The hotel prepared a honeymoon cake for us, which was a very thoughtful touch. Although the pool isn't huge, it faces the sea and has a bar, which is very convenient. Since it's a Thai enterprise, the moment you hear ”Sawasdee Ka” upon entering, it really feels like you've arrived in Thailand. The hotel staff clean in slippers, which is truly civilized. We happened to have a rainy day, and the hotel had already thoughtfully placed umbrellas in various corners for guests to use, which was very considerate.

1. **Location**: Located in the central part of Phu Quoc Island, it's approximately 10 kilometers from the airport. We arranged a 7-seater airport transfer through the hotel for 300,000 VND, which is about 80+ RMB. It's also about 20-30 kilometers away from Duong Dong town, the northern amusement parks, and the southern Sunset Town.
2. **Hotel Facilities**: Overall, it meets the standards of an entry-level five-star hotel. The rooms are clean, and all facilities and amenities are well-appointed. The swimming pool is also very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The king-size rooms feature a 2-meter king bed and a sofa.
3. **Beach**: We visited at the end of August, during the rainy season, and were affected by a typhoon. It rained every day, with a mix of sunny and rainy spells. The waves in the sea were quite strong, making it unsuitable for swimming. The sand on Long Beach is yellowish, similar to Yalong Bay in Sanya, but it's still quite fine and considered clean.
4. **Hotel Surroundings**: Right opposite the hotel entrance is the Sonasea Night Market, offering numerous dining and shopping options. We highly recommend Sen Vietnam Restaurant, a Vietnamese eatery where both the pho and spring rolls are delicious. A meal for six people cost about 1,000,000 VND, which is approximately 300 RMB. There's also a Korean seafood restaurant called Mr. Seafood, which offers great taste and excellent value for money. For 3,720,000 VND (equivalent to 1,100 RMB), we had: two lobsters (total 1KG, one with garlic butter sauce, one cheese-baked), 1KG large tiger prawns (half stir-fried with garlic butter, half grilled with garlic butter), 1KG crab with Singapore sauce, 1KG stir-fried squid, and 1KG cheese-baked scallops. They also included two portions of fried rice, two vegetable dishes, two boxes of fruit, and two 1-liter cans of beer. This price was only half of what we'd pay in the south, so much so that after we moved to the southern part of the island, we took a taxi back just to eat there again!
5. **Transportation**: You can use Grab for taxis, or hail a taxi directly at the hotel entrance, where prices are clearly displayed. We hired a 7-seater car for most of the day for 900,000 VND, which is about 250 RMB. A one-way trip to the south cost around 200,000 VND.FromPKR 39,105

A Wonderful Stay at Radisson Blu Phu Quoc – Simply Perfect!
From the very first moment, we were truly overwhelmed by the warmth and friendliness of the entire team. We especially want to mention Alex at the reception – she was incredibly professional, attentive, and kind. She took plenty of time to answer all our questions and made sure all our requests were taken care of. Her positive energy and excellent English really made our stay special.
During our stay, we had a small issue with the room service at first – we tried ordering through the app, then the phone didn’t work, and somehow we ended up ordering twice. But again, the service was outstanding: Robert, the manager, personally took care of the situation, showed us how to use the app properly, and made sure the phone issue was fixed right away. It was handled quickly, professionally, and with a big smile – truly impressive!
We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Radisson Blu, and it honestly felt like a dream come true. The entire resort is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and everything runs so smoothly. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a huge selection, and the beach is kept very clean with plenty of comfortable sunbeds. We also really appreciated the convenient shuttle services around the property.
The Radisson Blu Phu Quoc combines luxury with a warm, family-like atmosphere. You feel genuinely welcomed, valued, and cared for at every moment. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone – whether for a special occasion or just to relax and recharge.

The resort is beautiful and the size is perfect, it is big but you can walk everywhere in 10 minutes which is great. The beach is clean. The food was good, but there were no snack options during the day. The pool bar only opens 11am, and they don't serve any food. You need to go to Shack restaurant, and they only deliver to the pool a few options from the menu in a box. Otherwise, you need to eat at the restaurant. (Some friends were all inclusive, and they won't deliver anything in this case)
One day, the pool bar was packed, and there was only one staff member taking orders and preparing the drinks! When I suggested the manager send one more staff member to help, he asked me to be patient or order from the restaurant. Meaning they won't improve the service if there are too many people in the pool. It's probably because of the all-inclusive service, to reduce their consumption. But the people who are not all-inclusive will also be affected.
My 3 yrs old son and a 4 yrs old friend cut their feet in the swimming pool. The manager came worried and asked what I needed, but his suggestion was for them not to stay too long in the pool and he said my son is probably a city boy and he is not used to it. The thing is, we go to the pool every week, he knows how to swim and we have been to similar trips to Bali, Phillipines and Thailand and this never happened before! So Im pretty sure the problem is their swimming pool floor, whether the tiles are too rough or there are sharp things on the shallow areas. In fact, I stepped on something sharp one time, luckily I was walking and it didn't cut me. (The picture of my son's feet is 2 days after it happened)
So the hotel is beautiful and convenient, clean, the price is good. But I have concerns about the swimming pool, so I would probably not go back because of that. And I would not take the all-inclusive as there are some restrictions.FromPKR 30,998

A beautiful property directly on the beach with many swimming pools to enjoy and spend your day. The buffet for breakfast was absolutely delicious and you can’t miss the fresh pastries that must be made in house because they are that good! Wow! Very smooth and easy check-in process, terrific guest relations team, who is very responsive and very helpful bellmen all throughout my visit. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially families, couple couples or solo travelers.
Some small silly policies like take away containers for in room, dining during peak season an no breakfast for in room dining but overall, it was an exceptional experience. The buffet made up for not having in room dining for breakfast because it was really one of the best buffets I’ve had in a long time!
If you’re an art lover, I highly suggest visiting the property located directly next-door from a short walk on the beach And visit Nguyen Art Gallery to see stunning works of art by a very talented local artist artists. Our stay was spectacular with much special thanks and high appreciations to Noah from Front Desk, Gracie from Guest Relations and Gin from Pink Pearl who have all created unforgettable memories for us!
It started with a very warm welcoming by Noah who gave us his heartfelt smile all the time, making us feel so comfortable! We will never forget the excitement and engagement he had when approaching us to introduce the theme of the hotel, which he was super influential and successful in creating such a one and only kind of check-in experience for us! And every time we saw Noah, even when we just pass by, he was always so attentive and eager to offer assistant to us for anything!
Gracie was so sweet that even we just had a very short time seeing each other in the hotel tour she guided us! She could immediately notice how much I love taking pictures at just the start of the tour, and thus showing me every “instagrammable” side of the hotel, along with detailed introduction of every building design which really made us feel connected! In the tour, she was very lovely and energetic which we love that so much!
After 2 days, we were also very surprised that Noah and Gracie had even remembered our nicknames by heart and handwritten us a very sweet notecard put in our room after our long day being outside! That really made our day!
And Gin, last but not least, a gentleman who had given us a very memorable night in Pink Pearl. He did paid high attention to our wine preferences and did his very best to fulfil us in any ways with his patient and wide knowledge. We enjoyed a lot with his professionalism in delivering us a cozy and classy ambience but personalised services at the same time. He definitely had executed a high level of fine dining standard throughout the night and we truly appreciate that!

A must for me), the hairdryer is pretty strong as well. The swimming pool is lively everyday with adults and kids, it seem to open till late night. Kids club open from 9-5pm during weekdays and longer during weekends, visited during one of the weekday when it is almost close around 4.30pm, the caretaker did not feel like entertaining us anymore, she just sit there checking her hp. the villa was more like a chalet. It's 3 room upstairs and 1 room downstairs, with a separate living room (locked by a separate key). It was inconvenient in the sense that if anyone wanted to chill in the living room at night, you needed to make sure that the one holding the key hasn't slept. All rooms as very funky drainage smell which we had to try to musk with our own fragrances. Note: the toilet has no door from the rooms, as such, you cannot isolate the smells. I used a wet face towel and tried to cover the drainages. The room sofa was terrible as it had no bottom support, I fell right through it when I sat down. Our room was massive with a breathtaking view. The design and decor were elegant and thoughtfully done. But the real highlight? The toilet! It was a high-tech, heated toilet with all the bells and whistles—automatic bidet, drying functions, and more. Just like the ones in Japan. It was such a fun and luxurious touch!
Location
The resort is in a perfect location—just a short walk to the Marina, night market, and several massage places. Right next door is the Sailing Boat Club, which adds a nice vibe to the area. Everything is within walking distance, making it super convenient to explore.
Beach & Pool
There’s a beautiful little beach right on the property, perfect for watching the sunset. It has comfy deck chairs and a cute swing for those Instagram-worthy photos. There’s even a small archery area for a bit of fun!
The swimming pool is huge and stunning, with plenty of deck chairs, so you never have to fight for one. The pool bar is a great bonus—you can order food and drinks while enjoying a swim. Pure relaxation!

Hands down, the best breakfast we’ve ever had at a resort. The variety was incredible—from a wide selection of tropical fruits like mangoes, guava, rambutan, and papaya to an impressive spread of pastries and hot dishes. It has a kids' club and a game room, which are great for passing the time on rainy days. The swimming pool has a small slide that's perfect for young children. You can even order pizza by the pool, which is quite convenient. However, there's really nothing to do at the northern beach; the waves are just too big!
We stayed for three nights and it was quite comfortable. It's very close to VinWonders Phu Quoc and the safari, and getting around by Grab or renting a motorbike is easy. If you rent a motorbike, you can drop it off at the lobby, though it's a bit more expensive than renting outside.

If you are looking for top notch service, then I would recommend Sheraton. We recently had our family trip and stayed at sheraton. We really enjoyed it as they offered free shuttle buses to locations such as safari, grand world and airport. For kids, there's activities that keep them busy. Overall, our stay was enjoyable.
The villa was spacious and perfect for a family trip — clean and set in a beautiful environment.
However, there are a few things to note:
If you’re afraid of bugs, this may not be the best choice. We encountered quite a few bugs inside the villa, and I even stepped on millipedes twice during our 4-night stay. Unfortunately, while housekeeping tidied the room and changed towels, they didn’t clean the blood stains left behind.
The water pressure was quite weak throughout the stay.
Breakfast was great, with a good variety. But I did notice some hygiene issues — for example, a few guests picked bread with their hands instead of using the tongs provided, and there was no staff around to remind or guide them.
Front desk service needs improvement.
When we bought cable car tickets through the hotel, they had to take photos for the entrance process. However, the staff member didn’t give any signal or communication when the photo was taken, which caused confusion.
During checkout, it was raining. We had one suitcase, one hand-carry bag, and a plastic shopping bag. The staff placed our hand-carry bag directly on the wet ground, making the bottom dirty, while they put the plastic shopping bag on top of the suitcase — this seemed careless.
They also asked what our plans were after checkout (our flight was at night), and we mentioned we might try the hotel spa. But instead of assisting, the staff just told us we had already paid and could go pay directly at the spa. They didn’t give us any further information — no directions, opening hours, or what services were available. It gave us the impression that once you’ve checked out, they’re no longer interested in helping.
Tips for future guests:
• Bring extra swimsuits if you plan to swim multiple days. There’s no dryer or drying rack unless you pay for laundry, and sudden rain is common.

The hotel's location was excellent for travelers. Peak Time, a local travel agency, was right in front, as was the Sonasi Night Market. Restaurants and massage shops were also conveniently clustered just outside the hotel.
We stayed for 4 days in a 3-bedroom villa with two other couples (our friends). We were very satisfied with the size and water quality of the pool, and most of the staff were friendly. However, the buggy service for getting between our villa and the main hotel pool, though usually arriving within 5-10 minutes of a call, became a bit inconvenient for stays longer than 3 days. If I were to return with my family, I would consider staying in the hotel rooms rather than the villas.
I didn't get to try the main hotel restaurant, but the breakfast at the villa's restaurant was just average, and the variety of food wasn't extensive. Furthermore, it was disappointing that pool-related services either didn't provide life jackets or rubber tubes, or charged for them. Bicycle rentals also required a fee rather than just a deposit, which was unsatisfactory. If these aspects were improved, I believe this hotel would be highly rated.
Lastly, there was a minor dispute during check-in because the photos of the room we selected and booked on Trip.com included pictures of a larger, different room. The reception staff, Tung Anh, clarified that the photos were not of our booked room and suggested it was Trip.com's error, not the hotel's. She even allowed me to photograph her name tag to guarantee her statement. We had booked based on the room photos, believing we were getting a larger, higher-grade villa, but the actual room we received was not as depicted. I suspect this was either an error on Trip.com's part or a deliberate tactic to entice bookings. The most common way for first-time visitors to see a hotel's rooms is through photos provided on a travel agency's website. If this was indeed a mistake, it's an issue that absolutely needs to be addressed. If, however, Trip.com intentionally misrepresented the rooms with mixed photos, I would find it difficult to use their service again. Overall the villa was a very worthy stay.
The villa was huge and comfortable, the air conditioning was great, the swimming pool was also clean, the private beach area was close and they had provided us sufficient water( which other hotels would usually only provide a few bottles of water)
The only improvements I would suggest would be the breakfast as they were quite simple and the internet was not really working. Other than that, our family had an absolutely wonderful time.

She could immediately notice how much I love taking pictures at just the start of the tour, and thus showing me every “instagrammable” side of the hotel, along with detailed introduction of every building design which really made us feel connected! In the tour, she was very lovely and energetic which we love that so much!
After 2 days, we were also very surprised that Noah and Gracie had even remembered our nicknames by heart and handwritten us a very sweet notecard put in our room after our long day being outside! That really made our day!
And Gin, last but not least, a gentleman who had given us a very memorable night in Pink Pearl. He did paid high attention to our wine preferences and did his very best to fulfil us in any ways with his patient and wide knowledge. We enjoyed a lot with his professionalism in delivering us a cozy and classy ambience but personalised services at the same time. He definitely had executed a high level of fine dining standard throughout the night and we truly appreciate that!

The hotel is very beautiful and exceptionally clean. I was impressed the moment I walked into the room. I received complimentary fruit and a delicious chocolate cake, which was such a lovely surprise. On the bed, there were two adorable towel animals that made the room feel even more welcoming. Please go early as the shop is always crowded with tourists even locals also visit regularly.

The rooms, as well as the pool and other facilities, were clean, so I had a comfortable stay.
Even though it was during Japan's Golden Week, the pool and beach were almost all reserved for us.
This was the first time I'd ever been able to relax for five days without meeting anyone and looking at the beach.
Because of this, I ended up not going to the spa that I had planned to go to.
I think this is the perfect resort for a relaxing beach resort.

The food was good, but there were no snack options during the day. The pool bar only opens 11am, and they don't serve any food. You need to go to Shack restaurant, and they only deliver to the pool a few options from the menu in a box. Otherwise, you need to eat at the restaurant. (Some friends were all inclusive, and they won't deliver anything in this case)
One day, the pool bar was packed, and there was only one staff member taking orders and preparing the drinks! When I suggested the manager send one more staff member to help, he asked me to be patient or order from the restaurant. Meaning they won't improve the service if there are too many people in the pool. It's probably because of the all-inclusive service, to reduce their consumption. But the people who are not all-inclusive will also be affected.
My 3 yrs old son and a 4 yrs old friend cut their feet in the swimming pool. The manager came worried and asked what I needed, but his suggestion was for them not to stay too long in the pool and he said my son is probably a city boy and he is not used to it. The thing is, we go to the pool every week, he knows how to swim and we have been to similar trips to Bali, Phillipines and Thailand and this never happened before! So Im pretty sure the problem is their swimming pool floor, whether the tiles are too rough or there are sharp things on the shallow areas. In fact, I stepped on something sharp one time, luckily I was walking and it didn't cut me. (The picture of my son's feet is 2 days after it happened)
So the hotel is beautiful and convenient, clean, the price is good. But I have concerns about the swimming pool, so I would probably not go back because of that. And I would not take the all-inclusive as there are some restrictions.

A Wonderful Stay at Radisson Blu Phu Quoc – Simply Perfect!
From the very first moment, we were truly overwhelmed by the warmth and friendliness of the entire team. We especially want to mention Alex at the reception – she was incredibly professional, attentive, and kind. She took plenty of time to answer all our questions and made sure all our requests were taken care of. Her positive energy and excellent English really made our stay special.
During our stay, we had a small issue with the room service at first – we tried ordering through the app, then the phone didn’t work, and somehow we ended up ordering twice. But again, the service was outstanding: Robert, the manager, personally took care of the situation, showed us how to use the app properly, and made sure the phone issue was fixed right away. It was handled quickly, professionally, and with a big smile – truly impressive!
We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Radisson Blu, and it honestly felt like a dream come true. The entire resort is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and everything runs so smoothly. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a huge selection, and the beach is kept very clean with plenty of comfortable sunbeds. We also really appreciated the convenient shuttle services around the property.
The Radisson Blu Phu Quoc combines luxury with a warm, family-like atmosphere. You feel genuinely welcomed, valued, and cared for at every moment. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone – whether for a special occasion or just to relax and recharge.

We really enjoyed it as they offered free shuttle buses to locations such as safari, grand world and airport. For kids, there's activities that keep them busy. We extremely enjoyed pizza making since the chef was extremely attentive and my kids had so much fun. The pizzas were also really good.
I had to praised their service as the workers there are extremely polite, attentive and responsive to our needs.
Breakfast selections constantly changed everyday so we really enjoyed the food there.
We also had dinner at daily social and the servers were so amazing and attentive. They were extremely polite and we really felt our needs were taken care of.
Although the hotel is a bit dated but we really enjoyed our stay there.
Would totally recommend to my friends and people that are looking for top notch service.

A few cons were that we ordered for a bucket of ice and they charged us 50K vietnamese dong, we obviously thought it was free of charge so we were startled by this kind of service. Also, the staff had an attitude that they didn’t seem to talk or accommodate you, they seemed forced to be there and try to smile forcefully. It wasn’t a pleasant experience to ask for things or questions. When you pay for something like this you do expect everything to be top notch. The sunset restaurant’s menu had a 30% surcharge during Chinese New Year, and the fish and chips was literally fish fingers instead of a fried cod, so we were shocked. Also the location is quite a walk from other nearby restaurants, so if you want to get around, you have to rent a bike or call a grab.

One of the best value accommodations!
It is a place where you can enjoy quiet and calm healing.
However, it is worth it even though you have to walk a little to each room in the resort.
If you leave the air conditioner on all day, it will be cold at night.
There is the convenience of the beach and the pool.
However, I am a little curious about why the restaurant is divided into three places.
The staff is the same, but they are divided into sunrise, sunny, and sunset.
I understand that the scenery is different at different times, but I think it would be better if the pool and sunny next to the foot were also operated in the evening.
In any case, even the security guards at the resort entrance are friendly and it is a pleasant place.
If you are like me who wants value for money and freedom,
Prepare drinks, beer, whiskey, etc. in advance and
Order an ice bucket (30,000 VND) and put it in the refrigerator to keep eating.
Conclusion!
It's a great place where there are almost no Koreans and it's not crowded, but it's even more attractive.

I've been to Phu Quoc for 4 years, and if I come back next year, I think I'll definitely come back here. I've gotten to know most places like they're my neighborhood, and the cost-effectiveness is good.

The villa was spacious and perfect for a family trip — clean and set in a beautiful environment.
However, there are a few things to note:
If you’re afraid of bugs, this may not be the best choice. We encountered quite a few bugs inside the villa, and I even stepped on millipedes twice during our 4-night stay. Unfortunately, while housekeeping tidied the room and changed towels, they didn’t clean the blood stains left behind.
The water pressure was quite weak throughout the stay.
Breakfast was great, with a good variety. But I did notice some hygiene issues — for example, a few guests picked bread with their hands instead of using the tongs provided, and there was no staff around to remind or guide them.
Front desk service needs improvement.
When we bought cable car tickets through the hotel, they had to take photos for the entrance process. However, the staff member didn’t give any signal or communication when the photo was taken, which caused confusion.
During checkout, it was raining. We had one suitcase, one hand-carry bag, and a plastic shopping bag. The staff placed our hand-carry bag directly on the wet ground, making the bottom dirty, while they put the plastic shopping bag on top of the suitcase — this seemed careless.
They also asked what our plans were after checkout (our flight was at night), and we mentioned we might try the hotel spa. But instead of assisting, the staff just told us we had already paid and could go pay directly at the spa. They didn’t give us any further information — no directions, opening hours, or what services were available. It gave us the impression that once you’ve checked out, they’re no longer interested in helping.
Tips for future guests:
• Bring extra swimsuits if you plan to swim multiple days. There’s no dryer or drying rack unless you pay for laundry, and sudden rain is common.
• The hotel offers some activities like kayaking and yoga, but these are often fully booked, so try to reserve early.

Since it's a Thai enterprise, the moment you hear ”Sawasdee Ka” upon entering, it really feels like you've arrived in Thailand. The hotel staff clean in slippers, which is truly civilized. We happened to have a rainy day, and the hotel had already thoughtfully placed umbrellas in various corners for guests to use, which was very considerate.
The hotel's swimming bag is lovely, just like the hotel garden, giving a very natural feel. It certainly lives up to its name, with a touch of romantic beauty.

Some small silly policies like take away containers for in room, dining during peak season an no breakfast for in room dining but overall, it was an exceptional experience. The buffet made up for not having in room dining for breakfast because it was really one of the best buffets I’ve had in a long time!
If you’re an art lover, I highly suggest visiting the property located directly next-door from a short walk on the beach And visit Nguyen Art Gallery to see stunning works of art by a very talented local artist artists. It’s complementary to visit the gallery and while you’re there you can enjoy lunch in one of the restaurants or head to their on-site bakery, which is also outstanding, offering a bit more complex, desserts and sweets.
