Brussels Hotels with balcony

Moxy is great as always. The vibe of the hotel is fun. It was world cup season, so there was soccer screening. The lobby is always vibrant. Usual amenities like water and kettle aren’t available, but you can get it from the lobby/cafe area. We didn’t mind that since the space to hangout downstairs is cooler. Room was comfortable. Gym looked great, although I didn’t manage to use it. Walking distance to metro and great food options around. But what stand out most at Moxy is their service crew. Warm and kind, making the stay fantastic.

The location of the apartment is very good, the block is quiet and safe. Very new, tasteful decoration, practical and elegant room layout, very large bathroom, kitchen, air-conditioning is quiet. There is a common kitchen on the zero floor, exquisite dessert snacks, great. If you have large suitcases, please be careful to book the upstairs housing, there is no elevator. I hope that communication will be quick and solve the doubts, and it may not be as desired. The whole process is online and telephone communication, and the door opening of each space needs to be carried out online. Please improve: the bathroom sink is very slow, the top light flickers, the bedside lamp is broken, and the clean quilt cover has unclean marks.

This room in a European city center was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Breakfast, at 17.5 euros per person, offered a fantastic spread including ham, cheese, fruits, vegetables, yogurt, milk, coffee, juice, bread, tea, and scrambled eggs – all very fresh, allowing for a leisurely start to the day. The reception area is small and shares space with the restaurant, but check-in was quick. While official check-in is at 3 PM, they allowed us to check in at 2 PM. Luggage storage is available, and the front desk also provides complimentary tea and candies, plus a self-service vending machine for snacks and drinks. The location is superb, with all the main attractions within easy walking distance, and the area feels very safe. Housekeeping doesn't come daily, so I brought my own trash bags to collect rubbish, which I could then dispose of in the large refuse room on the ground floor. There's also a spacious restroom on the ground floor, which was convenient for changing clothes and sorting out luggage before checking in.

The location is good, although there's no kitchen access. The beds are extremely narrow, more like for children, and the pillows are very thick. They should really look into the bed situation because getting a good night's sleep is the most important thing.

The reception staff was very friendly when we checked in as well as throughout our stay. There is private parking available for 15€ a night but we opted for the cheaper option right as there are many available parking spots outside of the hotel. We ended up paying a little under 10€ for about 2 days. The room itself was very spacious and offered a lot of storage space as well as a mini fridge, which we had to plug in on arrival. The beds were very comfortable and rather soft. Close to the EU Parliament and about a 30 minute walk to the more touristy city centre or you can take the metro.

The space was ample. The kitchen was well-equipped with basic necessities, and the oven/microwave combo and dishwasher were very convenient. It was a bit tricky to figure out how to use everything at first since there were no instructions. We had to bring our own seasonings, but it was great to be able to cook. It's also convenient that we can check in at the hotel next door and request cleaning services. It would be even better if there was a washing machine.

I encountered issues with the keycard, which was not working to access the door from the parking lot to lift access to go up to the rooms. Called a few times and even a staff member witnessed the issue first hand. Would fix it but was never done. When encountering issues and reaching them they are too late to respond. The studio itself is fine.

The location of the hotel is very safe and quiet, and the view outside is beautiful, the facilities are slightly outdated but clean, the air conditioning is not very powerful, a little hot to stay in summer. The amenities provided in the suite were great, the kitchen even had a dishwasher, loved it.

Great location - 5min walk to Brussels Central train station. 1min walk to the Grand Place. There is housekeeping. Do note there is no aircon, kettle, bedroom slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. Nights were around 18deg Celcius so I wasn’t warm at night. There was only one soap dispenser in the shower, I wasn’t sure if it could be used as shampoo so I bought my own after the first night. My room was clean when I arrived. Staff were friendly, hotel was beautifully decorated.

This hotel is pretty near to the Midi station, just a street away, and the tram and bus bay are behind the hotel which is very conveniently located. The hotel room is not too big, even the bathroom is small. The heater may not be as warm as expected but it could make do with it during winter. The hotel front counter staff are very helpful and friendly. Overall a good place to stay.
