Absolutely top-notch service although the hotel is a bit old but they maintain the whole environment as if you were arriving at a brand new opening hotel in 70s. Almost as if you were walking through the history of time where the service is still at its excellency. It’s amazing! Those elderly women who work as janitor is also super professional. It seems like they work there since the hotel opening. Super nice Buffett and a great ambience of miniature garden in the center of hotel hallway. It’s merely a great experience staying here!

Ginza/Tsukiji Tokyo|0.66km from city center
Both service and location is amazing. For both traveling and business trip, the location is top notch. For transportation, you get access to hibiya line, Ginza line, yurakucho, shinbashi station which pretty much goes to everywhere. Ginza is right next to it, which is famous for shopping and food. You will have no trouble accessing any place in Tokyo with these lines. For business, mainly it is held at either marunouchi or kasumigaseki(government) both locations are very close. If you want to walk around in nature. There is a big park right in front of the hotel. Very satisfied with the location. Service is great as well, they pretty much solve any problems or question I had.

Ginza/Tsukiji Tokyo|0.31km from city center
We felt that this hotel was centrally located in Ginza and we had quick access to a lot of the shopping and attractions nearby either by walking or using the metro. The hotel is surrounded by good restaurants and convenience stores. The check in was smooth but our room was not available until 4 pm. They do offer luggage storage in the lobby and will deliver luggage to the rooms. The lobby offers a light breakfast (for a fee), a welcome coffee in the morning and they have a spring water fountain that dispenses cold water. There is also a spot in the lobby where you can grab your toiletries for your room or items for the onsen room like the yukata. There is also a pillow selection area and it might be worth getting here promptly because once they're gone they are gone! The rooms were comfy and quiet. We booked a run of the house and although our bag was originally marked to be delivered to a bigger room we got a much more compact one. We didn't mind as we had gambled when we made the choice and saved a bit because we did. The room had a large TV, a small work station and a very small bathroom. The room was still well equipped and we had a kettle, mini fridge, air purifier/humidifier, fabric freshener, spots to hang our clothes and enough room to put our large luggage without it being in the way. The bed was very comfy and we felt we got a good night's rest. The room also had good WiFi and a number of outlets including a few USB plug ins. The room had a tablet which was kind of gimmicky but could control the lights, AC or heat and the TV. There were some videos on demand including some adult content. I spent more time than I felt I should trying to figure out how to screencast and ultimately was not able to. There is an option to select a language on the tablet but some instructions are only in Japanese. We played with the tablet a bit the first night but it wasn't really needed to enjoy the room. We thought it was funny that we only got one long pillow and each day they offered one bottle of water despite the double occupancy.bit is worth while getting the pillow selection and without it we aren't sure how we would have slept. We felt for a hotel that calls itself ”premier” the one pillow and one bottle was off. The onsen for men was on the second floor and women were on the third floor. The men require no code but the women's code changes daily and you have to pick up the code from the front desk each day. They have shampoo, conditioner and body/face wash and the onsen is pretty clean but on the smaller side. Each time I went there were 4 men in the soaking bath and that is pretty much the limit. There isn't water in the onsen area but there is a vending machine and water dispenser in the hallway. The women's onsen was not as busy according to my wife but she did note there were guests that weren't aware they should have quiet conversations or none at all. There are lockers provided in the change room and clips to put on your sandals to mark them. There are no towels or wash cloths here though and you have to bring the towels from your room and the cloths can be picked up in the lobby. The laundry area was normally available and they have two washers and two dryers. It takes about half an hour each to wash and dry and they provide laundry detergent. They could use some English signage in the laundry area as it seems some people weren't sure how to use the machines like how to start or that they needed to empty the dryer lint. Each time I used the laundry machine I removed about a quarter inch of lint from the screen which shows that they aren't being properly maintained. The hotel only offers room service to rooms if you put a room service magnet on the door before 11 am. When the magnet is hung it is cleaned well and they replace the towels and bring you your one bottle.

Tokyo Station/Nihonbashi Tokyo|1.83km from city center
I have to say I was excited and looked forward to my stay. At the end. I don’t think it was worth it. And it was because of what Hoshinoya Tokyo is, it is a ryokan, not a hotel, and it is a Japanese chain. It was not imbued with the spirit of providing utmost comfort and pampering to its guest. It is more focused on the onsen, the Japanese culture, and the provision of daily meals.

It is not where you should stay to hear a lot of Yes. No concierge service, so they won’t help you get a reservation because they provide meals in the ryokan (which hotel doesn’t?). No early check in or courtesy late check out. If you want to check out late, it’s 9,000 JPY per hour - even when it doesn’t cost the hotel anything. No currency exchange service. If you want to order meals, you have to place the order the day before. No bathrobe provided, and when asked, first they said they didn’t have them, then they provided but warned me I should only wear them inside the room (I don’t remember a time in my life when I wore bathrobe walking around any hotel), and that since the quantity was limited, they would not change the bathrobe during my stay - it all sounded like a conversation I would have with my school principal, one that was not so friendly.

The fancy picture of the centerpiece which flooded Instagram was one place on the hallway, first floor, where we took off our shoes before entering the hotel. Reception is on the second floor, and the interior was a mixed in style, I don’t know how to call it. It was dated and furnished with uncomfortable sofas and chairs. We and other guests were not allowed to checked in until 3 pm (regardless whether a room was available) so we could see several parties, some with small children hanging out on those sofas like at a train station. Not all of us can time our flight to arrive at the hotel at exactly 3 pm, so it was a tiresome wait during which we were provided with one cup of tea per person the whole time. After that long wait, the welcome ritual with snacks at the lounge on our floor became quite pointless. We already did not feel welcomed. Service at Hoshinoya Tokyo was also not great and definitely not 5 star. As a guest pointed out, it’s difficult to get to the entrance via taxi. The basement entrance was dark. Room cleaning was not reliable - we left the room for 3 hours in the morning, came back at 1 pm and the room was not cleaned. But if you stayed in (which well, what you are supposed to do at a ryokan), they wouldn’t go in to clean or even asked if you wanted the room to be cleaned. On such a day, I asked if I could get new towels when we left for dinner, the staff said yes, but nothing happened when we came back and no follow up call to let us know why. There’s no view from our room (executive room at the corner). The hotel is surrounded by other taller buildings. When we opened the window screen, we could see people from the other building office and they could see us. It’s all grayish.

This was our second trip to Japan within the past 5 years. Previously, we stayed at a budget hotel which was cramped and small compared to American hotels. For this reason, we decided to splurge and I'm so glad we did. Splurge on the deluxe room if you value space and comfort. It not only made a huge difference, but it made our stay even better. The deluxe room comes with a walk- in closet, huge bathroom, and the room itself was big enough for a King bed and sitting area with a couch and chair. The staff provided excellent customer service at all times. The hotel is not that close to a train station so be wary of that, especially if you have heavy luggage. Also, this hotel is huge and navigating it takes time before you know where to go and how to get to the area's local restaurants and train stations. The hotel grounds have a beautiful Japanese garden with waterfall which rivals some parks. The only criticism I have about our stay is dining. As do all hotels, this one charges a huge price to dine on-site. You have access to local restaurants that are within walking distance for half the price. If you want to save money do a little research online and dine off-site. There are plenty of options around the area.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Overall, the hotel is clean and has all the amenities that a business or couples traveling would need. The rooms are clean, and a good size for Tokyo. The communication with the front desk. Staff is also efficient and easy to navigate. The downside would be the location is a bit off and requires some walking to Tokyo station. Otherwise, it’s really value for money.

It's very good. From the front desk to the room to breakfast to dinner, etc., every detail is great and the price/performance ratio is very high. Especially the dishes and service in the Japanese restaurant in the hotel are so authentic, which made my mother very happy. She will never forget the Japanese restaurant. It was my first time to stay at the Hilton Conrad. I didn’t expect that the service and quality were better than those at the Ritz-Carlton and Peninsula. I even liked it better. Unfortunately, I couldn’t cancel the hotel later, otherwise I would have to extend my stay for two days. What a pity. However, we have developed a new continent and will visit more often in the future!

We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was right next to the Tokyo tower so the view was beautiful at night. The hotel is also less than 10 minutes away from 2 metro stations so travelling around the city was convenient. The room size was big so we slept comfortably as a family of 3. Hotel Mielparque Tokyo

This hotel has not much reviews and offers some experiences. Location: Just on the other side of the road in Shiba Park, across the street, it is super convenient to go to the Tokyo Tower. The night is still beautiful. It is convenient to take a half hour drive from the airport. Environment: The hotel is quite atmospheric, the lobby is spacious and bright, and there are not many tourists. The front desk is very friendly and speaks English. I stayed for five nights and didn't hear the voice of the Chinese people. The overall surrounding environment is very quiet. Room: Two large and medium-sized medium twin rooms, children 8 years old, no problem, the room is relatively spacious. The bathroom is small, but there is still a step that is not low, and the elderly are not very convenient. It is very convenient to have a small refrigerator. Breakfast is not bad, people have not been much, the environment is good on the first floor. Shopping around: The hotel is not a lively area of interest downstairs. In the morning, you can feel the rush and silence of the office workers. Go to the JR line for seven or eight minutes and have a family supermarket, Alipay settlement. Meal: There are restaurants nearby, it is quite convenient, and I change to the restaurant every night. Basic English communication is not smooth, and it is quite interesting to order food. There is a white cloth curtain to eat the restaurant of Kochi dumplings, there is no picture of ordering, all rely on Mongolia. Beer and dumplings taste good. Service, very good, changed the room once in the middle. There is indeed a Chinese service. On that day, the Chinese staff were absent and the communication was difficult. The front desk called the Chinese staff and translated between us. Very good, don't worry about staying at this hotel. The overall feeling is quite good, eleven prices are slightly more expensive. If you like shopping, you still have to live near Ginza Shinjuku. It is two stops from Ginza and the taxi is 100 yuan.

I only stayed here for one night and stayed in the room all the time and didn’t go out to play so I had a limited impression. I had a good night’s sleep, despite the hard bed and very Western standard. The staff were very polite and helpful. The only downside is that there is a fairly long staircase to the station. It is not recommended that you carry your heavy suitcase with wheels. In addition, if you take a monorail to Haneda Airport, it is a good choice.

Booked for 2 nights and 3 days twin. The schedule changed and stayed for 1 nights and several hours from midnight to early morning. Good room that cannot be considered from the price of the moment you entered the room. Twin but one is large. The room was not so large, but the bed was large, there was a kitchen, and the bath was as large as home by bus and toilet. The front desk was very good. Although there is a close friend, a high professional conscious customer service. I wanted to stay for two nights and lamented with my friend. It is close to the station, but the climb stairs were crying with luggage (laughs) but I will use it again!

I chose it because of the good access from Hamamatsucho Station and the high evaluation on the net. The impression of the hotel is like a reasonable general business hotel, but the room was relatively large and clean, and it was nice that the bath and toilet were separate. It was also a nice point to install an air purifier in this dry season. Above all, there were many types of amenities that you could bring from the lobby, and you could choose the pillows that suited you, and there was a bath salt, which was very substantial. The breakfast buffet and the staff were good. I chose it because of its good access from Hamamatsucho Station and its high rating on the Internet. I booked twin room non smoking. On picture the room was looking nice. In reality we didn't get a room which was on picture. Our room was very small, very congested, instead of 2nd bed there was a sofa bed. it's good it was only for 1 night. I was very tied after long travel, that's why I didn't check straight away, but I had a feeling that it wasn't a room I booked. On next day when we were checking out, I spoke to front clerk Akihiro Sasaki about this matter. He told me, that they can’t see a picture of room I booked, they just followed instructions from Trip.com. I will let Trip.com know what happened. I feel we were cheated and I think we deserve a compensation, because the room we got is definitely cheaper than the room I booked.I am providing photos of original room and room we got. I am very disappointed.

It takes about 7 mins to travel between the hotel and Tamachi JR Station which is in a good location. On the other hand, the hotel located a bit out of the busy areas and the visitors can enjoy a nice and peaceful moment there. There is a restaurant street closed to Tamachi Station and one can easily find many typical local restaurants. If you go to another side of the Tamachi Station, there is a shopping area where more restaurants and shops can be found. The hotel has a floor allowing guests getting free drinks, snacks, smokes and relaxation. I’d say it’s a kind of complimentary areas for guests for business. The room size is acceptable for a single guest or couples. Very clean and the air conditioner is adjustable (I really mean that as some hotels have such controls but are not workable) which made me feel a comfort stay there.

Even if you try to check in at a self check-in machine despite the reservation from the official app 4 days ago, there is no registration ‼ it is the same many times. After all, to tell the front desk staff and then check in ‥‥ what the self check-in machine is ⁉ also as a hotel original privilege, one point from slippers, etc. Operation to choose ‼ Wouldn't it be good to check in at the front desk from the beginning ⁇⁇ After the self check-in machine is processed to the guest at the front desk I think it's only a matter of two times!!! Is the introduction cost of the self check-in machine unavoidable ⁉ what is the extreme is that cashless hotel does not accept cash, and the cash back is only cash‼⁇‼⁇The room rate is ca Who didn't think the hotel officials were funny to pay cash back in cash at the shres? The refrigerator is made of TOSHIBA small one door. The desk is small with a width of less than 40 cm. There are also outlets, USB terminals and LAN terminals on the desk. There is a tiger hot water boiler pot. All the water in the hotel seems to be water purification. 2F has coin laundry, ice machine and microwave oven. By the way, coin laundry can be paid with electronic money. 1F There is a familiar amenities corner in front of the elevator. Take the instant drink amenities such as coffee and tea, toothbrush, shaver, body wash, etc. On the other hand, there was nothing in the room ‼ the view from the room saw the tip of the Tokyo Tower. We’re a family of 4, staying 9 nights at the Pullman Tamachi in 2 adjoining rooms. Our experience of the hotel and in particular staff was exceptional. We were generously granted early check in and a very late check out (possibly helped by my Diamond All.Accor status) which made our day of arrival and departure that more easy to manage. Thank you Jakapun (Director of rooms) The rooms were generous in size, very well appointed and laid out. The breakfast in the main restaurant was great with a nice variety of options. Staff were attentive and food was replenished as needed. The location was perfect for us, metres from the main train line linking the busiest stations, yet far way from the hustle to offer a much-needed sanctuary, highlighted by the roof top garden, terrace and executive lounge. Biggest praise goes to the staff of the executive lounge, led by Jordan and Masa and their great support staff. I have yet to see staff anywhere in the world offer the levels of service they all provided during our stay. From asking questions about what we like and had in mind, to offering options, making reservations and sending frequent emails with listed itinerary and instructions, they made our experience in Tokyo a memorable one for my family. Their attention to detail, enthusiasm and pleasure in hearing we had a great day based on their recommendations, made the difference. The hotel is very fortunate to have staff like you all. My family and I truly thank you for your exceptional service and memorable holiday experience. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

The location is right in front of Takeshiba station, it is Yurikamome line, so you can't use JR. But the Hamamatsucho JR station is only 7 minutes from the hotel. The place is far from crowds, it was in the office district area. A lot of people came to this area to work, so when you take the train in rush hours, inside the train is not too crowded. I love the place so much. There's a sukiya in front of the hotel if u r hungry, and family mart right on the ground floor. There's a lounge where you can hangout too, indoor and outdoor. The room is a bit cramped. I suggested you don't bring too many luggage or big luggage. But it is very comfortable and decent. The design of the hotel is futuristic, I like it. The service is superb, they're really kind and helpful. The amenities are quite complete. Laundry room, cloakroom, you can also take a robe, slippers, and toothbrush/paste. They have a lot of manga that you can read in the lounge. I used the self-service cloakroom here to keep my luggage for 3 days because I want to go to Kyoto, and it is really save (and free too). Just that it’s difficult to get a good night sleep when someone checked it late after midnight and chat before going to bed and set their alarm clock to 4am to ring forever. Even though it’s clearly printed on the instructions and noted on the wall to advise guests refrain from making noise to affect other guests.

A lovely place with robots assisting us. Require some effort before able to check in. Glad that support from staff came almost immediately to assist. Had 2 big lugguage so opening of lugguage proves difficulty. Narrow corridor is restricted once the lugguage bag is opened. Room may be small but good enough for couple. Even though it is away from the city, transportation is easy. Just a few stops away from Daimon station.

When I came to the metropolitan area a year ago, I stayed in front of Richmond Yokohama Station, but this time I chose this place for the convenience of the area. If I was staying in Yokohama, I was planning to have a breakfast buffet at the hotel this year, but there were many places nearby where I could eat the morning set, so there was no problem. The size of the room and the bathroom ... I think Yokohama, where I stayed last year, was higher in grade, but I'm convinced that it can't be helped due to the location. If I have a chance, I would like to take care of you again.

Excelente!!

I chose the right hotel when I'm in Tokyo. Easy to find as it is near Hamamatsucho Station (Yamanote line) & Daimon Station. Along the way to the hotel you can see a lot of eateries, 2 family marts & lawson even family mart next to the hotel. The staff are friendly and easy to communicate. If I come to Tokyo again, I'll definitely choose this hotel if the price is still the same.

In stanza ciabatte e yukata, piccolo frigo silenzioso. Non c'è opzione per la colazione

I was a little concerned at first. Very rarely do i stay in a hotel with an average TA rating of only 3 dots (usually i go for at least 4 dots). Well, for the price, i think this property is a very good deal. The room was clean. I believe this is an apartment building converted into a hotel. It feels more like staying in your own private apartment with a keypad to access your room. The room is small but we only needed the night to sleep for the next morning's flight to Haneda airport. Surprisingly, the room is very well equipped with washer/dryer, microwave, fridge and a kitchen sink. All the toiletries for your room are available at the foyer's lift landing. If i were to come back to stay longer term in Tokyo, i'd definitely consider this place again.
