"The room was spacious enough with a closet, table and a bottle of water was provided. The hotel was a 4 out of 5 generally, but the location was not perfect, with 30mins walk from nice ville station, and 20-30mins walk to the main tourist spots. They didn’t provide shampoo, only body gel. Walls were not that sound proof but it’s fine with us coz we are not light sleepers. But it’s very nice that they offered us early check in and free luggage storage service!"

"I liked this place! My female only room with 3 others had a balcony so I could soak in the sun outside. I also met people to travel with here. The front desk is also friendly and helped me with my door when the key card can't open the door, and they also provided hair dryer when I needed it. Breakfast was actually fine, I'm not sure why people are picky about it, and there's a large fridge and kitchen if you feel the need to cook. The cutlery weren't that clean though, but you just have to wash it and it's fine :)"

"Hotel was small, from the lobby to the room, will require to overcome 2 small flights of stairs (each abt 5 steps). If u have heavy luggage, just be aware. Other than that, the hotel location was convenient to old town... and lots of restaurants. My room was facing the main road, so expected some noise from the vehicles and also people walking along the footpath."

"This is a hostel with an excellent location, very close to Nice train station, and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The common area is quite spacious, and there are two staff members at the front desk. I stayed in a 4-bed female dorm. The room was a bit small, but each bed had a curtain, which made it feel much more private and secure. At the very least, the light didn't bother anyone else."

"Good place to stay. Staff were super kind and helpful!Close to the train station and easy walking everywhere else. They let us leave our luggage after checkout which was helpful. Place was clean. There was no shower curtain which we found odd as the washroom floor got really wet. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but the area that breakfast was held had a weird smell. We had to rent a kettle as there was none in the room. The hotel offered a discount at the attached restaurant which was nice"

"I always request a room not at the end of a hallway when booking on Ctrip, but they gave me one anyway. It had a tiny window that couldn't even open, facing directly onto a busy main road. The soundproofing was terrible too; luckily, I only stayed one night. I'm so disappointed that the Holiday Inn Express in Nice was just as bad. From now on, I'm never booking another Holiday Inn Express, no matter where I go. The only bright spot was the guy at the front desk – he was incredibly handsome, like a Roman statue. But then he assigned me to an uncomfortable corner room where I couldn't even open a window for ventilation."

"Close to a Tram Station and will take 20-30mins to the airport. It is far to the city center roughly about an hour. But it is the cheapest I could find for a decent solo room in Nice. Other Hotels are just too expensive. If you are on a budget, this is okay as you will take Trams to go anywhere anyway. It is also a good base if you’re planning to go to Cannes and Monaco fo a day trip. Room is small but with a queen sized bed. If you have large suitcase, you will have a hard time opening it as you cannot fully open your luggage. Breakfast costs €10.50. Basic food selection."

SSurajnThe location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations. The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean. The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies. I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults. There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes. Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around.

GGuest UserThe hotel was in a good location and very clean. The staff were so helpful and could not do enough for you. Breakfast was excellent. Now the downside the rooms are really really small, I think there may be some that a larger ie junior suite but not what we were allocated. There is no facilities and no sitting space outside of the hotel. Would I stay again, yes if I managed to get a bigger room definitely not in the room we stayed in 118.

LLazarouxgetting there : you dont need the tram from Terminal 1 (its walking distance and its well sign posted)but you do for terminal 2. The main door was out of order so in the dark it’s hard to find the side one. Reception was easy but there can member of staff after 10/11pm which could delays things. Rooms are fine but I would not say to Sheraton standards and certainly nothing to brag about on the deluxe room option. All comfortable, practical , clean and what you need for an overnight stay. The pool was closed as Jan/feb there is no one to supervise and rather cold. This was not mentioned when booking was done which is a shame if you have kids! Room: is fine but there is a constant buzzing noise which either comes from the aircon or the electrical unit outside ( not sure). Bed is comfy and cosy and bathroom is all what you need. However there is a constant smell of sewage coming and going either in the hotel area or the bathroom. It’s intermittent and comes and goes, somewhat unpleasant at times but not overwhelming annoying. Breakfast was good and you can order an omelette (as per previous unsure reviews) on request though plenty of choice is presented for full international breakfast. It’s all spread out over the whole room so there is a lot of going and coming around :) Overall easy stay for a night , Summers or hot days must be fun with the top terrace/pool thought the view is mostly over the airport ( if you like that). I would say a tick expensive for what you get but they can charge a premium for airport surroundings! Recommend for short stay or late arrival.

AAnonymous UserThe scenery is great, but the facilities are pretty standard. The cleanliness is勉强 acceptable. The room door needs to be closed twice to shut completely, and you have to stand in the bathtub to shower. No slippers are provided in the room. The soundproofing isn't great, and it's right above a busy street. On the upside, there are plenty of good restaurants nearby.

She was quite rude and clearly needs to improve her customer service skills. It also seemed like her English was limited, which made communication difficult. She did not provide any basic information about the hostel. I had to ask everything myself—whether there was a kitchen, gym facilities, room directions, and even which floor my room was on. This was honestly very strange and not what you expect when checking in. She also did not give any information about nearby attractions or places to visit. On the positive side, the morning staff member was much more helpful and guided me about buses and trains, which I appreciated. I would like to request hostel management to pay attention to staff training. Hostels and hotels are important tourist points, and guests spend their hard-earned money to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Staff behavior and guidance play a big role in that.

NNoelle CCI recently had the opportunity to stay at a Best Western hotel for the first time, and I must admit, my expectations weren't very high at the outset, given it's a 3-star establishment. However, I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service provided during my stay. From the moment I checked in on a rainy day in Nice, the hotel's thoughtful amenities like umbrellas for in-house guests and the warm availability of coffee and tea made a significant difference.
