Stayed at the hotel for three nights while on a business trip. Room was compact, yet very comfortable, with a nice bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful, who gave clear instructions about the COVID controls that they have in place. Ate at the restaurant on two evenings, with really great food served and the breakfasts were much better than some hotels I've stayed at. Will definitely return on my next trip. Thank you.

Auf der Rückreise vom Urlaub haben wir hier kurzfristig noch 3 DZ bekommen. Die Dame von der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und ist sogar noch länger geblieben, als wir mitteilten dass wir es nicht rechtzeitig zur Check-Inn-Zeit schaffen würden. Unser Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Badbereich relativ modern gestaltet aber leider schon arg ”verwohnt”. Das Nett war sehr bequem mit festen Matratzen. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt/Urlaub nicht geeignet, aber für eine Zwischen-ÜN gerne jederzeit wieder.

The location is quite awkward. Between the two train stations, there is a family-style Italian restaurant, which is extremely popular! Shops have free parking places! It is suitable for travel or business with a special car transfer. It is very good for a long time, and the bar at night is not expensive!

The hotel is very clean, the surrounding environment is good, there is a big supermarket at the door, shopping is very convenient, the hotel service is also good, it is very suitable for business travel and living, great!

Quite good! The hotel, however, does not have a direct telephone number neither a direct email address, hence, when I wrote an email to the ”main” address the answer came back almost a week later, a second one written on April 30 still has not been answered. So why not have the possibility to write or call the prizeotel of your destination/stay? Something to think about I would say. Unfortunately, when asked about bus timetable in front of the hotel the receptionist could not provide any information - had to go to the stop to see the timetable. Nevertheless, I recommend the hotel to travellers: courtesy, friendliness and fantastic breakfast choices.

Single room was sufficient to traveler needs. Staff was not responsive and delayed sending entrance code.

I have stayed here 6 times already and its great especially when you fly out the next day. The location is not the best if you want to go into the city but a great location to get to the MUC Airport. The staff is amazing, the bar is great with good food and drinks. The Hotel is inside a Office building which makes it super trendy. 100% worth the money. This time I arrived during the heat wave and the AC did not work and the room was a sauna. I just opened the windows and it cooled down over night. That was the only bad part but also not usual for Germany. Again great place, great staff and very convenient to get to MUC.
