|1.46km from city centerWe spent three nights here and this was a disappointing stay. It was extremely noisy at night. The room that we were given faced the street despite our asking for a quiet room when we booked. Apart from two narrow tall windows, there is no other source of ventilation. We had to open the windows as it was hot. Unfortunately, there are many bars/restaurants and every night we were subjected to drunks shouting, singing, music and also fighting on the street below the hotel. The nearest bar was only a few doors away and seemed to be a magnet for the badly behaved. This went on till early morning, usually about 3.00am. The street is blocked off to traffic at one end and is therefore used as a rat-run for people on foot leaving the socialising area. The disturbance is continuous; had it been in short bursts with long periods of quiet in between it would have been bearable. Sleepless 3 nights! Not happy at all! The front desk staff (present only from 8am - 10pm) and we were locked out of the hotel twice as the card entry was temperamental and the door extremely heavy to open. We were rescued by another guest leaving and on the second occasion by the receptionist arriving early. We asked to change rooms due to the noise. The body language displayed during the reply that none other rooms were available suggested that they simply could not be bothered. It was certainly not a case of their having to clean the room – ours never was (see next paragraph) The room and bathroom were basic but did not look clean. The room and bathroom were not cleaned during the stay and the waste bin never emptied. Pillows were not up to standard - too soft and collapsed and flattened out! The WIFI was weak and was switched off one night. The breakfast buffet was simple but good with a respectable range of food. On the plus side – the hotel is in a great location with many sites and the old town within a short walking distance. If you don’t need to sleep during your stay the hotel represents good value.

|0.67km from city centerThe Good - Location is great for easy access to the main square of the Old Town. The Bad - These are not apartments and the descriptions are very misleading. Our rooms (no.2) then (no.6) had no kitchen facilities as suggested in the pictures on our booking. Room 2 has a glass chamber in the middle of the room with a curtain round it which acts as a bathroom. The plumbing is not adequate and flooded our bedroom after being in the shower for less than 5 minutes. Sewage also came up through the shower, so out feet were covered in human faeces. There are no staff present on site so any issues need to be called through on a mobile. We requested a move on arrival after seeing the downgraded room that had been given to us but were only moved when we called to get staff in to show the sewage coming up through our bedroom floor. The new apartment (apparently clean) had many dark hairs all over the bathroom tiles suggesting it had not been cleaned yet. Given that you are also charged a cleaning fee of 30PLN per night I am shocked that no cleaning takes place and towels are not changed. The bedding in room 2 consisted of one flat pillow on each side and two small duvets that were smaller than those found on infant beds in the UK. I have never seen this size before! In room 6 the duvets were larger but again only one flat pillow on each side. The main entrance area smells of urine and I would not be surprised if it had recently accommodated rough sleepers. Do not stay here!

|0.47km from city centerWe stayed for 3 nights and the hotel was amazing. About a 5 minute walk from shopping centre and another 5 to the centre. Rooms were clean and really big with comfortable beds. The staff were super friendly and helpful and let us leave our bags before check in and let us sit in the restaurant when it was closed to wait for taxi picking us up on way home. We wouldn’t chose to stay anywhere else if we came back as our experience was so good.

There is a parking lot nearby, so you don't need to park on the side of the road. The maximum parking fee per day is 40 yuan (Polish rupiah). The hotel is an old-fashioned building and no elevator has been installed. We ordered a kitchen, at the highest level, one night booked that afternoon, 300 yuan, cost-effective. It's a one-bedroom suite, but there is no door in the middle. The living room is larger with a balcony, washing machine and larger bathroom.

|1.41km from city centerI arrived at Bed & Breakfast Kolory and was greeted by a cold response at reception, no big deal it happens sometimes. I entered my room and was pleased, it looked clean and had quirky ornaments and pictures to make it homely. I tried to gain access to the wifi but had no luck, I went back downstairs to reception to ask for help to use the wifi she said she will refresh the wifi and should work, I went back upstairs and tried again no luck. I showered and changed and left to go out, I went past reception and wasn't even asked if my wifi was working or if they could help just indifference. I entered the breakfast room next morning and it looked average, I got myself a bowl of cereal and noticed their wasn't much milk left, I politely asked the reception if I could have some more..no response she just went and filled it and put it down. I get the impression the staff see thier guests as an inconvenience and would rather guests not stay there.

Comfortable, square, complete facilities, good location, very affordable price, very high cost performance!
The girl at the front desk is very nice, and the people with good attitude are sweet.
The hotel has free parking, but you have to make a reservation in advance, which saves parking fees.
The room is large, more than enough for two people. The room is not old and has all kinds of facilities. If you want to cook, you can cook (no open flame is safe). We cook breakfast in the apartment every day. There are refrigerators, ovens, induction cookers, microwaves, pots, plates, spoons, etc.
The apartment upgrades my door for free, which is very good.
The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of the city, and much quieter than the city. There is no need to complain in any way.
There are only a few suggestions:
1. It would be perfect if there is a conditioner
2. There are too few hangers, it is recommended to add a few more
3. It would be better to provide soup bowls
4. After the toilet door is opened, the door handle is always scratching to the arm. It is very painful. It is recommended to put a protective film on it. We have all been scratched.

|0.26km from city centerArrived with my mum and daughter and luckily we were just on the first floor as there is no lift. Room was overlooking the front street, nice bright and clean. The girl from the desk took us to our room and gave us a map of the city. The only thing we couldn't find was the safe, we went straight out and forgot to ask as we just carried our passports with us and actually found it on the last day behind the bin under the sink, as they do ask you to empty your bins on departure. Beds were very low and the mezzanine bed was certainly only suitable for my daughter to clime the stairs and sleep up there. Perfect location for a short stroll to the street where you can catch a tram and a bit further stroll to the main square. The train station and shopping mall is only a few minutes away at the top of the street. We did Schindlers Factory, Auschwitz-Birkenau as our main trips, but will be back to do the Salt Mines but thought it was too much walking and steps for my mum to do. Had amazing food and cocktails and drinks the whole trip, will definitely be back.

Some confusion on arrival regarding gaining access to the apartment and obtaining the access codes and key card.I suggest you email the property on arrival .In advance we arranged an airport transfer with the property which was brilliant although the property is situated in a pedestrian zone. Vienna House Andel's is a marker for taxis as it is just a very short walk to Central Palace across the square...and a good pick point for Uber which were very cheap and punctual. You need to email the property if you need fresh towels or the room cleaned as there is no reception. Such a beautiful apartment which was so clean and well maintained. Just right for a short visit. Central Palace is situated right across the square from Galeria Krakowska which is a massive shopping centre with a great choice of places to eat. We had breakfast in Nakielny restaurant a few times and would highly recommend this place. There is Starbucks on the corner of Central Palace too. Leaving the apartment turn left pass Starbucks and walk straight under the tunnel and you will be in Market Square in about 5 minutes which has plenty of restaurants, horse drawn carriages and is buzzing in the evenings to sit and have a meal or drink and listen to the various street entertainers. Would definitely recommend Central Palace as a great place to stay in Krakow.

|1.65km from city centerSpacious studio apartment with great facilities including fridge, hob, glasses, and plenty of storage. Double bed was comfy, and was one big double mattress which we liked - some hotels do two single mattresses which we never like as we always find ourselves falling through the gap! But on the double bed it was 2 single duvets rather than 1 big double - which I’d have preferred. Nice and warm, with an additional heater in storage if required (but we didn’t need it). Bathroom was great too. It was a nice easy walk into the square, only 20 minutes - not so far out that we ever felt the need to get on the tram, but not so close that we felt suffocated by the busy areas. There is a Wine Garage underneath which was really nice. It was nice to be able to nip down for food and wine without needing to get ourselves caught in the snow! Note to others: there is no lift in the apartment. This wasn’t an issue for us but might be an issue to someone else. Would stay again and would highly recommend to others!

I felt we got great value for money from the experience, the room was a little worn, but everything had been cleaned well, and there was good storage space. We had been told there was no window but we had a skylight still, which was positive. I'm not sure if this was an upgrade or anything as it wasn't mentioned. Very happy with the hotel for the price paid. Decent room although a bit of a quirky layout. Included breakfast was good and great that it was included. Staff were friendly and gave good advice, plus willing to provide and extension cord and bag storage.

We have found this hotel and stayed here for 4 nights. The room with own toilet and shower, windows to the calm small street. The small kitchen with everything that we needed for fast cooking is next to the room Guest rooms on Cibulskogo - it is a great location: everything is in a few minutes of walking: the main square and the Castle across the nice city park. As well as shops, cafes and main city railway station are close to the hotel. But the most important in this hotel is - the people who work there. They touched our hearts when cared about us like beloved kids. A huge thank you Pawel, Domenik, Patricia, and Julia; we have only the best wishes for you.

|0.67km from city centerThe apartment was excellent overall. A short five to ten mins walk from the main square you are right where you need to be. The apartment (I was in No21) was equiped with a full kitchen including an oven and a fridge-freezer. Oddlyenough there was no microwave. No 21 has no windows andso tends to get very stuffy. There are three skylight windows but I only ever managed to open one of them. The fan supplied does help but I had trouble sleeping. The bed is shoe-horned into a small l space and is surrounded on three sides by walls. No big deal if you are young and mobile. The apartment is not sign posted from the lobby and there are at least four flights of stsirs in the building. Take the fisrt one. Now then , the only real bugbear. There are nearly 90 steps to the apartment .With heavy bags it’s a real pain. There is no lift. This is understandable as it is a very old building that is undergoing refurbishment but this should be pointed out during the booking process. All in all though excellent and very good value for money..

When CHECKIN came across a very nice one, she ran into one with no smile on her face when she left. But the personality issue is not tangled. The overall price/performance ratio is good.

We had barely warm showers for two days in January. Cracow gets cold in the winter so this was not ideal. When we complained we were told that the issue had been solved but then it wasn't. Other than that, we had a nice time. It was very well located and we could stroll around the city comfortably.

However when we got there it was a cute room, very tidy and surprisingly warm given that it was -6 on a night. I stayed in room BG4 and it was a lot better than expected. The only downside was that the hairdryer was broken but I was let too bothered because I didn’t plan on showering in the freezing temperatures

|0.31km from city centerWe booked this apartment as its central to everything and had 4 bedrooms. We went as 4 couples and the apartment was fantastic, it's not modern but we liked that. The rooms were huge so none of us felt like we were on top of one another. One of the bedrooms was through another bedroom but that wasn't an issue either. The apartment is on the first floor and they are in the process of installing a lift but we didn't need that. The only downsides were. The bedrooms needed mirrors and thicker curtains to block out the light, the trams start early but it wasn't that bed. Location wise I would definitely recommend 👌

|0.72km from city centerWe booked a studio and on arrival we were quite suprised to be asked for a deposit of 350PL for the room, which we will get back at the end of our stay. But we were told it could take a few days for the refund to go back into our bank. I havent seen any comments on this, so be prepared. The first room we were given was up on the 5th floor, this meant going up 5 double sets of concrete steps and as my mobility isnt great, we got to the 2nd floor and had to come back down (no lifts) to be fair the lady on reception changed our room and we were fiven a room on the 1st floor. Room is very small, but clean and tidy and suited our needs of being a bed at the end of a night. Breakfast is in a restaurant just to the right of the apartments and is pf excellent quality, so worth the extra. Its not like a Hotel, so no cleaner comes into the room during your stay, which was ok for us, but that means no bins will be emptied, so just be mindful of that from the bathroom point of view. Id come back here, we just needed a base for after our trips out. It is situated in the old town and literally a couple of minutes walk to the square, where you will find everything..

Good location has fridge,hair dryer , kettle , towel , soap , heater.
But it was slef check in so we did not know it was till we talk to a couple then we message trip .Thy helped us but at the end the hotel called us. My husband said it suppose to have reception even if the hotel number directed to a call center very hassle for us since we have baby . So do ask the hotel first ur pin code 2-3 days before ur check in.

|0.2km from city centerWe spent 7 nights here using 3 apartments. We were initially told 1 apartment on 4th floor and 2 apartments on 3rd floor. We ended up on 3 different floors. There were only 3 sets of towels for the week. I would recommend maybe requesting an extra set unless you don’t mind using your same towel for a week. I would of liked to have better instructions on using the air conditioner and the door locks. It took us some time to figure it all out. All in all apartments were clean, beds were nice, excellent location to the town square. I would recommend this place to anyone!
