Everything was great with this hotel, from the view to the service. The beach is very beautiful and clean. There are quite a few of beach boys on the beach waiting to sell things to you. However if you tell them politely you’re not interested, they’ll leave you alone.
It’s very close to Ukunda airport, only 10min drive.
One major thing this resort needs to improve is the foods. The foods are no where close to a 5 star resort standard. They’re normal than normal. Limited varieties. This was the most disappointing part. However because of the superb view and services, I was able to enjoy the trip! Will definitely go back and hope the foods are good by then.

The coctails and the swimming pool and the room was amazing ,the mtv show was good with the duncing skills of the amazing star the one and the only shikuku, the food was good the hotel is very clean i liked to see the monkies and the stuf was frandly

Kole Kole rooms were very spacious and bed was very comfortable. Staff very friendly and attentive Need more variety of food. Considering it’s an all inclusive resort. There were a lot of extra $$ for premium drinks , a la cart restaurants, ice cream, cheese and crackers. Infinity Poolside was beautiful. But need a side table by the Sun loungers. Jambo Club of entertainment very basic. Could improve on that. Beach very clean, scenic and beautiful.

We had the most amazing stay at this all-inclusive resort. We are two females over 50 years old. The cleanliness, activities, food, everything was fantastic! But the best experience was their service. From the reception to the waiters to the entertainers, everyone was so friendly and always available and helpful. Another big plus is how eco-friendly the resort is. Everyone lives in harmony with nature and the wildlife! I highly recommend this place for solo and families. And we will definitely be going back ❤️

Overall we had a wonderful time. Great location. We stayed in Kolekole wing- I think it is the best option. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Great staff and service. Managers were always coming to check and say hello. Executive chef- Akhsay’s was great. Food was good. Beaches were clean. The only negative I have is what I call “ very basic all inclusive”. The drinks included were blah. Everything else was an upsell- ice cream, cheese and crackers as well as premium drinks. This may be ok compared to other Kenyan all inclusive places, but is subpar compared to other places like the Caribbean and Mexico. I think they need to bring up their standards.

Clean rooms, well organized staff, Daily programs for Kids and a family Other activities available including Jetski, Windsurfing ,Jetski tours All inclusive package gets you unlimited supply for select alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks Swimming pools are enough, clean and friendly And yes!, the are so many relaxing benches, and seats all around the premises for the guests to relax whenever and wherever.
