Room 101:
The shower partition needs to be replaced — it is no longer watertight and leaks through the sliding doors as they don’t close properly.
The showerhead should be moved to the wall on the right to make it easier to take a comfortable shower.
There were cobwebs on the ceiling and the curtains were dirty — cleaning standards need to be more strictly enforced.
The desk lamp on the left cannot be turned on independently from the main room light, which is inconvenient when you want to work in the evening with softer lighting.
The location is good, but it’s noisy both outside and in the corridor.
The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming — we truly appreciated that!"

"We really appreciate the early check-in available to us, as we arrived around 10am. The front desk reception was so helpful, courteous, and very friendly.
The room was very comfortable, clean; it was a twin bed when we booked for one bed. Reception said they would fix it for us, which they did by bringing the two single beds together. It was manageable but it was hard for my husband not to fall through the middle. We were happy enough to put up with the set up of the bed. Bed and pillows were very comfortable otherwise.
Breakfast was reasonable, we can’t complain. Staff were really nice and attentive.Overall we enjoyed our stay in Nice at Brice Garden, it’s within walking distance to the main train station, and to the main Nice centre."

"It is an old hotel in the old city. The room is large, the furniture is old but the quality is good, and it is close to the old city train station. Two-star hotels do not provide slippers, drinking water and toiletries, even paper is not provided, and the service is slightly worse."

"There's only one major drawback: the bathroom. It's so tiny that my knees hit the door when I sit down, so I had to leave the door ajar when using the toilet! Overall, I'm still very satisfied."

SSurajnThe location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations.
The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean.
The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies.
I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults.
There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes.
Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around.

KKmcchauRoom is clean, very close to nice city centre. The staff was very welcoming, close to supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy. Restaurants in the area are quite decent, you can reach the beach within 10 mins of walking.
The breakfast is a bit expensive(＞20 eur).

Breakfast options were good but i missed a coffee machine - only brewed coffee available with milk on the side
Also upon check in you will need to pay 100eur deposit, which I was not aware of at first, but maybe it was just me not checking thoroughly. Upon check out it was refunded within 10-15mins

GGuest UserLocation is next to the sea which is good - consequently the hotel is quite a bit of distance from the SNCF train station so it might be a bit of an issue for travellers with big luggages. Overall the hotel is clean, both the room and the lobby, lift etc. Good room service and good manners from staffs that interacted with us. Not much facilities but that's okay as the purpose of the stay is not to enjoy the facilities in the hotel. Would highly recommend based on this price range!

GGuest UserDisappointing ”Superior” Experience – Not Worth the Premium!
We booked a Superior Room with a Sea View, but were assigned a room on Level 2 with a very poor view that certainly didn’t feel ”superior.” To make matters worse, the room was incredibly hot because the air conditioning wasn't working. When we raised this with staff, we were told the AC is only turned on during summer and were remarkably suggested to just ”keep the balcony door open.”
The lack of attention to detail continued with the amenities. Despite being two guests, we were only given one small bottle of plain water per day. They also provided four coffee sachets but only two milks; the math just doesn't add up for a well reputed hotel. Very disappointing service for the price paid.

CClare74A comfortable and enjoyable 1 nights stay. Close to supermarket and all attractions. An amazing breakfast with a good variation. The room was very big and clean, comfortable Queen bed. The service was great, a welcome chocolates and hot chocolate on arrival and at anytime. The staff also arranged a morning taxi to the airport. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Although the room is a bit small, and there might be a bit noise as it is next to the train station, but the the room has all essential facilities and it is definitely big enough for two people! I had a really good stay here.
