Breakfast is Horrable ( i am sorry but this is really far from normal standard) . Overall is ok , reccomended to stay but you can find your own breakfast."

"Small hotels similar to homestays, although the front desk is not 24 hours, but after contacting in advance, we know that we arrived at the hotel at night or arranged for the staff to wait at the front desk for check-in. The room is relatively clean as a whole, very close to the sea, five minutes walk The staff was very nice. When we rented the seaside supplies, we reminded us that we didn’t need to rent too complicated supplies. When we went to eat breakfast, the French stick was gone. The boss immediately went to the next store to buy it."

"We really appreciate the early check-in available to us, as we arrived around 10am. The front desk reception was so helpful, courteous, and very friendly. The room was very comfortable, clean; it was a twin bed when we booked for one bed. Reception said they would fix it for us, which they did by bringing the two single beds together. It was manageable but it was hard for my husband not to fall through the middle. We were happy enough to put up with the set up of the bed. Bed and pillows were very comfortable otherwise. Breakfast was reasonable, we can’t complain. Staff were really nice and attentive.Overall we enjoyed our stay in Nice at Brice Garden, it’s within walking distance to the main train station, and to the main Nice centre."

GGuest UserFacilities: The hotel feels quite new, with complete facilities, including an induction cooker, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a complete set of tableware. Friends who want to cook can choose this hotel. There is also a large dining table where you can eat directly after cooking. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The toilet is a separate small compartment next to the entrance, and the shower is next to the big bed. The big bed, sofa bed and dining table area can be separated into two spaces by a curtain. However, there may be a lot of facilities in the room. It feels crowded to spread out two boxes, but it should be spacious if only two people live there. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: There are large hotels around, and it feels like there are more cars on the road than people. It is the closest to Nice Saint August train station, and it takes about seven or eight minutes to walk. This train station has an elevator, which is quite friendly to dragging luggage, but it is open-air, and it may be more troublesome when it rains. Fortunately, we have been sunny all the time☀️. It is a little further away from the airport. Apple Maps is not accurate. I wanted to find a so-called supermarket on the map that seemed very close. A local resident who was parking his car told us that the map was wrong and we should search for carrefour and forget the other direction. Service: Very polite, free luggage storage and use of the toilet in the lobby.

GGuest UserGreat hotel and location but not necessarily a 5 star service for reasons as follows: 1. It took 6 hours for our luggage to be taken to our room (it was only 2 rucksacks) which we would have happily carried up to our room ourselves but they insisted on check-in for us to leave for them to do. 2. The rudest restaurant hostess Valentine we have ever met in our many years of travelling and dining - when my husband asked to book a table for dinner, she failed to look up from her notepad and barked loudly and aggressively the words ‘WHAT?’ at him. 3. Restaurant clearly understaffed in the evening and being carried by a few superb waiting staff, namely Ken, whilst others swan around busy with little impact. Food was great and timely (once you could order it). 4. Tried to order a bottle of wine with dinner - Two of the four white wines on the menu were out of stock. Clearly some teething issues with this new hotel, understaffed and poor communication and training. A few excellent staff too. But seemed to lack any meaningful or visible leadership in key client facing areas, which the brigade seemed to need.

SSyed Ali Abb@s RizviThe hostel was clean and neat, and the room size was quite good. However, my experience with the night female staff member was very disappointing. She was quite rude and clearly needs to improve her customer service skills. It also seemed like her English was limited, which made communication difficult. She did not provide any basic information about the hostel. I had to ask everything myself—whether there was a kitchen, gym facilities, room directions, and even which floor my room was on. This was honestly very strange and not what you expect when checking in. She also did not give any information about nearby attractions or places to visit. On the positive side, the morning staff member was much more helpful and guided me about buses and trains, which I appreciated. I would like to request hostel management to pay attention to staff training. Hostels and hotels are important tourist points, and guests spend their hard-earned money to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Staff behavior and guidance play a big role in that.

GGuest UserA small, pleasant hotel a few meters from the sea promenade. There are restaurants in the vicinity and 2 supermarkets opposite the hotel. Distance from the railway station 15 minutes on foot, from the tram from the airport 8 minutes on foot. The hotel rooms are smaller, which is standard in France. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very pleasant and helpful, on the last day we got breakfast at 6:00 a.m., despite the fact that it was officially only from 7:30 a.m. The hotel provides luggage storage for early arrival or late departure. We got a free upgrade to a superior room facing the courtyard. The room is new, clean, comfortable. The bathroom is also small but clean and well equipped. Cleaning and towel change was done every day and the cleaning was detailed. The breakfast was excellent (yogurts, cereals, ham, cheese, sausages, scrambled eggs, croissants, cakes, fruit, fruit puree, jams,...), the weak link was the coffee. The drip coffee in a thermos was weak, the coffee from the machine (cappuccino, latte, cocoa) was made of powder. At the bar, they have an espresso machine, with such a small number of guests, the bartender would surely manage to make everyone a normal high-quality espresso, and the guests would appreciate it.

AAnonymous UserThe location was excellent. There are several train stations nearby, so transportation is very convenient. It’s also close to the airport, but the noise wasn’t an issue at all. I could sleep very well. The room was spacious. I stayed alone, but the room had three single beds, which made it comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. There were no hairdryers or toothbrushes in the room, but you can borrow them at the reception.

GGuest UserDisappointing ”Superior” Experience – Not Worth the Premium! We booked a Superior Room with a Sea View, but were assigned a room on Level 2 with a very poor view that certainly didn’t feel ”superior.” To make matters worse, the room was incredibly hot because the air conditioning wasn't working. When we raised this with staff, we were told the AC is only turned on during summer and were remarkably suggested to just ”keep the balcony door open.” The lack of attention to detail continued with the amenities. Despite being two guests, we were only given one small bottle of plain water per day. They also provided four coffee sachets but only two milks; the math just doesn't add up for a well reputed hotel. Very disappointing service for the price paid.
