We enjoyed our stay at Alila. The staff was courteous and helpful all the time. The restaurants were great and the breakfast spread was amazing. The room was clean so as the other areas of the property. The hotel is located at the beach yet close to all the good restaurants and shopping places in seminyak. We would definitely stay here again.

I recently had an unforgettable vacation at Alila Villas Uluwatu, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a tranquil luxury experience.

Location and Atmosphere: Perched on the cliffs of southern Bali, the hotel offers expansive views of the Indian Ocean, with sunsets that are truly picturesque. Every return to the room, every quiet moment by the private pool, was filled with the beautiful fusion of sea breeze, sunset, and serenity.

Room Type and Amenities: We stayed in a One Bedroom Pool Villa. The room design was modern and tasteful, with a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces; opening the glass sliding doors led directly to the private pool. The villa was fully equipped and impeccably clean, giving an immediate sense of 'this is where I want to stay.'

Service and Details: The staff were friendly and professional, making every step from check-in to check-out comfortable and well-cared for. A special thanks to our villa butler/restaurant staff for arranging delightful little surprises that made the entire trip even more heartwarming.

Dining Experience: There's a wide variety of dining options, whether you prefer Indonesian flavors, Mediterranean cuisine, or healthy light meals, each offering its own unique taste. Breakfast was abundant, and dining for lunch and dinner in such a scenic environment was particularly enjoyable.

Reason for Recommendation: If you're looking for a resort where you can relax and be surrounded by beauty, Alila Villas Uluwatu is an excellent choice. Our trip was incredibly rewarding, and we will definitely return if given the chance.

I have to say, the SPA here, in an open-air courtyard, was incredibly relaxing! I was a bit embarrassed that I didn't have a tip that day and felt a little guilty afterwards. The hotel is completely nestled in a pristine jungle, and breakfast is served right next to towering trees. In the mornings, monkeys 🐒 even came to our room door, over twenty of them – quite a sight! The pool on a rainy day was also especially calming; with the lights, the raindrops seemed like blue sapphires, so beautiful.

I love everythings in this hotel. The concept is back to nature. So don't expect a gym. The hotel provides bicycles. There is yoga every Monday afternoon. There is taichi every Sunday morning. The place is very quiet. The room is big. The bed is comfortable. The food is good. But there is no buffet for breakfast, they provide ala carte. But you can order all the breakfast menu. They also have afternoon tea everyday from 3pm unti 5pm. My suggestion add more variants for the room service menu, especially the main course. Other than that everythings is good. Oh one more thing, all the staff very friendly and helpfull. They services very good. Thanks Alila.

My stay at Alila Bangsar was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between modern luxury and understated elegance, with a design that feels both stylish and calming. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free.

The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. I especially appreciated the thoughtful layout, comfortable bed, and large windows that offered stunning views of the city. Every detail—from the quality of the linens to the amenities provided—reflected a high level of care.

One of the highlights was the infinity pool, which offers a breathtaking panoramic view and a peaceful atmosphere to unwind. The dining options were also impressive, with delicious food and a well-curated menu that catered to different tastes.

The location is another major plus, conveniently connected to public transport and close to key areas, making it easy to explore the city.

Overall, Alila Bangsar exceeded my expectations. It’s an ideal choice whether you're visiting for business or leisure, and I would gladly return for another stay.

My birthday coincided with a business trip this year, so I decided to spend a quiet day alone at Alila. The team here is very young and pleasant to interact with. The service was excellent, very thoughtful and just the right amount of enthusiastic from arrival to check-in. Our butler, Chloe, is a lovely and considerate girl, truly wonderful. Communication with her was a pleasure; she helped me receive my luggage in advance and even arranged a simple birthday setup in the room. The environment is impeccable, relaxed yet stylish, with some impressive art. I unfortunately slept through breakfast and didn't get to experience Luodao Workshop – I'd suggest extending breakfast hours a bit. The Japanese semi-buffet dinner was quite good and offered great value for money. The dorayaki and ice cream were delicious, though changing plates and cutlery felt a bit rushed. The room itself was nice and didn't feel cramped, but some of the amenities were a bit basic. There were no basic office supplies at the desk, not even paper or a pen. The only tissues in the room were at the dressing table, which was inconvenient for someone like me who uses tissues frequently. The bathroom and walk-in closet also lacked a full range of amenities. The minibar was a bit plain; there wasn't much variety in water, and it wasn't very tasty. Other snacks were absent, and the welcome fruit was a single type. I also don't recall any distinct scent throughout the hotel, and I think a pleasant aroma is quite important. Hopefully, this can be improved. However, the overall experience was still very good, and the excellent service definitely added a lot. My trip was too rushed this time, and I didn't get to experience many things, so I'll definitely come back to try other facilities. Many thanks to all the staff I met on this trip.
