everything to cook yourself. Not only the rooms but also the lobby and the breakfast area really gave me a sense of home, warmth and comfort. But what would be a home without people. The staff was extraordinary! They really made sure we have everything we need from bikes to millions of insider coffe places in the city. I would love to thank Mr. Haber and his great front office team for make us feel at home and so welcome in your beautiful hotel. I can’t wait to come back soon.

The standard double room booked is upgraded to a comfortable double room for free, the room is large and the sanitary conditions are good Maybe because the room is in the top corner, the wifi signal is not very good. After reporting to the waiter, I have been actively solving and asking for feedback, and are willing to change the room for us. Although they have tried hard, the signal is still not good, but they can accept it. , Praise their service attitude. Breakfast is delivered to the door of the room, and a newspaper is also provided, which is very considerate, and the breakfast will change a little every day. The hotel is very close to the central station and travel is very convenient.

The hotel is a little outside of the center, but is well reached by the metro or even by the bus. The room was relatively small. But you know that already at the booking. It made us feel like a youth hostel rather than a hotel. There is also a need to dress the beds themselves. These are very comfortable. But breakfast was very generous for this hotel category. The rooms were very clean in the morning. The more guests had used them, the more they had needed cleaning again. It's already bad, you don't leave the rooms as you wish to meet them. Washing the washing venue shortly after use if you have polluted it wouldn't be a big thing ... We're very late. This was agreed with the hotel and the room keys were deposited. To reach them, we could choose a certain telephone number, where then we were explained how to reach the key cards. Unfortunately, they still worked to get into the staircase, but not for our room. We had to call again and wait for a staffer to reprogramme the cards at half two in the morning. That was not very pleasant for him and us. It would be better if the room cards were tested before depositing for such cases. As a compensation we have offered breakfast for it. However, of course, we are very happy!

We stayed here for a short break in January. Firstly the location of the apartments is pretty good, the nearest supermarket is only a couple of minutes walk (Netto) from the apartment and the city centre and main high street are also pretty close so no need for taxi's which are very expensive!. It was very clean and modern and there were nice little touches like coffee pods and some condiments included. There were a couple of issues with the apartment, firstly there is no wardrobe. There is a small coat rack but that is not really suitable if you were staying for more than a weekend but an iron and ironing board are also provided. Secondly it was cold and only 1 side of the radiator in the apartment worked so that was far from ideal when it was literally freezing outside. The bed is quite low and very soft so was not overly comfortable for backs and the pillow situation needs sorting as they are more like cushions than pillows! The furniture in the studio apartment is low spec and a bit uncomfortable so don't expect anything great but they were functional. They need to consider regular blinds for this property. There is a black out blind but if you want to see daylight in daylight hours the room faces an office building so we were not able to open the blinds and had to have the blind down so could not see natural daylight and the thin curtains they had up were too small for the window so were completely useless!!! We did email the owners a couple of times with questions but no one came back to us which was disappointing.....

A very aesthetically pleasing hotel with lots of pictures, sculpture and fun exhibits and lights. Huge venue with several bars and restaurants - the ones we tried were very good. Great service from lots of staff. Big room, very comfortable and clean. Only issue was that the toiletries in the bathroom were not filled up. The gym and pool area are very well Equipped although I didn’t like the fact the gym was on a glass corridor where people walk past with their bags etc.

I loved the hotel! I chose it because I wanted to have a nice view of the sea, but everywhere around was under construction 🤣. Isn't next to the center but is easy to go everywhere from there, the only thing missing is restaurants near, the selection at the hotel is quite limited for dinner. The breakfast is actually good and loved the space in the room with the heated floor in the bathroom. Everything is nice and comfortable and the staff is really nice and helpful. I would love to stay there again, once all the construction around is done 😆😁

Room - We had a Design Deluxe Double room on the fourth floor which was large with a balcony and beautifully designed. For the price we paid, sadly the bathroom was a disappointment. The shower had no power so I spent treble my usual time in there just trying to rinse out my shampoo. I understand it’s for eco reasons but when it’s inevitably going to increase shower time there should be a middle ground. It was also designed awkwardly and the shower (was over a bath) didn’t stick out enough to be over you’re entire body. Also the strange toilet panel that looked like one of those Japanese loos didn’t work. Location - On one hand it was great and we never seemed to be more than 20 mins walk from the hotel. Perfect for an afternoon siesta BUT… the traffic! The first two nights were fine but on Thursday night the sirens and voices woke me up several times. I can only imagine how loud it is on lower floors. Staff were friendly although no one told us what happy hour was. Luckily I had done my research! Handing back the key every time was alright - a bit of a faff when you still have to have a card. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so can’t comment on that but I recommend Venner (6 mins walk away) and Espresso House (similar to Starbucks) are dotted about. I would choose it over next door’s Citizen M as I wanted space in the room but I’m not sure I would recommend Hotel Alexandra due to the noise. That said, it’s a beautiful hotel, good staff and nearly everything is walkable.

Scandic Copenhagen is certainly at the top of the quality you can expect from a hotel. If you are looking for details/nice-to-have: The reception could have been a little more engaged when we had questions. Minibar/fridge in the room would be nice. Poor options for connecting your own media to the TV. Missed the standard fried egg at breakfast. This is details which a lot of hotels don't have, so we didn't expect it. Cleaning must be ordered at reception, which I think is a nice solution - but I would prefered a more digital solution. If we had stayed longer, I would be nice to ”order” towels or laundry/pick up in the hallway.

less than a 10 minute walk from the Kongens Nytorv metro station {direct from the airport 36dkr). Check in smooth, lady on reception, excellent, friendly and informative. Room was ready, not much of a view but was comfortable, bed was excellent, shower was powerful and refreshing (watch out for flooding the bathroom floor) TV, kettle, water. Breakfast, wow. The best scrambled eggs ever.. you could have boiled or an omelette, apart from the excellent cooked food, there was a cold table, salmon, vegetables, yoghurt, fruit. freshly cooked bread and pastries. Location, I think everyone will say it is in the best location for everything, it is. 20 minute walk to Tivoli gardens or the botaniclal gardens and butterfly park. Be warned it will take longer as there are many distractions on the way. Nyhavn is just around the corner (5 minutes) with plenty of bars and restaraunts and starting points for canal cruise and hop off bus. 20 minutes to Christiania (well worth a vist). would i stay again? yep, no problem. Excellent hotel, thank you. oh, they also have bicycles available if you wish to go a little further afield.

This hotel has a great location, not far from the train station and close to Tivoli. It made for a good place to explore the city from. We paid for a larger room, which I think you needed. It was a sunny weekend and the room got hot. I wouldn’t want to be here without air con any hotter. The room was very clean and toiletries in the room were good. Whilst well styled it is basic, no fridge in the room. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They stored our cases on arrival and departure days. Had drinks in the bar which was very pleasant. Having tootled across Denmark for 10 days, I became something of an expert at navigating best value hotels... this one wins hands down. Like, by a country mile! Despite being in a kinda scuzzy neighbourhood, which for some reason is where most cities' primary train stations seem to be located (hotel is about 3mins walk from Copenhagen Central - best to exit station at rear) this place comes with NONE of the slapdash, take-it-or-leave-it, mouldy, threadbare, thin-walled, stinky vibes that one usually finds in hotels in such hoods. The place is spotless...bathroom was immaculate (no tiny little latherless green soaps here, but rather Oriental Lavender bodywashes, if you don't mind!)...the room itself: modern, relatively spacious, hard floors with that ”Scandinavian” Ikea-esque furniture and bedding. Bedside chargers. Cool TVs that let you mirror your phone as Boris Johnson finally resigned. Small fridge. Aircon. Nice towels. ”New-feeling” crisp bedding. And perhaps the best thing, was the overall friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They genuinely seem to all take pride in how they run the operation. You can get laundry done at their nearby sister hotel The Saga (where staff were also really nice). Anyway... enough blathering...I normally only write reviews on here when I'm pissed off with something. It was nice to write some positivity for a change. If it's available at a good rate (and the prices were good) you don't need to look anywhere else. S

Tips : 1) Don't forget to take a padlock with you, so that you can use it to keep your belongings under the bed and keep them safe locked. There are lockers available in the hostel. But you have to pay for it separately. So better to take a lock with you or you can buy one, which is available at their reception. 2) They accept cash, visa / mastercard. They don't accept Maestro.

I booked 18 nights here (1st half for vacation and 2nd half for medical treatment). There’s a tall guy at the receptionist who’s very kind and he made some arrangement for me right after I’ve told him my situation, gratefully appreciated. Somehow there’s miscommunication with another receptionist lady and I decided to speak to the lady manager instead, she’s very understandable and fix the issue quickly. Overall, the bed/linen is clean and comfortable for the price you paid for. I would recommend people who travel to Copenhagen with a budget or you plan a longer stay here, price per night is reasonable with simple and decent breakfast.

Lobby is quite privacy With TV on 24 hrs. 10mins walk to Train station,15mins walk to designers Square. As for me I prefer to take 5c to train station only 1 bus stop away from hotel, and 2 bus stops to Designers Square. From Airport direct bus 5c. Taxi Fare is around DKK 390 From hotel to airport bus stop is across the road, had to be careful, check the 5c bus with a plane logo. Don't board the wrong 5c

It’s first visit to Copenhagen for my husband and I, I booked standard room with water view for the night before cruise holiday, were very happy with the whole experience. The room was spacious with two large and comfortable beds. All stuff were approachable, friendly and professional. The breakfast selection was excellent, fresh and tasty. We had burgers for lunch which was really yummy. Furnitures were slightly dated but all in good condition and clean.

It takes a few minutes to get off the subway to get to the hotel. The location is not particularly convenient, but the style of the hotel is superb, breakfast is also very good, our room type bathroom with floor heating will be very hot at night, it is worth living

When I came to re-booking my accommodation in Copenhagen after a cancelled covid trip, the original hotel was not available and came across CPH Studio Hotel which was within by budget. I was a little apprehensive as I did not know the city but I was just perfect. Arriving at CPH airport - just hop on the yellow metro line 2 to either Amager Strand or Oresund (5 mins on metro) and then it is a 5 min stroll to the hotel. Staff were super friendly at check-in. The rooms is exactly as advertised - small and compact but with everything you need. A comfy bed, small kitchen area with a large fridge (a really bonus) and tiny toilet but with a great shower. I really do not see what else you could possibly need. We spend little time in a hotel rooms when travelling as are out and about exploring. The huge bonus, as others have mentioned, is the rooftop terrace which overlooks the bridge to Sweden. It is a short walk from the beach area with a few restaurants / bars but just 10 mins back on the metro to the centre of Copenhagen. Would stay here again and that is the best recommendation.
