The arrival was great, my daughter had a fever and was vomiting and they helped us by giving us the room sooner, but the afternoon reception shift was no longer very attentive, we called like 15 times and they didn't answer, I went three times to ask for sheets because they left us the sofa bed without sheets and they told me they would bring them and they arrived at 12 at night with the sheets but I had to go in person three times because they don't answer the phone and not because they had people no, because every time I went the reception was empty but because they passed the phone directly because I called from in front of it and they were talking to each other... there was also no plug in the bathtub and they told me it was because of the drought and there is no longer a drought... so it's no use having a bathtub... and well the day of departure we were sleeping and they started biting at 9 and we were sleeping and since we didn't answer they entered the room waking us up a disaster between the day before they brought us the sheets at 12 at night and they opened the door at 9 in the morning relax as it is called relax nothing!

Hotel is purely 3 stars. Welcome recipient. The room is old, but in good condition. Beautiful bed, convenient, good shower room. There is a balcony 👍🏽. On the other side of the hotel there is a construction from 9 a.m. and it prevents sleep. A huge minus- paid refrigerator 2e per day + deposit 10e.

The service at the great reception, at the buffet breakfast was not so good, the girl we asked if please could make some tortillas we were looking would be and when we told her that there was no hot milk to put to coffee in the buffet I also looked at us very seriously and answered us quite dry, the other girl and the boy though very sympathetic. The room was not quite good, there were screws on the floor that had not been fresh and a lot of dust above the desk light.The location is great and the hotel is very beautiful.

However, bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise, as it's not very well insulated. Great option to stay if you want to visit Port Aventura amusement park. Staying for the night at the hotel will grant you access to the park on both days, the check-in and the check-out. Rooms are clean and comfortable, for a good rest after spending the day at the park. The swimming pool is also amazing, big and beautiful, it is an adventure in itself. Only issue is the service: you can feel that the staff do their best, however during peak season, they are so busy that for sure you will have to line up in order to get anything done. They are moving ahead and making moves for automatic self-service processes: like self- check out, but still is not enough. You gotta then have some patience and wait until your turn comes.

The room and the terrace are spacious, the beds are single and separate. The good: at night you don't hear any noise and the service received was good. The deposit is returned the same day. The bad: the hairdryer didn't work and if you wanted one you had to rent it for at least 3 days and pay for it and in the photo it showed a bathtub and then it was a shower. The area is difficult to park and everything is a blue zone.

40 minutos antes de la hora de salida entró una limpiadora en nuestra habitación sin preguntar si había nadie ni llamar a la puerta. Me parece una falta de respeto total, yo aún estaba a medio vestir. Por lo demás perfecto, comida bien, instalaciones también, limpieza bien aunque si había algunas manchas naranjas en el bidet que frotando con el dedo salían, cosa que indica que no lo han limpiado muy a fondo... También, es un hotel familiar, lleno de niños. La piscina obviamente llena de niños también, si tienes hijos es buen sitio, si no puede agobiar un poco.

The hotel is in a forested seaside town, quiet and comfortable around. The room is very spacious and comfortable, with a terrace and a beautiful view of the sunset. The breakfast buffet is very good, the hotel brand and facilities are far above the four-star standard and close to five stars. A bit like the hotel in Sanya, Hainan.

On arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.  Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.  The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week. Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.  If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children). All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

Очень удобно добираться в парк развлечений и аэропорт! Сервис тоже хороший! Весь персонал приветлив и быстро решает вопрос! Все очень стараются! Однозначно рекомендую! Крепкая 4-ка

Fui a pasar el fin de semana a Salou a este Hotel. La habitación es amplia, baño bien equipao, terraza con dos sillas y tendedero para las toallas o bañadores. La atención recibida fue cordial. Desayuno y cena tipo buffet gran variedad de comida. La piscina y las zonas comunes estaban limpias y bien atendidas por el personal del Hotel. El Hotel está situado en la zona alta de Salou, cerca de una cala. Un Hotel recomendado.

Двоякое впечатление от отеля. Встречают с улыбками и шампанским, но если что-то идет не так - мы не причем. Плюсы: Отличный ремонт в общественных зонах и номерах, великолепный индивидуальный дизайн, новая современная сантехника, кофемашина, хорошая зона для загара. Отсутствие детей тоже плюс) Завтрак потрясающий, многообразие блюд и высокое качество их приготовления меня впечатлило, в городских отелях такие завтраки редкость. В 1-й мин от отеля находятся остановки, с которых можно уехать в 2 стороны: в сторону Солоу/Порт Авентура и Таррагона. Вокруг отеля жизни кроме пляжа практически нет, но можно поехать в соседние поселки. Минусы: Сервис. 1) Клининг-сервис, когда клинеры без стука входят в номер, такое у меня впервые, и никакие таблички не помеха. При этом они так яростно передвигают свою утварь по коридорам, что все стены и плинтуса уже испорчены, очень громко убираются в коридорах, такое ощущение, что пылесос летает от стены к стене. Дневной сон практически не возможен. Облитое соком покрывало-одеяло просто перевернули другой стороной и не поменяли. Один день просто пропустили номер, спасибо что убрали после просьбы. 2) После жалобы на клининг, допрашивать стали меня, а точно ли вы оставили табличку, а вы оставили табличку правильной стороной, а у нас в системе нет подтверждения, что табличка была. Я конечно понимаю, что бывают разные неадекватные, но зачем эти допросы? Приняли к сведению и разошлись. 3) В середине отдыха в столовой меня решили уличить в неоплаченном завтраке, после подтверждения оплаты, даже не извинились. 4) Решила проходя мимо ресепшена попросить бокал шампанского, которое всегда в наличии, на что получила жесткий отказ и очередной вопрос, а разве вы его не получили при заезде?… Не в минус отелю, а больше для информации, к морю от отеля можно выйти за 3 минуты, но на данный момент пляжная зона ограничена небольшим участком метров в 50, а дальше пляж перекрыт, ведутся ремонтные работы, и чтобы выйти к следующему участку пляжа, нужно обогнуть перекрытую зону по городским улицам, это примерно 1,5 км.
