I am a Marriott Ambassador level member and have stayed at the Liberty several times. Took the family to spend labor day long weekend. While most others have dropped the ball and use Pandemic as excuse for reduced or even zero service, the Liberty remains tops on my list of Boston hotels. Service is flawless, food is amazing and this hip hotel gives you many reasons to stay in-house in the evenings. Fun lobby DJ, and great bars within hotel make it truly stand out. The front desk is amazing and did and incredible job with pre-stay communications. Special shout out to the one and only Mirko (chief concierge) who is super knowledgeable and singlehandedly makes the stays at the hotel, world class. You can't go wrong with this hotel

A great stay for three nights. I stayed here several years ago when the hotel was under another name/management, but would say that the new management really improved it. Hotel location is superb - close to shopping, restaurants, attractions, and bars. It's really at the center of the city. Hotel staff was most willing to help and courteous at all time. The library lounge provides a good place to chat and have some snacks. One can also order drinks from the bar to the lounge. Bed was comfortable and room very clean. Really no complaint and just excellent throughout. Be sure to get a room with a view of the park. The view is spectacular at sunset.

We cannot wait to return to The Langham! We were lucky to be greeted by Alisha who not only got us checked in to our room a pinch early, but gave us fantastic lobster recommendations! The friendly, helpful service was the cherry on top of an incredibly beautiful, comfortable hotel. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed, the beds are comfortable and housekeeping kept everything so tidy. Every employee we encountered was pleasant, opening doors and pushing elevator buttons for us when they could. One of the best stays we've ever had, making our first trip to Boston just fabulous! We will be back!

Went with another couple and we had a fantastic time. This hotel was so close to so many amenities and great restaurants (all in walking distances). Love how you can have coffee/tea at the lounge before or after you go back to the room…loved the free water near the elevators. Most of the staff are super friendly. The rooms were pretty basic and met are needs. Now you would ask why I gave it a 3 star rating….well, this whole trip was paid by my daughters for their father’s birthday early September…3 weeks later we got charged again… my husband left 3 phone messages and an email to the manager at this hotel BUT never received a response….he was totally responsible for me giving this hotel a 3 star rating!!!

Very satisfied. The hotel has large rooms, new facilities, heated towel racks, fruit in the gym, coffee machine on the first floor, hot water, tea making, and free of charge. The hotel is very close to the shopping center (Prudential Mall,), about 10 minutes walk. The subway is also about 10 minutes. Very convenient. I will stay at this hotel next time.

We stayed at Copley House for 3 nights in an Economy Studio. A little small but we adapted and were quite comfortable. (Absolutely no more than 2 guests) Very clean. Comfortable bed and good pillows. Good price compared to hotels. Great location - we walked all over the Back Bay area. Prudential subway was literally 2 minutes away and we were downtown within 5-10 minutes. I would highly recommend taking the airport shuttle and subway to and from the airport. When we arrived we took a cab to Copley House for about $50. When leaving we took the subway and airport shuttle for $5 and it took less time than the cab!

My sister and I have now stayed at Hotel Commonwealth five times this year alone (and a 6th coming up in a few months!), and we have had some amazing times! This past visit, we had to navigate some tight scheduling on our part and S. from the front desk helped us out, not only by letting us check in early, but also getting us set with a beautifully spacious room. He was super approachable, friendly and knowledgeable about the goings-on of the hotel. Hotel Commonwealth has amazing amenities. We've stayed in both Fenway-facing and non-Fenway facing Queen rooms. The Malin and Goetz bathroom products are always refreshing and having chrome-cast available in the rooms is ingenious. Complimentary coffee on the second floor is a must (7a-10a), and the valets' efficiency makes for a perfect start and end to any trip! Whether you are going to Fenway or endeavoring on concert adventures at House of Blues, MGM Fenway, etc---this is the nearest and most luxurious place to stay!

This Indigo should have just been renovated last year, and Apple's own map shows Holiday Choice. I have stayed a lot at Intercontinental / Crown / Holiday / Smart Choice. This is my first time staying at Indigo. Some places around are under maintenance and a little messy, but there are many restaurants and supermarkets. Get a staple drink for breakfast, a small portion and a bad attitude. There is no garden around this hotel. Why is it called Garden? Because next to TD Garden, which is also the home field of basketball and ice hockey teams, concerts are also held, the price changes a lot, there are often no rooms when there are activities, and it is noisy after leaving at night. It is also next to the North Railway Station and the subway station, but to go to New York from South Station. There is a parking lot and valet parking at the entrance of the hotel. Unfortunately, when I checked in, it was 5 ° C outside, and I changed to the fourth room to heat up. When your room has a small air conditioner as shown in Figure 4, the large air conditioner is likely to be bad, and the small air conditioner may also be bad, much colder than the hallway. The front desk will let people repair it. (Fake decoration) If it is not repaired, it will help you to change. Great accommodation for solo traveler or couple. Good location and clean. The location of the hotel couldn’t get any better. It’s right on top of North Station, which is a great station that has many lines to connect you to Boston and other parts of Massachusetts. It’s also a great location if you’re going to an event at the TD Garden. There is a food hall and market next door, so you don’t need to go far if you want a quick bite. Check in starts at 2pm. There are multiple kiosks to do a self check in, but there are hotel employees available if you need help. The rooms are a good size for 2 people. They utilize the space underneath the bed as bag storage. The room is smart and everything is controlled by an iPad provided in the room or via an app on your smartphone. There is a small fridge that was perfect for my water and snacks. I also loved the rainfall shower! I really enjoyed this hotel brand and would stay again at this location or any of their other locations across the world.

Hotel Nine Zero is super well located in Boston. I stayed in the Hub suite. It is very spacious, with living room and bedroom. But the room has no window, being a bit “claustrophobic”! For the amount paid, I expected more, such as a coffee machine in the room. The hotel's restaurant/bar is only open for breakfast. No room service. The room is regularly cleaned (there were shelves in the room with books - part of the suite's decor - and there was a lot of dust on these shelves) The internet is free and with good speed. Despite being IHG Loyalty Diamond level, I had no benefits at this hotel - not even a room upgrade.

Service is average. The atmosphere was similar to the Shinagawa Prince Hotel in Tokyo. , There is no sense of luxury. (The restroom near the front desk had a somewhat luxurious feel.) The location was very good as it was close to the train station, the Opera House and Boston Common. This is an image of a beautiful business hotel. The room is also clean. There are no toiletries such as toothbrushes or slippers. (There are some below 4 stars in America) Just ask the front desk and they will deliver it to you. It was very nice to have a bathtub. The gym is down the stairs from the 6th floor. It was further down the road, closed and not used. I want to stay again! I didn't go that far.
