Nice Hotels with balcony

"The location is good. The kitchen is full equiped, but there is no teabags. AC was working. From the second side of bed there is no plug. The staff is very kind and helpful. There is no slippers. In the morning you can go for breakfast (not included) In the first floor can be noisy because of other guests."

"This was a stylish hotel, and I had a very comfortable stay! Unlike in Japan, amenities like bathrobes, loungewear, and slippers weren't provided. However, I was grateful that the hand soap, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all L'Occitane products. The power outlets require you to push the plug firmly all the way in. I brought two types of adapters, but one of them didn't work with these outlets. There was a water dispenser in the hallway, which was really helpful for refilling my water bottle. The cleaning staff were very kind and flexible, for example, they were able to just exchange the towels when I requested it. The location was very convenient, with a bus stop right in front, a tram station nearby, and easy access to the ocean!"

"The location is super convenient, close to the tram station, and the main train station is only a few minutes away. The room was relatively clean. However, the hotel is quite old, and the breakfast area is tiny, definitely not what you'd expect from a 4-star."

"Good place to stay. Staff were super kind and helpful!Close to the train station and easy walking everywhere else. They let us leave our luggage after checkout which was helpful. Place was clean. There was no shower curtain which we found odd as the washroom floor got really wet. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but the area that breakfast was held had a weird smell. We had to rent a kettle as there was none in the room. The hotel offered a discount at the attached restaurant which was nice"

"Very good next time there is a chance to come back, the room is compact but tidy, the cleaning staff will be in front of our back to the house, the public is private and private, trustworthy, the front desk is serious and can do what you can, and there is a courtyard to rest in the downstairs. Very good, and the area is 10 minutes away from the train station and the beach. It is very convenient and reasonably priced."

"getting there : you dont need the tram from Terminal 1 (its walking distance and its well sign posted)but you do for terminal 2. The main door was out of order so in the dark it’s hard to find the side one. Reception was easy but there can member of staff after 10/11pm which could delays things. Rooms are fine but I would not say to Sheraton standards and certainly nothing to brag about on the deluxe room option. All comfortable, practical , clean and what you need for an overnight stay. The pool was closed as Jan/feb there is no one to supervise and rather cold. This was not mentioned when booking was done which is a shame if you have kids! Room: is fine but there is a constant buzzing noise which either comes from the aircon or the electrical unit outside ( not sure). Bed is comfy and cosy and bathroom is all what you need. However there is a constant smell of sewage coming and going either in the hotel area or the bathroom. It’s intermittent and comes and goes, somewhat unpleasant at times but not overwhelming annoying. Breakfast was good and you can order an omelette (as per previous unsure reviews) on request though plenty of choice is presented for full international breakfast. It’s all spread out over the whole room so there is a lot of going and coming around :) Overall easy stay for a night , Summers or hot days must be fun with the top terrace/pool thought the view is mostly over the airport ( if you like that). I would say a tick expensive for what you get but they can charge a premium for airport surroundings! Recommend for short stay or late arrival."

"The hotel is located near Place Masséna, a very lively area. There are many restaurants, cafes, and bookstores nearby. It's also close to the sea, perfect for walks and sightseeing. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was friendly and prompt. Unfortunately, the streets were extremely noisy on the second night, making it almost impossible to sleep from midnight until dawn. Of course, this is beyond the hotel's control. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"I stayed at this hotel just yesterday because I couldn't secure a two-night booking elsewhere due to the carnival. The lobby is quite beautiful, with stylish decor and a serene blue theme. The room is a bit small, but I appreciate its clean, minimalist design and good natural light. There's also a kettle, which is quite important for Asians in winter. If there had been a fridge, the full French meal I ordered last night wouldn't have gone to waste, needing to be packed up from the restaurant."

"The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, nestled within a business park with readily available supermarkets and restaurants. It offers excellent value for money. It's also within easy walking distance from Nice Airport T1, nearby Tram stations, and the train station. The apartment-style rooms are clean and spacious, though daily housekeeping isn't provided. The double bed is a bit soft and narrow, but the refrigerator and kitchen utensils are perfect for self-catering. There's a free gym in the building, and the attached parking garage is easy to access, with a clearly marked entrance. The €12/day parking fee is very reasonable for the area. However, be aware that the ramps for entering/exiting and moving between floors in the parking garage are extremely narrow and feature sharp right-angle turns, so be prepared for a challenging drive!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this establishment. The service was truly top-notch, from check-in with the night manager to breakfast: all the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive. The room was cozy, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, which made my stay even more pleasant. The hotel also boasts a convenient location, about a 10-minute walk from the Exhibition Palace, which is a real bonus. The breakfast is generally nice with a good selection; however, there's a lack of non-pork options like chicken or turkey breast. Furthermore, considering the offerings, the €19 price doesn't seem entirely justified to me."
