"This was a stylish hotel, and I had a very comfortable stay! Unlike in Japan, amenities like bathrobes, loungewear, and slippers weren't provided. However, I was grateful that the hand soap, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all L'Occitane products. The power outlets require you to push the plug firmly all the way in. I brought two types of adapters, but one of them didn't work with these outlets. There was a water dispenser in the hallway, which was really helpful for refilling my water bottle. The cleaning staff were very kind and flexible, for example, they were able to just exchange the towels when I requested it. The location was very convenient, with a bus stop right in front, a tram station nearby, and easy access to the ocean!"

"The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, nestled within a business park with readily available supermarkets and restaurants. It offers excellent value for money. It's also within easy walking distance from Nice Airport T1, nearby Tram stations, and the train station. The apartment-style rooms are clean and spacious, though daily housekeeping isn't provided. The double bed is a bit soft and narrow, but the refrigerator and kitchen utensils are perfect for self-catering. There's a free gym in the building, and the attached parking garage is easy to access, with a clearly marked entrance. The €12/day parking fee is very reasonable for the area. However, be aware that the ramps for entering/exiting and moving between floors in the parking garage are extremely narrow and feature sharp right-angle turns, so be prepared for a challenging drive!"

"The location is excellent, right next to the train station, making it super convenient to travel to nearby towns. It's about a ten-minute walk to the beach, and there's a tram stop right outside, so it's a real transportation hub in Nice. The place was quite clean. Facilities were all good; there's free coffee on the ground floor, and you can grab water yourself. The L-shaped balcony is very spacious, but the curtains are a bit thin and don't block out much light. The only downside is that the elevator is quite slow, fitting a maximum of three people. This hotel offers incredible value for money. During my 20+ day trip in Europe, hotel prices ranged from 750 to 3000 euros per night, and this was the cheapest but definitely not the worst. If you plan on exploring the towns around Nice, this is the top choice."

KKENJO OWe had a truly wonderful stay at Maison Albar Hotels Le Victoria. Upon arrival, we were thoughtfully upgraded to a single-occupancy room for our 3-night stay, as the twin room category was fully booked — a gesture we really appreciated. The room itself was exceptional. The mattress and pillows were among the most comfortable we’ve experienced, ensuring a great night’s rest throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the balcony, which added a relaxing touch to the overall experience. The service was outstanding — attentive, warm, and consistently professional. The team truly made us feel well taken care of. Location-wise, it is perfectly positioned in the heart of the city. Luxury boutiques such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Balenciaga are just a few steps away, with many other shops and attractions within easy walking distance — extremely convenient for both shopping and exploring. The only area for improvement would be the gym facilities, which are relatively limited. However, we easily found a well-equipped local gym just a 2-minute walk away, offering a great alternative with a more complete setup and lively atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic stay with comfort, service, and location all coming together beautifully. We would definitely return. ✨

My room was spotless, well-appointed, and provided everything I needed for a pleasant stay, from a very comfortable bed to thoughtful little details that made me feel at home. The location is also excellent: quiet, yet just a short walk from the Promenade des Anglais, the city center, and many of Nice’s main attractions. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast experience. The buffet offers a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, from French pastries and fresh fruit to savory dishes, ensuring there’s something for everyone. What truly sets it apart, however, is the wonderful breakfast team. A very special mention goes to Claudia, Noreen, David and Emma, who greeted us every morning with a smile, genuine kindness, and remarkable attentiveness. The entire breakfast staff were equally warm, helpful, and professional, you could feel their passion for making guests feel welcome and cared for. They help you to discover attractions near by, just ask. The reception and service team were also excellent, always friendly, responsive, and eager to provide recommendations for restaurants and things to do around Nice. Their attention and dedication really enhanced my stay. In summary: the Le Riviera Collection is not only a beautiful hotel, but also a place that shines because of the people working there. I felt welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout my stay. Without a doubt, I will choose this hotel again on my next visit to Nice. LLazarouxgetting there : you dont need the tram from Terminal 1 (its walking distance and its well sign posted)but you do for terminal 2. The main door was out of order so in the dark it’s hard to find the side one. Reception was easy but there can member of staff after 10/11pm which could delays things. Rooms are fine but I would not say to Sheraton standards and certainly nothing to brag about on the deluxe room option. All comfortable, practical , clean and what you need for an overnight stay. The pool was closed as Jan/feb there is no one to supervise and rather cold. This was not mentioned when booking was done which is a shame if you have kids! Room: is fine but there is a constant buzzing noise which either comes from the aircon or the electrical unit outside ( not sure). Bed is comfy and cosy and bathroom is all what you need. However there is a constant smell of sewage coming and going either in the hotel area or the bathroom. It’s intermittent and comes and goes, somewhat unpleasant at times but not overwhelming annoying. Breakfast was good and you can order an omelette (as per previous unsure reviews) on request though plenty of choice is presented for full international breakfast. It’s all spread out over the whole room so there is a lot of going and coming around :) Overall easy stay for a night , Summers or hot days must be fun with the top terrace/pool thought the view is mostly over the airport ( if you like that). I would say a tick expensive for what you get but they can charge a premium for airport surroundings! Recommend for short stay or late arrival.

My Deluxe room was incredibly spacious, big, and super comfy, with a plush bed and sleek marble bathroom. The staff, were warm and attentive, making every moment seamless. Pet-friendly perks and a fair-trade espresso machine added a special touch. This elegant, modern haven is a Riviera gem—I’m already dreaming of my next visit! 🤩

GGuest UserThis hotel was honestly very frustrating. 1. The soundproofing is extremely poor. Every morning, you can hear the housekeeping staff knocking on nearby rooms to communicate or clean. I was woken up by the noise every single day. 2. Even if you hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign, the staff repeatedly ignore it and still knock on your door in the morning, invading your personal space. 3. On my first day, I forget to hang the sign. Yet the next morning they knocked persistently at 9, 10, and even 1 p.m I already opened the door the first time and clearly told them I didn’t need housekeeping, yet they kept coming back. 4. On the day of check-out, it was even worse. We had the sign up, and check-out time was 11 a.m., but they entered our room before we had checked out. What is this—some kind of unwanted morning call service? This seriously disturbed my rest and violated my privacy. Every morning I felt on edge because I could hear them knocking loudly on other doors and thought they were knocking on mine. the stay was very unpleasant. The only positive was the good location. Also, this wasn’t mentioned during booking, but the hotel requires a 150 euro deposit.

CChuWLThis hostel is conveniently located just 5-10 minutes from Nice-Ville station and is perfect for making trips to nearby cities and towns such as monte-carlo and menton. There are also many food options near the hostel and its is conveniently located near the city centre and also the beach. The locker is spacious and hangers are provided for you as well. Luggage storage before and after check-out is free so that is a big plus. Somethings about the hostel are bothersome such as the triple-deck bed. This triple deck bed is so wobbly that the whole bed shakes at the slightest movement such as turning your body or even just lying down or sitting up. This experience required everyone to have minimum movement throughout the night. The bottom bedframe being slightly curved shows that the bed obviously needs to be attached to the wall for better stability and support. The top bunk of this triple-deck is also not fitted with a nightlight and charger. This means that if you sleep on the top bunk, not only can you not see, you also do not have the convenience of charging your appliances while sleeping. This also means that this third deck is not part of the original bedroom design. The bathroom is a tiny bit mouldy and there is minor drainage smell but it is manageable so long as you keep the door closed. Overall, it is a nice hostel and the convenience to nearby towns, Nice city centre, and old Nice, makes up for the terrible triple-decker bed that honestly just should not exist and also seems like a last minute addition for more profit.

OohgodheschanThe hotel environment is excellent, and the location is superb. Right outside, there's a bus stop, and behind the hotel, there's a tram station. It's super convenient to get anywhere. I stayed for 6 days and found it very easy to travel to Antibes and Monaco during my stay. Pascal at the front desk was very professional and enthusiastic! I really liked him. He added a lot of positive vibes to our check-in experience. All in all, when I come back to the South of France, I'll definitely stay here again!
