Nice Hotels with balcony

"The location is good. The kitchen is full equiped, but there is no teabags. AC was working. From the second side of bed there is no plug. The staff is very kind and helpful. There is no slippers. In the morning you can go for breakfast (not included) In the first floor can be noisy because of other guests."

"Good place for a fuss free hotel near the waterfront. Option to upgrade to rooms with balcony but ones without work just fine. Space is a bit tight but nothing to complain about give the price that we paid. Just be careful not to overload the lift or you’ll get stuck!"

It's also within easy walking distance from Nice Airport T1, nearby Tram stations, and the train station. The apartment-style rooms are clean and spacious, though daily housekeeping isn't provided. The double bed is a bit soft and narrow, but the refrigerator and kitchen utensils are perfect for self-catering. There's a free gym in the building, and the attached parking garage is easy to access, with a clearly marked entrance. The €12/day parking fee is very reasonable for the area. However, be aware that the ramps for entering/exiting and moving between floors in the parking garage are extremely narrow and feature sharp right-angle turns, so be prepared for a challenging drive!"
