I can't comment on the place, it was still wonderful, only the owner and how she ruined the start of our vacation. I had a reservation for two nights and when I arrived at the Milan airport I called her to say that we would arrive around 6:30 p.m., to which she replied that she closed the check-in at 6 p.m. and that we would not have a room. That he had sent me an email (a few days later I saw it in spam) where he asked for my ID and that since I had not answered him, we should not go because it was late and we did not have a room. He did not listen to reason and scammed us out of the money for the two nights without any consideration. I found it disrespectful, little empathy and rude. The worst experience of my life and I only hope that life brings her back to find someone like her on a trip so she knows what it feels like, a foreign country and being left stranded on the first day of vacation.
